The associate was extremely helpful and friendly

I placed my order online and it was very simple! The store was clean, and there werent people crowding me as I looked around, compared to the larger home improvement stores (not once did I feel the need to hold my breath as I walked the aisles!).

Horrible customer service. I went in didnt acknowledge me. Did not bother to ask if I needed help. And I called them ... Kim The girl she look like she doesn’t wanna work over there, she’s mad, rude and doesn’t want to help. Was my favorite store not anymore..

The guy that was in the store alone was awesome. Knew his stuff and very helpful. I was in both Saturday and Sunday. Again very helpfull.

Im disappointed that the smallest sample paint was a rather large container. Other stores have much smaller containers and prices are a lot less when you are unsure about the color. I really wish you would make available smaller sample sizes, along with lower prices for the samples.

The staff is very knowledgeable and makes asking questions a regular thing.

I will surely review your paint types to any potential clients I have. I will work with them directly to pick colors and advise that I will be going with Sherwin-Williams.

Everything you need for a painting job to be done is available at sherwin Williams. The prices ranges from low to high. The employees are nice and helpful.
