Altinator went on my can while traveling down the highway with my wife and 4 kids 7 hours from home. We called ahead to several places to see who could help us.A-1 said they could help us but when we got there they turned us away! They said it must have been their answering service we talked to and they would not help us. It was 95 degrees out and none of the electrical systems in the van were working. Our van was about dead and it was all we could do to get it 5 miles down the road to Sullivans. They got us back on the road.

Very professional business. Work performed was first class! They even had my car detailed prior to its return to me. The owner and staff are some of the friendliest I’ve seen. Highly recommend if you need body work.

If you value your money, sanity and vehicle STAY AWAY!! I dropped my car off on July 2, 2018 to supposedly get worked on. A1 promised me my car would be done by the end of the week. They did nothing for 8 days while my car sat there (unknowingly by me, racking up STORAGE charges) and rental car charges . ( They are in bed with Enterprise across the street) Then on Monday July 9th, 2018 I called them and my insurance company to see what the heck was going on. On Tuesday A1 supposedly finally contacted my insurance company to get the car reevaluated .(A1 which by the way was listed as a preferred shop of MAPFRE / COMMERCE insurance and they ARE NOT ). So after 8 days of my car sitting as it was when I dropped it off, (Tuesday the 10th) my insurance company decides my car is totaled. A1 decided that my initial estimate from my insurance was LOW so he doubled the repair cost. Then he charges the insurance company almost $2,600.00 dollars for storage of my car. I drove my car in and should have driven my car FAR AWAY from there. Instead he takes my car apart on Wednesday morning July 9th 2018, so I couldnt drive it away. Then he either gets the car or the insurance has to pay to get it back..... SCAM ! !!! I had to fight with my insurance to pay the fee. It was because of them that I went there. It took days of course to get anywhere. Finally after commerce payed for their ridiculous storage fees I was able to pay to get my car towed away to another shop. Who by the way fixed my car in a day and a half for the price I was originally told by the insurance company. Oh and meanwhile people are writing all these great reviews during the time my car is just sitting there!!!! I had to pay for rental and tow out of there. It cost me $599.00 for 3 weeks of car rental. All of this could have been avoided! My car finally is fixed 3 weeks later. Then as Im dropping of my rental there he is again sucking in another customer unsuspected into his lies and deception. Its just disgusting to me that they are allowed to do business like this and get away with it. THIS IS WHY INSURANCE COST SO MUCH!!!! Dont know how they sleep at night. What comes around goes around.

A-1 auto repaired my car better than the dealership I usually go to. Their attention to detail was fantastic, and it is impossible to see which parts are new.Their service was friendly, covid cautious, and they made the whole transaction quick and easy.

If youre going to drink in a customers car, please at least throw away the nips.

Yaw and his team did an amazing job. They had the lowest estimate and came through with an unbelievable result in just one day. Other places wanted the car for a week and hundreds of dollars more. No reservations about recommending A-1!

Owner cleaned up my car after I was hit and had a big scrape on the side of my car. He re painted the bumper and it came out looking like nothing happened to it. Highly recommend. Very kind and friendly as well.

I brought my vehicle into A-1 and right in the beginning I was met with an AWESOME staff and was assured I was in good hands as they assisted me in getting the process started. My car was looked over and told all work would be done to my satisfaction and also given an ETA when work would be completed. Exceptional lives up to its name. The team kept me apprised of the progress the entire way, dealt with insurance and returned the car better than before someone hit me in the parking lot. I brought my vehicle in for body work after an accident. I was pleasantly surprised when they lined up my rental car and worked with my insurance company for me. The work they did on my car was amazing. I think it looks better than it did before the accident. I would definitely recommend A-1. They are friendly, helpful, and deliver quality work.

Yaw and his team are excellent workers who do a wonderful job on the paint job for my Corolla. Not only are they good workers, but A-1 is one of the few auto body shops who value their customers. Yaw listened to my request and needs and was very easy to work with!

Took my car in about a week ago after the other drivers car insurance company sent me a check. Yau at A-1 Auto Collision dealt with the insurance company to re-appraise the actual cost and did an incredible job with the repair.

Did good work repairing the car and working with the insurance company. BUT we had given them $500 as our deductible until the insurance company recovered it from the other insurance company. Now that has been done they have failed to return the $500 to us after stalling for about 2 weeks so far. Either the accountant has not written the check, or we will post it back to your credit card. One failure after another, so far still not had our money returned. About to escalate to small claims court if they dont give us our money back.UPDATE; we did eventually get our money back
