Went there to return stuff to Amazon.. with my baby sleeping in a carrier so already struggling to hold stuff and move up next to the counter. The guy who was waiting on my was VERY impatient. Who I glanced at his name tag said was the owner. He wasn’t patient for me to get the QR pulled up and called for another assistant to help me as he was too busy to assist me and walked away. JUST WOW and you’re a business owner making your customers feel that they are an inconvenience? There are plenty of UPS didn’t realize they are individually owned. I’m all about supporting local but don’t support people who dont have patience or customer service. Won’t be returning.

Thank you for doing the best you guys could for me today. The woman who works in the morning is amazing 👏. I didnt get her name and its my fault I was worried about my own situation. You guys rock and actually tried beyond and above your competitors. I eventually found a solution to my problem and I thank you for helping me along the way. If you are a Canadian or an american becoming one use UPS and not fed sux. This location is amazing . If you dont think so fight me.

Paid $41 for next day delivery of a package. Even dropped it off Sunday so it would ship Monday and get there Tuesday. Package did not arrive until Wednesday.

Read my review & then read others, this location seems to blame quite a few things on end user clients at both ends. Perhaps something you may want to consider prior to committing to transactions with this company.I made a purchase from Premier Gold Silver & Coins LLC in June and contacted them several times regarding my purchase, and the fact that I had not been contacted by their shipper, left a couple of voicemails, and I think I even sent an email.Good news September 5th I got contacted by the shipper with the information that they FOUND my order and can guarantee my shipping date if I give them my credit card information now.I obviously have strong opinions about this and will be contacting UPS regarding JOHN & SUE OF WNY, INC. dba/ UPS STORE 3671.Keep in mind that they found MY order AFTER they found someone elses order! I wonder how many other clients have orders waiting in their backroom?They have offered a 15% discount on the packaging, however, and I am waiting to see how Premier Gold Silver & Coins LLC handles this. Person working with the store said the owners name is John, and that he was not allowed to give out business license # etc. when presses he did give the name in which the franchise is owned however.email received from store after the call, which is inaccurate inasmuch as the store clerk told me to call back on Monday:Hello Adam,I am contacting you today because we just found an invoice dated from 6/9/20 for ******. He is CCd in this email. He is extremely upset because we did not contact him sooner than today. His invoice was stuck between his books and another customers books whom we just sent out today. Because we never received a list for this auction we never knew we should have had it. I explained that there is blame on both sides because we should have looked closer when sending out comic books. He also says he contacted you and you told him to call us however we never got his voicemails. That being said we do have his invoice and his items ready to be packed up and ship should he want it sent. He will be calling us back on Tuesday between 9am-2pm to speak with John. Any questions let us know. Thank you.

I live in Seattle but twice have shipped fairly fragile glass art from this store to my home in Seattle. I let them pack the glass - they are pros. Both times the GLASS art pieces arrived absolutely intact. I had the pieces shipped by truck because they hopefully stay warmer than in a plane, and again - both pieces - all the way across the country in a truck - arrived in great shape. Thank you!!!!

Went into this location today just needing a mailing tube. Normally I would just go to another store where I normally visit, but needing the tube last minute I had no choice here. $8.13 for one mailing tube.. ONE. Their prices are insane. Further inspection (picture provided by me here) on the tube.. $3.99 pricing sticker was under the $8.15. You tell me whats wrong here. Lesson learned on my part. Hopefully this review is seen by others before visiting this store.

Im from Canada and had a parcel (shoes) delivered to the UPS store as the store didnt ship to Canada... BEFORE I even placed the order I had called the UPS store and spoke to an employee there. I asked her, before I place this order, is it is going to be a problem if its there for a while as Im from Canada and it may take me a little while to get there to pick it up. She told me it was fine, that they have packages that sit there for months and people havent picked them up. I also asked if it was going to be an issue with cost as I know it costs $5 to pick up a package of that size. She again, told me yes. I had sent my fiancee to pick the shoes up today and was told it costs $200, but the manager cut a deal for $30.. (which is half of what the shoes cost). When I called to speak to someone, the person that answered the phone said to me, after I had explained my previous conversation with the girl, that if I felt like arguing, he would put me on hold. I said, nope...and hung up. Maybe some communication with your employees on the rules would be good. I may not have gone to read the rules, but I specially spoke to an employee who decided not to tell me the $3 charge per day for late pick ups. Thanks UPS. Great service.

This place is great, I have my UPS packages sent here. I get them before they normally would be delivered to my house. The staff is great to deal with, always prompt and professional service.The owner is a asset to the community, in recent history he stopped a scammer from ripping off an old woman. Hes a local hero now.

Called this location for information concerning a delivery issue with a package. My call was handed over to the supervisor/manager on duty whom I asked if the store locations handled package pickups or not, and instead of answering my question I was asked for the tracking information. The manager then rudely inferred the issue is my fault and due to an error on my part and then told me (again rudely) that the stores do not handle these sorts of issues. Had she answered my initial question to begin with the entire conversation could have been avoided along with this bad review. I will try my hardest to avoid using this location, I will refer others to use another location as well. In addition I will use other shipment methods when and where possible.Customer service still counts for something and I would highly recommend this branch’s current management be re-evaluated...

Went into the store with an appx 60 pound package, first time at this location, DEFINITELY the last. A $3 charge for 4 pieces of tape?! Asked to speak to the manager, and it ends up being the owner giving me that attitude?? Whats a roll of tape to them, considering the dollar store is right next door and they are at a dollar per roll.. $3 charge for taping a box with 4 pieces of tape, threatens if I walk into his store again, that hes going to call the police?! Right back at ya, Ill give ya .10 for the tape, even that is generous.
