This place has the best staff ever! Their customer service is excellent and girls working there are beyond helpful and friendly! People should use them as example of how customer should be treated, I haven’t felt so welcome in a store in a long time! What a breath of fresh air! :)

Always fun to browse and get lots of craft ideas. Wish they had more Halloween stuff but with Covid its to be expected everywhere.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When got home I realized that a few items were missing from my bag despite being charged for them. The store manager was really helpful helping me figuring out what was missing (Im totally new to the craft world!) and replaced them with no questions asked. Great experience, wonderful friendly staff you could actually find, terrific clearance prices & super coupons!!!Thanks for everything!!!!

I was looking for aluminum wire. VERY limited selection. They have a lot of great stuff, but honestly- when time allows,, Ill shop Amazon for anything I need. Way bigger selection & much, MUCH more affordable.

I LOVE Michaels sales, promotions and coupons.. Some staff is mostly helpful - but they are hard to find.

For this to be a huge outlet of art supplies, it should at least have numbers to go with the clock sets but they dont and they dont have a lot of other supplies that they should carry that other stores dont carry. I guess going online is a better policy for people now. Which is not one of my policies because I like to actually touch and feel and see the item and read the ingredients and instructions before I can actually buy it. It becomes frustrating when you cant find specific things in a huge outlet art store.

I love looking for crafts and if I couldnt find something, the staff was eager to help. There is a plethora of items there. I was looking for a specific size knitting needle and the only place I could find it was at Michaels.

The staff knows where everything is. And they seem well informed on any projects that you have in mind

Went there looking for a magnifying glass and I found a great deal on one. I also was looking for coin collecting merchandise but didnt find any. One would think for a hobby shop there would have been a few items for the hobby of collecting coins. I guess its off to the next hobby shop to find what Im looking for.

I have been shopping for various needs (watercolor painting, diy wooden sign designs, Cricut Maker supplies, wreath materials, etc. and Michaels on Walden has been my go to. They have had exactly what Ive needed, sales have been well times for my projects, lines move quickly, and I receive their rewards.

Always super busy not enough employees working. The reason I order for online pick up is to beat the line but instead this is my second visit to the store where Ive sat at the little buzzer thing for over 20 minutes. Very frustrating.

Pretty much the whole place is on sale right now. I completely rebuilt my yarn stock and took advantage of some great deals. I was a bit disappointed with the selection because I got there too late and others had gotten the colors I wanted, lol. Still super happy with the stash I left with!

They had exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very helpful. They gave me instructions where to find something and then came over to make sure I found the item I needed. The cashier was alone with a handful of people in line to cash out and handled herself very well and did not show any frustration.

The best family style Italian restaurant Ive found in Western New York. In fact the surroundings strike you that youre back in your own hometown favorite local Italian restaurant. Extraordinary selections and ample portions, where youre likely to take a nice portion of it home with you. Friendly and attentive staff. What else needs to be said. Really, in a way, I feel like its going back to my early growing up days with arriving for a meal and most likely finding a friend already there, but guaranteed at least youll get a friendly welcome and go home fully satisfied !

Great service as I ordered a custom framed portrait. The clerk helped me navigate the website needed to complete the order as I am limited in my use of technology. She was very patient and offered helpful suggestions. I have always been able to find what I needed when shopping here and am usually able to take advantage of discounts.

I love the coupons if you sign up for them. Prices high but if you have coupon its great! Great yarn variety. Flower assortments. Fabric and everything you need for DIY projects.

This such a great store for all kinds of crafts and decorations. They only let you use one coupon per person, per day but they accept competitors coupons! I love the selection of paper crafts and stamps, beads, cake decorating and paints. Its mesmerizing!

Most of the products are not on the shelf. I would rather go to the one on Transit.

Michaels is great to go if you need art supplies in a flash. Its convenient when you get a rush job and can get supplies locally. Theres also a plethora of coupons/discounts always available to help save money! Also, the staff is always very helpful and friendly!

I love Michaels! It has everything I need for crafts and the Sunday circular always has good coupons. Staff is friendly and helpful. If youre not too crafty they also have completed decorative items also. I easily spend an hour or two browsing!

I didnt find exactly what I was looking for but did find other items that worked.

Got lots of cute stickers for cheap! But there was a screaming child in the line who was annoying everyone. Not taking off stars due to others behavior, but be careful if you have kids here they may throw tantrums

Terrible. Things that are shown online and say STORE ONLY are not in the store due to being discontinued. They need to communicate that. So I wont waste my time anymore and continue to go to Hobby Lobby

Are you bored? Are you looking for a new hobby? Do you have $50 burning a hole in your pocket?Then Michaels is the place. In all honesty this is the first craft store I go do when I need something. Great selection, the staff is surprisingly helpful and friendly. This location is kept clean and its bright and spacious. Parking is usually ok. The worst part about this is dealing with the idiots parking and crossing the road to the big store next door with a bulls-eye on it.

Great prices at Michaels provided you get deals with coupons. They usually have things for sale but with a 25% off your order, when its already 50% off picture frames, we were able to finally get all our pictures framed for cheap. Definitely a go to location for crafts but definitely watch for those coupons. Online you can sign up for free with your email and never miss those coupons again!

Great crafting store with reasonable prices. Sign up for their emails for coupons and weekly ads. Mainly shop here for holiday decorations. Find the $4 yellow tag on prepackaged boxes or grab bags. You can get tons of merchandise for a whole $4.

I find everything I need for my business

Very nice selection of the yarn, but sale items were poorly marked and no sales associate to be found. One person at check out counter with a line of people, but she was pleasant and very helpful. Poor scheduling by management, the LSU could have used some help.
