Went here to the Littleton road, Chelmsford location and bought a coffee and a doughnut…both had a strong taste of incense in them. Who wants to taste this in their food or coffee? Disgusting, if I could leave zero stars I would.

I dont get coffee or donuts. Other than rhat, this us a handy store to have!

Good coffee and donuts. Surprisingly large collection of quality cigars. Also a surprise was a big collection of hookahs. Eceltic place. They also pump gas. Located on route 110 Chelmsford.

I love this Honey Dew. Staff is funny and caring and I have always had a great coffee made the way I want it and great donuts! Always tastes fresh and is better than Dunks. 10/10

I love this place. Just gotta get the coffee right. But the donuts and pastries are always warm and fresh . They are in a closed glass cabinet.. not open like dunkins

I generally like this location- but my most recent visit to this location I decided to order something different than my usual and was told by a gentleman working the drive-thru that what I was trying to order was not in stock- no problem! I ordered my usual: XL hot tea, 2 tea bags, 2 cream and 2 sugar. He said drive up, I did and he took my money for my order, but then asked me what I ordered- which I thought was normal considering its a lot (in my opinion). That was fine, but then he came back 5 minutes later and asked me what my order was. I told him my order and he replied with oh, I made ice tea- Ill make it new for you, no problem- things happen! He was gone for another few minutes (thankfully no one pulled up behind me) and brought me back what looked like my order except it wasnt my order, it was coffee. I politely let him know that this wasnt what I ordered and he said to me you ordered this, 2 cream and 2 sugar. I again told him it was an XL hot tea, 2 tea bags, 2 cream and 2 sugar. He took it back and went away again for a few more minutes. He came back again with another coffee. At this point, I apologized to him for the confusion even though Im not sure where it was since I told him my order multiple times in the 15 minutes I was waiting and asked for my money back. He refused to give me my money back and instead just took the change back out of my hand and put it in the register. I explained to him I wasnt going to be paying for these items because it wasnt what I had ordered. He stared blankly at me and I asked again for my money back. He finally opened the cash drawer and said I cant believe this, this is insane, youre ridiculous!, handed me my money and walked away from the drive-thru window. I understand working a drive-thru is very difficult with multiple orders coming through but I was the ONLY customer (I could see through the drive-thru window there werent any customers inside). I dont think Ill be going back here after this.

Not impressed at all by the food. Donuts tasted like something I could get at the grocery store bakery, not a shop that is supposed to specialize in them.

Very nice staff but donuts and bagels are always dry and stale tasting, even at 6am.

Horrible service, I was totally ignored for 3minuets, I was the only customer at the counter waiting for service... This happened today 12/16/17 about 10:05 this morning

I found a human hair inside my coffee. ..very disgust and gross...they should covered hair .
