PPS Orthothics has always been my go to for Orthothics, but Melissa has caused me to start looking elsewhere, she needs to shut her mouth and let the customer speak, she needs to get rid of her condescending attitude!! I’m in pain and need help, but she can NOT shut up long enough to be of any help, talking OVER a customer is NOT good customer service

Not a very efficient office. We waited 40 minutes (30 past our appointment time) to be seen. We knew what we wanted when we went in. The visit didnt get any better after we were called back. Decided to fo elsewhere.
