The doctor was very nice . Went over hearing test results very thoroughly . Explained how much the hearing aids would be and how much insurance coverd and how much would have to be financed

Genesee Hearing Services is inarguably one of the vert best in WNY. I have been going there for my hearing loss since 2001. I was jus fitted with the latest and greatest hearing aids and the technology has certainly improved hearing device since my first pair. Jennifer, hearing aid dispenser, and Kyla, office assistant, could not have been kinder in making sure I received all that I needed and answered all my questions. If you or a loved one experiences hearing loss, Genesee Hearing Services should be in your plan.

Dr. Jennifer Cook, Audiologist, is smart, kind, and very professional. She is an Excellent and Awesome person.

My father received this advertisement in the mail today. Problem is, he passed away over a year ago. He was never their customer, so how did they find out he at one point had hearing aids? These doctors are the equivalent of ambulance chasers. They are worse than vampires. Do not do business with them
