SCAM! Came for oil/filter change. Charged $101.42. Oil filter was not changed. Who knows if the right oil was even used. Tried to make me purchase other products that I didn’t need. Stay away! If I didn’t have important business out of state I would file legal charges!

Just had the best oil change experience possible. Everyone was polite, friendly, respectful and professional. My car was taken in right away without an appointment. Was finished before I knew it. And got a great price. Couldn’t be more satisfied. HIGHLY recommend.

Great people and no fuss inspection station. Was looking for a local station to do Tesla inspections. These folks know Teslas and are completely aware of the changing landscape. Would recommend this for folks looking for Tesla State Inspections.

Very expensive. Told me there were problems with my car that were not problems at all. Those problems amounted to around $800. would NEVER go back there.

Very sketchy!!! These guys are scammers who do shoddy work for lots of money. If they tell you something needs fixing, bring it somewhere else for a second opinion.I Brought my car in for brake work. They told me I should change the alternator(unrelated). Ok fine. Change it. Less than a week later I find my alternator isn’t charging the battery. Car dies on me in the middle of the night.AVOID THIS PLACE WHENEVER POSSIBLE

My car would not start once hot and I tried everything and then sunoco found the problem and replaced my temp sensor and now it starts with no problem and not as expensive as I expected and Im very happy!!

I have always liked this place. They have a very good setup for car inspections and the staff is usually friendly. Havent been there since the pandemic hit and was sad to see that NO ONE WORE MASKS!!!! Not in the retail area (where they sell masks) nor in the garage/shop. Vendors making deliveries also wore NO MASKS. Chelmsford is a red zone town...very disappointed.

I only went in for a quote. They were $300 less than the other shop! Took my car in immediately, order the parts & the work was done in within the time frame given. Friendly, professional, timely and the price is right! Will definitely go back again for future work.

Pulled in with a flat tire, the place was busy, immediate service and the price of the repair was very reasonable!

Today is the 27th of June and I needed an inspection sticker. I regretted waiting until the end of the month but certainly didnt regret getting my sticker done here. I was in and out of this place in less than 10 minutes! Perhaps it was a coincidence there was no line but I think these guys are just efficient at what they do. No dragging their feet; just getting the job done and FAST!

Vile, low life, no good, rotten and slimy. They will charge you more money for tire rotations based on the engine size.......Im not kidding. I have tried to confront the owner/manager about ripping my mother off several times. After the first time we had contact he was all of a sudden never at the shop. To give you an idea of how underhanded and dishonest this practice is........04 Chevy Malibu came with either a V6 or a 4 cylinder. Depending on which engine you have you would get a $10 upcharge. Even though they are the exact same car. None of the degenerates could give me a straight answer as to why they rip people off like this or what the reasoning was behind this ludicrous fee. You would be well advised to steer clear of these crooks. Slime balls

THEIVES! KEEP AWAY! This garage should be shut down for highway robbery. They are overpriced by at least 40% from any other garage in the area and they take advantage of elderly people.Perfect example of how you lose good customers.

Quick, staff was nice, shop helped me with a flat in a pinch and didnt try to take advantage of the situation. Quieter than the Cumbies down the road, too

I get my inspection sticker here all the time and it was quick and easy every time.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The most dishonest people out there. They rip you off on parts and they rip you off on labor price and take advantage whenever they can. Will never go back.
