I had two in house moves. The first crew that came was so efficient and personable! They where done with the work so quickly. I was so impressed. The second crew that came a few weeks later where just as efficient and so helpful with things that weren’t related to the moving. The company themselves where very accommodating with my changing dates for the second move due to contractors and a Covid scare. I’m just so happy with this company and the crews they sent out.

These guys were great. They showed they cared by doing a walk through of entire house with full team to make sure they knew what was going and/or staying. The guys were very professional and polite. We used this company to move in June. They were great on the phone, quick to respond, nice and sent a quote quickly. However, once the two very young men arrived on our moving day, they immediately backed into the large light post at the end of our driveway and shattered it to pieces. They got out of the truck joking how they couldnt believe they smashed it. When we asked what they were going to do, they joked and said I dont know the town will fix it. I immediately called Two Men and Truck to report it and they said they would call the men and make sure they reported it so it would get fixed. I followed up a couple days later and a woman told me it was on her supervisors desk. I followed up a few days later and the woman got a little nasty with me when I was explaining this needed to be fixed ASAP because someone new was moving into the old house. In the end I called her back a third time and left a message with a gentleman while she was on lunch and I never heard back from anyone. The light post is still shattered and not fixed and they were not professional or apologetic for this at all. Accidents happen and I understand this, however, they simply were rude and didnt care they caused damage. I would not recommend them to anyone. The movers are young and very inexperienced and go very slowly. And they did not take the damage they made seriously at all or handle correcting it to this day.

Wow, cost more than I thought it would for a local move, but it was 10000% worth it. Rose in the office answered all my questions and was so pleasant to talk to. The crew that showed up was on time, polite, and friendly. They were diligent about wrapping my furniture to prevent any damage. They were flexible when I asked for another item or two be loaded. I used them based on a recommendation and I would definitely recommend them to others.

An absolute nightmare experience that dragged on for months after my moving day. In a nutshell, the owner sent a crew of three kids that were very inexperienced and in way over their head. Didnt see a dolly, straps, furniture slides, ect. the entire day. The truck also did not have a mechanical lift. They were obviously not properly trained. After straining themselves several times and damages done to my property, the final straw came when a vanity was cracked completely in half. We had to tell them to stop before someone seriously hurt themselves. The owner and franchisee, Chris Raiber took no responsibility. Made excuses for every act of negligence and damage. The piece of furniture was made of a material that isnt ever intended to be moved; that chunk was already missing from my dining room chair; that dent in the door frame looks like it was there; yes, I can see a muddy footprints on your washer and dryer but theres no indentation so they must not have put any weight on it; yes, your box springs and mattresses are dirty, but those can just be washed.After the guys left, I was given an invoice that had a higher hourly rate than what was originally quoted me and I was charged for the time it took them to complete their damage report which was eventually sent to me incomplete. I was told they were still working and I was charged appropriately. It took three months before he offered a small compensation. I wasnt looking for a free move and was willing to meet in the middle. He threatened to send me to collections on a number of occasions. Best of all THE COMPENSATION THAT WAS OFFERED, WAS DEPENDENT ON ME KEEPING QUIET AND NOT SHARING MY EXPERIENCE PUBLICALLY. See attached photos - they say it all.It appears there was a formal complaint through BBB within the last six months that has parallels to my story. Simply hired a mover to move my belongings safely from point A to B and that was far from the case.BEWARE!

AVOID using this moving company. They are not transparent about their travel costs. Was charged for double the time it would take from their facilities to the the city. The manager has been extremely distasteful when it was challenged.An additional travel time charge will be added to cover the time spent traveling from the movers terminal to your old address, and back to the terminal from your new address.To put this into perspective: A couch set, Queen-size bed, console table, PC and PC chair with a .4 mile distance to the new location took them 4.25 hours. Its laughable.Two men and a Truck will tack on more than it actually costs.BEWARE.

From beginning to end every one was professional, careful, responsive and easy to work with. They took great care of all my things. Having only my things on the truck and the same team pick up and unload was great. Well worth the price.

Im a picky person and these guys were always there to answer my questions.Day of the Move (July 31, 2021), I get a text around 8:12 AM stating that the truck and movers have dispatched the office. Less that thirty minutes later the truck is hear. My move was a medium size move according to one of the movers. They had me loaded from the old place then travel thirty minutes to new location. My furniture unloaded and the whole process took just over 3 hours. Wow.Moving is a huge stress for anyone. Im 70 yrs old and these folks were friendly, courteous and professionalNice job guys. Ill spread the word!

