This is the worst store I’ve ever been to. I thrift all the time. The regulars there are overlooked for being rude and disrespectful to people who come in once a month but spend more money than they ever would. They literally push you out of their way. Even though they are told to stand back until the bins are put down and locked in place they do not respect the rules.Please watch out for one name Stan. he will literally pull things out of your hands. Not to mention his body touching yours..... is disgusting but he’ll do anything to get to merchandise.

I went into this goodwill just wanting a good time....little did i know some hippy would steal my phone right out of the changing room!!! the staff was very very unhelpful and i was unsuccessful getting my phone back!

This is an interesting thrifting experience. I met a very helpful gentlemen called Dwayne! I bought a wooden chair for $1! This is a pay per pound goodwill and suggest coming in with an open mind on what you could find. Plenty of parking and get ready to dig into bins. I have attached the chair i purchased along with an after.

Be prepared to empty your bank account, bring your life savings, and borrow a few dollars from family before u go to this location..reason being is everything is weighed regardless of how heavy it is..I always thought people donated to goodwill to help those less fortunate and give them a chance to purchase much needed items at a great discount...not the story at this location..also make sure the scale isnt off the day u go in sometimes u may be charged hell of a lot more than u should be if it isnt working correctly...robert and darlene who work there are awesome and will help u in any way u need but as for the rest well lets not go there..if u will let them know that its too high for what u got and speak the truth they may give u a break but dont hold your breath..

Compared to every other Goodwill Outlet Ive been at, they mustve had 20 times less stuff & that isnt an exaggeration.Every other outlet Ive been at has double size bins with several new sets of bins rolling in about every hour. This place looks like the same bins have been sitting for days.Just a lot of junk. Some clothes. Mostly junk.

This place is dank & I mean really, really dank. It’s like the basement of an abandoned old house. It’s smells like mold and there’s no rhyme or reasoning. It’s chaos when a new bin rolls out. My husband got such bad vibes we basically just paid for what we had and left because we were both grossed out. I wouldn’t recommend. The cashier was super nice though and I would recommend her but not the store cause it’s the pit of thrifting.

Nothing like pictures! Was disgusting, look like a pig pit. Not even worth a 5 minute drive. Was run down, hot, and so much smaller than any picture. Interesting people in and around the building, felt uncomfortable the whole time. There were 8 binds and the rest were in large cardboard boxes, with people in the boxes going there them. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Sign outside said open, was there during open hours but the door was locked and no one would answer the phone

I had been a little scared and already going because of reviews. But I can say I am glad they still have bins to dig throw. For buyers as employees. Very very nice job.

Wow what a great place to go and shop til you drop! There are some downsides to it so keep this in mind! Folks will push you in order to get what they want! Many dont speak English so your having to use basic hand language to help others understand! It goes by the pound 99 cents to be exact on clothes curtains towels etc.

For as big as it is on the outside the inside is incredibly small. It has a variety that could be better. Many of the bins were almost bare. Found a VCR that Ive been searching for for a decent price. Check out is pretty reasonable. Problem I had were people at the register having family members still shopping and adding to the cart multiple times an nobody said anything to them.

Customer Service is the best! Way better than any of the other local goodwills.Please Note this is NOT a normal Goodwill. Clothes are not on hangers they are in large blue bins that are rotated with new merchandise all day long.There is also a shoe bin, purse bin, toy bins, & house wares bins. You can find glassware on shelves along with books, electronics, and board games. Then you pay by the pound. I try to go here at least once a week because it is a treasure hunt every time. Ive been able to find all kinds of name brands and all kinds sizes. You never know what you may find! Definitely Worth checking out if youre willing to hunt for treasure!

I had the best time here i drove over an hour to get here walked in and everyone was welcoming and smiling. this was my first time at an outlet and had many questions and they answered all my questions. i found many items on my trip for sourcing. they were name brand items in good condition. thank you goodwill outlet

It’s a hit and miss on what you will find sometimes but if you can look past the impatient and pushy folks who are there daily, you can really find some really neat stuff bc if you take the time to peruse. Bring gloves cuz your hand do get dirty!

A great place for treasure hunting. Also this is a great place for thirty shopping. A must visit for those on a budget.

I think this place is best as a fun spot to bring your kids and let them dig for treasures. I made my kids day with new used toys for $1.13!! But yes it is sometimes a hit or miss spot.

I can always walk away with a few deals, it smells a bit and isn’t the cleanest, just bring gloves and you should be good. Weighs by the pound for clothes but with shoes and purses it has a set price. I come up from Atlanta to dig through once a month. Only thing that was a bit annoying was how bare the clothing bins often are- and there aren’t many to start with- 6 clothing bins at most I think. Still a favorite of mine!

People are pushy and aggressive. The Police say thats just East Lake Goodwill but the attitudes here from the reg.customers pretty much drives away casual thrift hunters. The store isnt as clean as the pictures ...wear gloves.

Small. Dirty. Bins are rotated every few minutes but there are only a few items in each bin. I was there for clothing and found no name brands and the majority of the clothes were filthy. No goodwill tags on any of the clothing. I would not recommend using these bins to source. Also Bathrooms were beyond nasty. If you do go you will want your gloves for this one.

No organization system. Everything in buckets.

My husband knows to put a GW store in the plans anytime we go out of town . Finally squeezed in some time only to be disappointed. This one was Awful! Nothing like other outlets Ive visited and far far from my fave and beloved hometown favorite Midlothian Tpk Richmond VA location. This was below a one star but...

Very small, rotation nearly nonexistent, and the stuff was not good at ALL. Very HOT in the building. Staff was nice though 😊

As a tourist coming to the city, to shop and visit this place is a deceiving. This not why you think it is..this is not an outlet . There are donation centers that are better than this. It should be called a a leftover thrift center. Not to be mean but for my first time here, I thought I was about to get down with a bargain shop.

Smelled of urine, incredibly small floor, and bins were tossed and mangled. Depresssing.

Customers are rude and disrespectful. Employees are dismissive of customers unless the customers are friends with employees. If customers are friends with employees that customer gets first pick.Of items coming out of back. If you call corporate to complain you are again dismissed.👎👎👎
