Called in the morning to ask questions as I know nothing of how getting it works and how much, etc. And the woman on the phone was very condescending and not helpful at all. I will be calling the next place for help

Have ordered from them for three seasons now. I have decided to make them my primary go to for topsoil and mulch after a bad experience with another company.Only good things to say and as a bonus, the delivery drivers have been pleasant. Recommend.

Horrible experience with this company!! The shredded topsoil is poor quality and the staff’s customer service skills are even poorer. After two phone calls to complain, a staff member showed up out of the blue and reported back that I was satisfied. Another phone call by me assured the secretary I was not, and she couldn’t have been ruder - asking for my phone number! No call back after a week, so I called again and got an answering machine (she probably recognized my number and decided to send it to voicemail). The voicemail remained unanswered so a complaint was made to The BBB. I received a letter from the company filled with untruths by the staff (they are skilled in covering their incompetence). So impersonal. So, CTS you win, but I hope this causes you to lose some business...

I was a little concerned when I read previous reviews. However, I read the responses from the owners and figured I would give it a try.I just hung up with them and the person answering the phone could not have been more pleasant and more helpful. She was accommodating to my requests and I hung up glad that I gave them a try.

Nice and polite people. My father ordered 8 yards of soul to be delivered. They called when they were on the way and had it here by 10am. Quick responses and good clean top soil. Would definitely use them in the future!

I needed 10+ cubic yards. The top soil delivered was clean. Definitely would order from here again! Secretary was cheerful, the driver dropped the top soil behind my gate as requested and he was also very nice. Great experience.

I was nervous about calling due to reviews saying customer service was nasty and me not knowing anything. I did not find anything nasty the girl was very nice had patience with me. Very nice customer service lady 5 stars.

Very moody lady that answered the phone. I know there is medicine available for this type of behavior. Its as if giving her my business was not good enough or bothering her. I left work early to get there on a Saturday during their business hours and gate was closed, nobody there. Never seen such bad business people in my life. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere other than cts.

My husband called on a Tuesday and Custom Topsoil was able to deliver three yards of topsoil the next day. They said we would receive a call an hour before delivery and thats exactly what happened. I would highly recommend them to anyone! We will be ordering more from Custom to finish some projects around the house in the near future.

My son has a newer tree care and landscaping company in the area so I called for a quote on fill and topsoil. Whoever answered the phone was so rude I told her we will find someone else to do business with

Wont load mulch while its sprinkling. Dont waste your time driving out here

Horrible!!I wish I would have read the one review before doing business with Custom Topsoil!!!!!!!!!I had 2 yds of compost delivered to my house on a Saturday. I was using for flower beds in the front of my house. But 5 days later I had grass growing everywhere I laid the compost down. I even had grass growing in my garage where I had some extra compost I left in a wheel barrel. I called Custom Topsoil up to inform them that my beds are ruined with grass growing and I was told Maam, we cant control grass seed in the air. I told her it was grass seed in their compost. She repeated to me again that it came from seed that blew onto my beds. I would not recommend this company if it were the last one on the planet.

The Mulch was of good quality 2020 season. The security however should take some classes on social skills.

Also wish I would of read the reviews first, Who ever answers the phone comes across very rude with responses like we dont deliver same day thats just how it works.Also I ordered for morning delivery and the load didnt show up till after 11:30 with no phone call. When I called asking what time they would be coming I was told they would call when its getting loaded and it should be around 10:30. So I lost the whole morning of run time on the machine I rented for the day.

I dont think youre knowledgeable about their products thats why I purchased from Lakeside sod
