So I went to buy cat food and saw these on the discount shelve and thought wow great deal. Good thing I only got a couple of items because when I went to check out it was 19 dollars. I even showed her the sales ticket and they refused to honor it so, this that cat food was the last thing Ill ever buy at Target. All I can say is check your receipts because what is on the shelves is not what they ring up at the register.

The boy who brought out my items was very nice, polite & very helpful.

I came in today and couldnt find anybody in the electronics section to ask if they had a product, so I asked the closest person which was a young woman stocking in the toy section. From the moment I approached her she looked like she was incredibly annoyed that I had the audacity to ask her a question. When I asked if she knew whether or not the store has this product, she just said I have no idea, I dont work in electronics. As I was in the middle of saying that I understood that but couldnt find anyone in that department she had turned around and walked away from me. She couldnt even do the bare minimum of trying to find me someone who could help me or just any kind of costumer service at all.

Now lets say hypothetically I was the impostor. How would I get from reactor to medbay in that timespan, from which we saw each other, till you found yellow dead. Also if I were the impostor hypothetically speaking, how would I have finished all my tasks.

How nice orderly the stores is. And you sell items other stores do not sell

Great service and a wide variety of quality products. This is one of our favourite stores, they have items for the baby and good prices. The seasonal section is well stocked and nicely presented. They have free wifi and ample parking. Customer service is quick and the have self-checkout stations, quite convenient.

Usually I enjoy shopping here, but last week I was seriously disappointed with my experience. Last Monday or Tuesday evening, I came to buy a bookcase, which I had been wanting for the past a month or so. I went to pick it up from the shelf to put in my cart even though it was super heavy and I struggled a bit to do so. If that wasnt bad enough, a male representative saw me trying in vain to put it in the cart and neither offered to help me nor even radioed for someone else for help me. Worst of all, I was left with a bruise and a sore arm after all was said and done. I then went to ask both a cashier and then customer service if it was policy to help someone load any heavy items into the cart. They said it was just policy to help them load it into the customers vehicle, but frankly I call BS. I dont think I want to shop here anymore (especially since Im convinced that if I were a thin blonde woman, he would have been more than willing to assist me).

The customer service at Target was excellent and I was able to return an item and receive a replacement with no issues. I am very grateful for that.

The cashier that took care of me was wonderful went beyond just cashing me out

I love this place uts very clean, well stocked and the customer service is great. I went lookung for a specific item for my bedroom and I askes one associate and she sid her best to help me find it. When she could not find it she asked another associate to assist her! Mind you she was in the process of stocking shelves and she took the time to stop and give me great customer service! It is so hard to find that nowadays! You definitely cant hardly find that at Walmart at all people point you in the direction and leave you hanging love this place very clean orderly and you can definitely find almost anything you need from food to baby clothing!!

Just another average target. This place was busy inside but the lines at the cashier we small and moved very quickly. There is lots of free parking available out front.

There was a huge banner on the storefront wall of the Walden and Galleria Target I entered a few days ago that masks were required upon entering the store, but when I entered the store I noticed that many costumers and some employees werent wearing them. When I asked someone at the customer service counter about it, he said that Target recommends that people wear masks in the store but it is not required. It was very strange, considering there was a giant banner hanging on the front of the store that stated otherwise and there was a state mandate in effect. I dropped the things I was about to purchase on the counter, I and instead went to a nearby Office Max to make my purchase. When I returned to my bicycle I had locked to a post below the large banner that was bigger than any other Ive seen in the vicinity, a man who may have been in charge of security mentioned that I caused a scene by yelling and throwing items on the customer service desk and said what I brought up wasnt important and he did not care. Afterwards, I told the man I contacted customer relations (service) and pointed out the elephant in the room- the enormous banner above where my bike was locked and placard in front of the main entrance that stated masks were required and pedaled away.I called Target reps to confirm if what the person working in the store said was true. I then found out that their policy was as stated in big, bold lettering outside the store; masks were, as in line with the New York state mandate, required. Frankly, I entered Target because I didnt want to go to an over-crowded Walmart down the street and the enormous sign gave me the impression that they were more concerned for the health and wellbeing of others than other businesses in the area, but apparently I was mislead. The moral of the story: like books and their covers, you cant judge a store by its storefront.

I have a disability and 2 times female employees were laughing at me while I shopped. I just left crying. Please dont do that again. Every time I go shopping its awful. All I really get is pet stuff and soap usually. Please let todays visit be nice. Also your music is kinda loud please turn down halfway.

The store had an incorrect price posted under a product that I wanted to purchase. When I asked for the price that was posted, I was told no because the sale was over and the store associates was suppose to change the price of the product 3 months ago.

