They really do make awesome bagels! Have been here several times. Good variety from sweet to savory. Always fresh. The last few times the bagels were still warm as they were just put out. Staff are pleasant and efficient. I appreciate that they will slice all the bagels for you at your request. The cream cheese tubs are fantastic as well. I really appreciate that their bagels are normal in size and not 3x the size that other places make. Would highly recommend a stop if you are in a bagel state of mind!

I go here all the time. The staff here is so friendly and super sweet. They always take care of you and your order even when the app is not working for online ordering they will still honor the deals in the app as long as you give them the number with your rewards hooked up to it. The eges sandwiches here are fire! Even if there is a line go because trust me it is worth the wait no matter the time of day.

Not just for breakfast (although their breakfast selections are great). Bagels and sandwiches are their core strength. Great variety and high quality. While it can at times be crowded, that really attests to their popularity.

Always liked Einstein’s but never tried this location. My bagel was so stale I couldn’t even bite into it. It felt like this bagel had been toasted hours ago and was just retoasted to warm it up, couldn’t even get a single bite out of the bagel and had to throw it out. Probably won’t come back to this location.

Unable to satisfy my app order. When we reach the store, the middle aged lady said she would refund the order. Messed the refund. Reordered the same order as per her suggestion. When the amount was different, we enquirer why. She again gets flustered and annoyed. When we requested cream for our coffee, she slammed it on the table. We have been to this place a few times, first terrible service!If you are having an off day, maybe try to avoid the customer..

Got my bagel this morning, went to work, opened it up and there was blue chunks in the cream cheese (I got chive & onion) and the cream cheese was blue...This is very discomforting as I couldve gotten sick if I didnt look inside the bagel. Its a shame cause they have yummy bagels but this crosses the line...Most likely wont be back.

First of all, they dont deserve a one star rating. Zero. Its just that you have to choose a minimum value. The employees are so rude and arrogant which is the front line of business that they cant even get right. My Farmhouse bagel sandwich wasnt even remotely lukewarm. It was cold and had wrapping paper melted on to the bagel. Very unsanitary and disgusting. The coffee is self serve which is not in accordance with Covid-19 policies, and to top it off the coffee is cold! This place is a disgrace to society and should be shut down to make room for a business that has A) Friendly and polite employees, B) Abides by Covid-19 policies and procedures, and C) thoroughly cooks their food and makes it edible. I will NEVER go to another Einstein Brothers Bagels location and plead with anyone that has their brain not to either.

Great bagels- love the Jalapeno Cheddar, Green Chile, and Spinach Florentine varieties. Great shmear options as well.

I ordered coffee and food through DoorDash and someone from Einsteins called me right away to help with my order. She was so sweet and so kind. I wish I got her name. When we are finally able to return to normal I will be buying a lot of bagels!!!

We ordered curbside pick up at the Chelmsford ma location, we ordered the bakers dozen bagels which was supposed to be a variety we received all plain, i called they immediately said come back and well give you the correct order, great customer service!

It’s pretty much what you’d expect from a chain. The bagels are nothing special, but they’re not bad. I’ve only tried one kind so far; it’s possible that other flavors are better. They have vegan options and the bagel ingredients are easy to find on their website, which is a plus. Quick service, cheap.

Einsteins are rare in the Northeast outside of college campuses these days. This one seems slightly more warm and friendly, and is one of only two in the area thats open on Saturday and Sunday. There are two single bathrooms in the back, but they are dirty (picture a yellow toilet bowl thats supposed to be white). The selection was sparse just before lunch time but the staff genuinely tried to fulfill our order and were friendly. Parking is free and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible for those that need those services. There are no double doors so I imagine in the dead of winter it would be cold and drafty to dine in.

Order was wrong......specifically asked if what I was ordering had egg, was told it did. Was even asked, one egg or two? Drove 40 minutes to get an Einstein bagel sandwich.....dont think I could have been more disappointed when I opened the box 10 miles away. What a waste of time....and Im still hungry.

Great fast service with a smile! My son and I arrived at 8:15 and had our bagels 5 minutes later, as well as 3 dozen more boxed up while we ate.

My brother and I stop by to pick up a dozen bagels very nice to bagels a wonderful..We stop by again this week and we downloaded the app. The app is just terrific and the people there are really very nice and dont forget the quality the bagels is right up there.

This was my first time there, and i can say my last time. It was overpriced and completely flavorless. The only reason Im not giving it a one is because the coffee was really good.

