I enjoyed the one on one service I received. 🥰Valerie was very informative & helpful. I just wish I didn’t have to wait 6-7wks to receive my bed. I need it know with all these doubles I’m doing.

Cant say enough about the professional and knowledgeable service and understanding of the Sleep Number products. The thoroughness of the presentation and explanation of the quality of sleep the user will experience is by far the best of any of the so called Mattress Stores! IN the end, the old adage is true...you get what you pay for...in this case, a GREAT nights sleep.Thank you Valerie and Rascheed!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated in Sleep Number service. I purchased my bed on February 20 and have yet to receive it. On three occasions of scheduled delivery I did not receive my bed. On the first date in March I received a call that the bed was broken during shipping... On April 1, I received a call 15 mins prior to scheduled delivery that one of the delivery technicians called in sick and I would need to again reschedule... Next date, April 15... still no bed. On April 15, I again received a call (15 mins before schedule delivery) that one of the delivery technicians called in sick and bed could not believe delivered.... The next best date for delivery is May 4th... nearly 3 more weeks of waiting... I understand illness... but waiting this long for my bed purchased in February is extremely unacceptable... not customer focused and extremely bad service. Do not know what will happen next...

Very very informative staff and the whole experience is very nice for a mattress store. Loved the mattress we both agreed on, but unfortunately went with a purple mattress instead. But had no complaints whatsoever.

It was a great experience. Rascheed was wonderful. I can only tell others that if you are serious, then book an appointment. The sales people want you to fully understand what the product will do for you.

Jason at the Sleep Number at the Walden Galleria mall was great!! He took his time with us and walked us through the various mattress selections in the store and the differences between each one. He wasn’t pushy and was honest with us from the beginning! Thank you so much, Jason. Can’t wait to sleep in our new bed next week!!

Valerie was excellent! We have had a sleep number bed for 18 years and decided to upgrade. Sleep Number was our only choice. We are looking forward to delivery of our new i8 bed. Thank you so much!!

Racheed and Jason were great. They were busy but made sure you were comfortable while waiting your turn. There was no pressure at all and explained everything in detail to make sure you were getting what you wanted and not what they wanted to sell you.

It was alright. Seems a bit disappointing when you first walk in. The salesman was alright, not really a good sense of humor. Ive seen a lot worse(pestery), but Ive also seen way better(more friendly, personable) . He didnt really introduce me to the products, I had to ask him several times to explain stuff about it. Didnt really give me a run down of the features and stuff, or the prices or much of anything really. Which, to his credit, he at least didnt try to up sale me to the highest one, or any of the other ones really. But rather let me gravitate to what I thought was good. Personally though I spent the money that I wouldve spent on this, to get a regular mattress, with memory foam and an adjustable leg/head thing. Was much comfier in the store, at least. And its more versatile in the long run.

High prices, bed isnt superior but has more bells and whistles. Some employees are good, some sarcastic. Buying sheets outside of Sleep Number is terrible

9000 is to much to pay for a bed...saleswoman was nice though
