I ordered a trailer hitch 5 days ago and paid extra to have the hitch expedited which I was assured it would be in on Monday. Today is Wednesday and I am still waiting on a phone call to come in. I have attempted to contact the store but they do not answer a phone and all calls are routed to the main UHaul service center now for 3 days. Their customer service SUCKS. Go elsewhere.

I phoned Uhaul Hixon and made an appointment to have a hitch fitted to my car for more than a week later. When I arrived on time for my appointment I was made to hang around for some time before being helped. When I was helped the salesman disappeared into the back and appeared about 20 minutes later telling me the part was not there and Fedex had it. I called 2 days later and they told me they did not have the part yet and that it had not yet been dispatched from the factory. (Someone was not being truthful). I contacted UHaul online customer service the following day and they said the part was in at that location and that they would schedule an appointment and so I did. I phoned UHaul Hixon before leaving for the appointment to confirm all is well, the person answering said he will check and just left me hanging.....and hanging.........I eventually gave up. Still have no hitch and not sure if they intend doing the job. Guess I will have to find another company to do the job! Worst service I ever had....they do not care!!!!