Ive seen more getting caught for shoplifting (and shoplifting in general) than any other store in my life. Not worth the craziness - go to one of the other gazillion locations around.

MASK NON COMPLIANCE IN PHARMACY DEPARTMENT. When reported to employee, Target employee said they don’t enforce. Odd, as all signs up front and outside the store contradict this policy of required masks. AND THIS 4-15 FEET FROM PHARMACY COUNTER. When epidemic at record levels.

I always get great service, the store is clean, and Target seems to always have what other stores are out of, for example xbox controllers and printer ink.

Target drive up order pick up is EVERYTHING. You place an order on the app and when the order is ready you just drive to the store and park in the special spots for order pick up. I swear they bring items out to you in under a minute once you check in. Its great!

Not sure if its just this store. But one of the items is marked at 9.99 on shelf and the item itself but my receipt reads $14.99 and at the register they wouldnt do anything about it.

I tried to buy two Christmas mugs that were out on the shelf today but they wouldnt scan because they cant be sold until November 3. Why were they out on display? The manager on duty was less than helpful and not at all friendly. She just took them in the back and never returned. I felt bad for the cashier who didnt know what to say. She was very nice.

Target is the best store overall. During this pandemic, every visit to the store it has been clean, warm, & the workers are eager to assist you with your shopping needs.

I worked for Target for about a year and a half and not only were they amazing to the team members, but also to the guests. Being a guest and seeing that the team members care is nice. Also because I always find what I’m looking for (and way more) at a good price.

I can find what I need, and the Starbucks staff here is especially fast and friendly. That said, some days (like today) some cashiers are very slow handling each individual product, then pass off customers to other (actually unavailable) lines. The self checkout line gets long because there are so many (unstaffed) cashier stations and not enough self checkout stations. If all those stations will not be staffed, and the ones that are staffed will go very slow, then it would be better to remove many of those cashier stations and replace them with more self check out ones so we can all get in and out of the store faster.

Customer service is always on point! At the walden Galleria store in Cheektowaga NY, Shannon at the service desk, is always the sweetest and so helpful!

Sometimes you have to wait until a clerk can help you but the day I picked up my item there was no customers at the service desk. The young lady that assisted me was very please and polite. She was having a conversation with another employee but when I walked to the desk she assisted me.

Security guy was hostile when asking if my boyfriend if he needed help looking at anything before stating he’ll be waiting for us up front and that we have “two choices.” Had no idea what he was talking about until I noticed he was security. Didn’t quite realize it was a crime to check out some pop sockets. Had to bring the very much intact pop sockets up to some older woman as proof he didn’t steal them.. I wouldn’t suggest picking anything up or looking at any items if you don’t want some furious, power tripping white male pressing you about stealing. Won’t be coming back here after this unpleasant experience

As someone from Canada, this Target is miles ahead of what Canadian department stores have to offer. The prices are very competitive, it is clean and mostly organized, and it has a huge selection of clothing, food, and home furnishings. I cant seem to go here without buying more than I intended!

Fast and efficient from web order to pick up at the store. I originally bought a couple items on Amazon Prime but they changed the delivery date from 2 days to 4 days. When I called Amazon to find out why the date change, I got this convoluted excuse from their Indian help desk. I canceled the order and bought from Target instead. About the same price and ready in less than 2 hours. Eat me, Bezos!

Very nice inside, as a Canadian this used to be my go to target due to location. Unfortunately this hasn’t been the case as of late, as I haven’t been able to find any deals at this location, and even the selection of items was lacking!

We cant go in this place without spending more than we plan to. We regularly go in for one item and end up filling our cart with things we didnt realize we needed. They are a decently priced department store with a great selection. Excellent alternative to Walmart.

I always drive down to the Target in Buffalo because they no longer have locations in Canada. I love the items I find at this particular location..especially the beauty items and clothes.I was actually here yesterday and needed to pick up some blistex as its cheaper here in the states. I walked all over the beauty aisle and could not find them. Asked one of the young girls working there (mixed fair skin girl with brown hair usually has it up in a bun) if she knew where the Blister was kept. She guided me to the location.. however she was walking extremely fast and 20 steps ahead of me (idk what that was about, not like she was in a hurry to go do something important because she was standing talking to another co-worker) ..and when we finally got to the aisle she mumbled and said here it is while she kept walking and walked off. THE ITEM I WAS LOOKING FOR WAS NOT EVEN THERE. She did not even stand there with me to tell me if there was any or not. I dont know if she was having a bad day, but shes lucky I did not cause a scene. Her customer service needs to be worked on because her atittude was just terrible. Shes the reason why your location gets a low rating. You did not lose me as a customer but customer service at this location needs to be worked on.