My first movers flaked, and I called them on Tuesday. On WEDNESDAY they were able to move me! They showed up an hour early and were extremely professional, polite, and very fast! Two Men and a Truck came to my rescue in a BIG way. A different well known moving company bailed on me THE DAY of the out-of-state contracted move “due to logistics of my location,” leaving me in disbelief and shock, and I had to start looking for movers all over again. I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed. My daughter found the Two Men and a Truck company and passed the info on to me. Chris took excellent care of me right from the first phone call, assuring me he could do the move, they would not bail on me and I could depend on the company, and told me the same guys who load the truck in one state would immediately drive to the other and deliver my furniture and my belongings to me within 3 days. A 26 foot truck would just transport my things alone. Not only were the movers responsible, dependable, well mannered and very hard workers, they remained cheerful and pleasant and never once complained throughout the move taking boxes/furniture up two flight of stairs in hot conditions (and unloading boxes in pouring rain for part of it). I felt completely at ease with my two assigned men and am so grateful for the care they gave my furniture and my household belongings. Chris and the two movers were very professional throughout all our communication, they earned my complete trust and I highly recommend them. The cost of the move was a bit more expensive than other moving estimates, but looking back it was definitely worth it!

Think twice about using Two Men and a Truck for local moving. My final bill was $235 over the original estimate after I had given them all of the details about the move I NEVER received the pre-move email they claimed they had sent to me and questioned my capability of using my email account. The supervisor was extremely argumentative when I questioned some of the business practices and told me he would just refer the balance to a collection agency if I did not pay the balance. He told me he had very few complaints about his service while not adressing my questions/concerns.I would never use this company again in spite of the good reviews i had read!

These movers were late and are NOT a good choice if you are a woman/moving the belongings of a woman. They were condescending, disrespectful, and I would never hire them again. They also lied and said they reached out to me when they just repeatedly sent me a survey to fill out which I had already done.

WE could not have been more pleased with our experience! We needed large, fragile items moved (2 glass top china cabinets, grandfather clock, dining set) and each item was wrapped and moved with care, even down flights of tight stairs. Fantastic customer service! I had a 250+lb treadmill delivered on my lawn in the winter by a bad delivery company who would not even take it to the door. I called Two Men and a Truck and they helped me same day with short notice and did a LOT of hard work to move it inside to the bedroom. I am very, very grateful!! I will use them on my next move for sure!

I have a very large massage chair ..376lbs.. that needed to be moved from my living room ..up 13 stairs ..a tight corner at the top landing...Previous to this .. one other company had tried to move it and could not get it up even three stairs...so needless to say I was VERY IMPRESSED with your services!...The three men assessed the situation first.. then very carefully lifted the chair one step at a time in synchronized movements..and Lo and behold ..the chair was positioned in my bedroom within a half hour!...Kudos to them and your company!!!

The estimate intake process took a little longer than I would have liked plus I had to supply all the information again because the original estimate did not save. That aside when it came to the actual work being done, Kevin, Rashad and Jake were a sincere pleasure to work with during my move. I felt secure knowing they knew what they were doing and their demeanor was polite and helpful to boot. Careful for these guys. They take advantage of females by screwing around and taking forever. Charged my friend over $600 to move 6 pieces of furniture.

This company charged $781 to move 11 items just 15 minutes away and it took them 5.25 hours to do it. They estimated the move to take 3-5 hours, and made sure it took the most time. They charged from the time they left their garage until they returned, so the customer pays for traffic and detour issues. They wrapped each item in rolled plastic wrap which took a long time to do, took 2+ hours to load the truck, took two 15 minute cigarette breaks, moved one extra piece for which they charged an extra hour for, and allegedly had to use alternate routes because of low overpasses. The items they moved: a sectional sofa with chaise, coffee table, tv cabinet, night stand, full size mattress and box spring, headboard, bed frame, small chest of drawers, and small desk. This move should not have taken more than 3 hours. The manager had numerous excuses, and would not make any adjustment in the final cost, despite his error in calculating the wrong street (which was further away), and the business practices. We were definitely ripped off and would not recommend them to anyone.
