Got a decent mattress for our son ok service but I’m a easy customer have had it for a year and think it’s good quality for my son and the price will go back for my daughter when the time comes

I was looking for a good mattress that would help me with my daily back pain and my other mattress was very old. I liked it because the main sales person that’s there daily didn’t pressure me at all to buy anything. That’s very important to me. I was shown different mattresses based on the price point I gave him. He then let me try each mattress along with showing me the extras I could get like s mechanical bottom. I was able to try put the mattress as long as I wanted. He specifically wanted me to change positions while laying on the mattress to make sure it was comfortable. He was there when I needed him, close by, but not hovering which can make you feel pressure to buy. I actually left the store and came back later knowing I had the money to buy a mattress. There’s even a 90 day payment plan if you can’t pay the mattress off all at once. The show room is connected to the factory where the mattress is locally made. Delivery is fre too. The prices were lower than other retailers because its a factory outlet. I was moving so I needed the mattress fast. The sales man suggested I get it delivered the day before the move, to make it easier. I was called the day before and given a two hour window for the delivery. I was then asked if that time worked with my schedule. The day of the delivery, I got a second call that morning confirming it would be delivered in the time frame specified. Three men did the delivery and took there time setting up my queen size mattress. They even asked what height I wanted the mechanical stand to be. Then they showed me how to use it. By far, this was the best experience I’ve had buying a mattress. I would definitely recommend them to family & friends. I also will go back for any future purchases for a mattress.

I’ve been happily purchasing mattresses from Spring Air for many years. I’ve also referred some family and friends who have been just as pleased with the quality of the merchandise as well as the excellent customer service as I have been. Spring air is the way to go!

Awful customer service. I don’t recommend anyone to go to this store. I tried to return a mattress, which I had for less than a week, but I had the hardest time. The guy (the manager I think, he’s always there) that was supposed to process the return sent me to the back to talk to some people - they told me they had nothing to do with the mattress store and had to go back and talk to him. Ridiculous. He simply did not want to process the return.

I came in one week night and had the pleasure to work with Carlos. He took the time to go over the different models, which ones were innerspring and which ones were all foam.I had a great experience and will definitely be back to buy another one for my summer home.

A few affordable pieces, I really like our mattress and if youre on a tight budget they have some mattresses that youll like. Delivery was on time, delivery men were courteous and thoughtful.

I recommend it, very good quality products they take the time making sure you understand the difference between each mattress.. And Carlos make this a easy experience

This is an outlet of Spring Air mattress where they offer heavily discounted price. If you are not sticked with brand this might a best choice. They ask for delivery fees too.

Good mattresses cheap. Just make sure to ask for the cheap one advertised on the sign, they dont label it, and like any sales place theyll try to upsell you.

I came to there for buy my mattress and the guy said for me that delivery is one price, i back to there two days after and the price for delivery change for more espansive, I took with sr. Nunes, Carlos E about this and he were rude. I prefer pay more for a mattress in another place that get my mattress in this place. Your need trater the costumers better, learn that.

Worst people ever, the guy who works there didnt even bother to ask us if we need help, after we asked him he showed us two mattresses and then went back to his office without telling us anything or asking if we still wanna look for other mattress ver rude, i dont recommend it

Bought a mattress there this year and the mattress sucks I have tried to talk to the guy there but he was no help and told me I could not return it and if I wanted other one I had to pay for it the guy has no idea how to give advice on a mattress I need one to help my back now myBack hurt more now then before very sad and will never go back there again

This business has the best prices on mattresses. I have always bought there. If I had a pair that was damaged but they are very responsible with the warranty. Half you have the mattress clean and save my receipt they are always responsible and maintain the good service and the best price. Carlos Nuñez is the one who attended me and I have never had problems with him.

The truth was that I had a good concept about this site, but in recent months I bought some items in this store, which had a defect, grab the money back. The attention of the man in charge of the warehouse was contemptuous.