This place is great. Decent prices, great bagel and sandwich options, and a cozy atmosphere. If youre looking for a Panera alternative (that is not NEARLY as busy at peak lunch time), I suggest this location. My only complaint is that it is usually chilly in the restaurant, so bring a jacket if you plan to dine in.

They have good fresh bagels, breakfast sandwiches, juices, coffee, and a variety of danishes and other baked goods. The line can get pretty long on weekend mornings, but they keep it moving quickly. There are some tables for eating there, too, in a bright open space.

Service was fast and friendly which is why the 3 stars. My croissant sandwich was soggy and bland, the whole thing tasted like it had been in the microwave this was my first time at an Einstein beagle and I will try it once more for the beagle and see but I will not be ordering the croissant again

Why does every god damn Einstein runs out of popular bagels?Besides this, this place is:- Really dirty of all other Einstein Bros I’ve been to.- The floor had napkins and crumbs of bagels all over, as if nobody cleaned for days.- The tables weren’t cleaned.- The trashcan was over-flooded- The customer service was horrible, when compared to Einstein Bros from MD

The food and drink are great, however the past couple times I have gone there is quite a line, and it doesnt move very quickly. It seems like they are typically understaffed to handle the morning rush.

Ok. So this is a chain. Its concept is exactly like bruggers. Bagel quality is the same. Its slot close then me driving to Bedford. Ill definately be back. Kids loved the choc chip bagles.

Slow and too expensive! 315 for a bagel and cream cheese. The 10 minute wait didnt help either. 2nd time going with a similar experience. The bagel is better then dunkin but not worth going 10 minutes out of my way for it!

Love Einstiens but this store is so slow at times. They seem to always be short of help during busy times.Been 9 months since and has gotten worse. Out of bagels, no more bags of coffee and service is so slow it’s painful.Went in today after a long hiatus. Watched an employee checking the coffee and walk away. Went over to get my coffee and it was empty. Ridiculous.Is it that difficult to run a bagel shop? Perhaps corporate should look at the salary they are paying managers because this place hasn’t been run right in a long time.

The people are what make chain locations better, and they have some great people working there ! !

It was a great place and could still be, but no matter what time we go, they are out of most bagels all the time.

I love their bagels.But the service is so slow and its frustrating seeing 1 person busting butt to service the customer and 3 others doing not much of anything.There is so much that can be done to make service faster. It typically takes about 10-15 mins to get a bagel. Thats absurd.

I used to have an einsteins on my college campus and fell in love with their lattes and sandwiches. They were the perfect inbetween between low-quality but cheap dunks, and high-quality but expensive starbucks and local places.This location is brutally slow. One time I waited over 45 minutes when the store wasn’t even a quarter full. When people only have a few hours for lunch, this becomes unacceptable. Despite this bad experience I tried again, as I like their bagel flavors and coffee, and as I said they are slightly cheaper then starbucks or local places. Today was my final straw. I waited for 20 minutes for a bagel and a plain coffee. Something that would be finished before I was even done paying at dunks. The lady infront of me couldn’t decide what to get because every item she listed they were out of until she got to a plain bagel. Another women had left and returned because they forgot half her order. After 20 minutes they handed me my bagel and forgot my coffee so they had to make one. They were then out of lids. I went over to the station where you put milk and cream in your coffee and all of the cream containers were empty, so I had to use milk. I went out to the car to take a bite out of my bagel. It wasn’t even toasted. It’s really a shame because the einsteins that was at my college handled even the worst rushes with perfection, but this place can hardly handle 4 people in line. I will never return to this location, and will swear off einsteins for a while to go to starbucks and local places despite their expense, because my time is worth more then this.

Great bagels.todays coffee wasnt up to their standards

The service was extremely slow and my family and I ordered a few sandwiches. My mother ordered her sandwich on a sesame bagel and the employees served everyone else in the store before even making our sandwiches and by the time they were going to make our sandwiches they ran out of sesame bagels because they were all given away. Finally after about 40 minutes we got our sandwiches. Very slow service and not the most respectful staff.

While the bagels are extremely yummy, the service is slow. Seems like they are short staffed in the morning before work.

Not much variety, Dunkins is a better option

Not happy with my experience here at all. 1. The forgot to make half my order 2. I ask to change the meat on a sandwhich and I get charged for it. 3. After using a gift card my balance was below the credit card threshold so I had to buy extra food I didnt want and ended up giving away.

They always run out of bagels around 10 and never make more. If a buisness is open till 4 they should have the products they advertise till that time or around that time. Also the staff is miserable. Dont go here untill the owner decides to stop being cheap and replenish each selection.
