I had a wonderful experience. The movers were helpful and understanding. I couldnt asked for a better experience.

We had a great experience with our recent move! Caitlin who helped with our quote and scheduling was extremely helpful. Patient and walked through genuine recommendations on the amount of guys needed. The movers communicated well and took great care of our things. Joseph the driver was diligent in putting things back together perfectly. When their was a challenge with one of the movers midday. They quickly rectified the situation and had a new guy out within an hour. Never expected that to happen so quickly. I would recommend using them for your cross town move or cross country.

The office staff were excellent. And some of the moving team were excellent. If they broke or damaged anything, they were great about making it right. Jacob was excellent. If all of the movers were like him, they would get 5 stars solid! His attitude, friendliness, carefulness, cheerfulness... he was amazing. None were rude or unpleasant. But one (the team lead, actually) was very obvious about his dislike of the job--not our job specifically, but the fact he worked for Two Men and a Truck. Overall, I think the price is very competitive. The only reason I wouldnt straight up recommend them to a friend is because I havent thoroughly researched if there is anyone better. I would tell someone these guys are average-decent, but to do their research to make sure there isnt someone else that seems to do as well or better.

The movers were efficient. But they said my move time was scheduled 11-4 and didn’t show up until 6. Then damaged my dresser. Not worth $270 for an hour job (just bedroom furniture and a couple of couches) Management is terrible

I have used this company for several moves. Every crew has been great. The crew this time (Phillip, Jamar, Elijah, and Jamil) were courteous, hard working, and respectful of my belongings. Caitlin (in the office) was wonderful to work with and patient with all my changes. I highly recommend using their services.

2 Men (really 3 in my case) and a truck did an incredible job moving a 5 BR 3,000 sq ft home into a a 3rd floor apartment. My wife and I were amazed. And I have 3 important family antiques that the movers clearly respected and treated with great care!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks Giovani and team.

Trying to come home and they had the entire street blocked on east Elmwood, no respect for other residents in the area, and not to mention emergency services cant get thru were seconds count.

They only moved 2 rooms and I had my entire house in the garage already. Their truck wouldnt start. I did not purchase the insurance because I didnt have anything of immense value. However, they managed to destroy my bed head board and because I didnt purchase their exuberant insurance, they paid me $0.60 per pound at 40lbs for my head board for a grand total of $24. I am dead serious. They scratched up my furniture, put a hole in the wall of my new home, and had to get an additional truck even though I provided an itemized list of lawn equipment which they didnt have room for on the initial truck. We had to wait 2 hours for the additional truck to get our remaining items from the previous house which was an inconvenience to the buyers of my previous house. It was just a terrible experience from the time the movers showed up until they left.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. They told my parents the day of the move, today, they had been out until 1 am the night before and would not be able to come to the house until noon. Noon comes and goes and they call back and say they arent coming at all. My parents absolutely cannot move a whole house by themselves today. They must be out today. Im at an airforce base in Anchorage, so I literally couldnt even be there on a plane today if I tried. Insanely unprofessional and horrible service.

My movers were kind and professional. Moving is so stressful no matter what, but Two Men and a Truck made it a million times easier. They worked non stop in the Tennessee heat to get my family moved into our new home. Highly recommend these guys to anyone.

These two men were on time. They took their time wrapping and securing my furniture to make sure it would not get damaged during the move. They did not fool around they got to work and worked efficiently. They were kind and respectful and engaging. I have NO complaints at all. If I move again I will not hesitate to use Two Men and a Truck again.

This was genuinely one of the worst experiences of my life. They underestimated our needs, which had to do with their lack of manpower. They blamed us for it and then left our belongings at our old house with an assurance that they would get it the next day. We were closing on our house that day and someone else would own it. Cant leave your stuff at someone elses house even if you did own it the day before.I rented a Uhaul and did it myself.Thats bad service. I am still working in this problem now. I have called the corporate office because the local office didnt help.I also happen to know that the same crew helped the people who bought my house and their experience was the same.Garbage experience.

I have used Two men and a truck on several occasions and have always been pleased. The most recent experience was to move my mother to an assisted living facility. Both guys did a great job but Jack Rice was super helpful and made the move even better than before.

Two Men and a Truck was a very good choice for me. They were going to be late and called to let me know and arrived exactly within the expected time frame. They were curious and professional and quick. They saved me a good 1-1/2 - 2 hours on my move. I appreciate their hard work and will definitely be a returning customer!

Like many businesses, they are struggling with being short staffed, but our crew was amazing!! They communicated well, worked together, worked hard, played moving box Tetris, and got it done! Jason, Austin, Johnny, Antoine, and Nolan are top notch!

I would not recommend this moving service. The estimated time of the move was 4-5 hours. The movers had zero sense of urgency and were super chatty, making our simple move 9 hours.In addition to the ridiculous amount of time it took to move, there were several damages because of carelessness of the movers. One of the movers decided to move our dryer down the stairs by himself, scratching our wall and busting our switch plate. They dragged plywood down the stairs, leaving a blue stain on almost every step down the stairway. They left scratches on my hardwood floor.The icing on the cake is the measly one hour reimbursement for the time and $150 offered for damages. The company should send someone to perform the home repairs and reimburse actual damage costs and time spent to correct the damages made by their movers.

I enjoyed everything they did. They were polite and the charge was fair. Ill use them again and recommend their services to others.

I had two smallest men come out from two and a truck not to mention one of them were new according to the driver which is why it took them so long. They arrived At 845 and started working at 9 am. It was only one king size bed and mattress and a twin bed and mattress along with two dressers and a washer and dryer. One sofa and a kitchen table with 4 chairs and it took them 3.75 hours and cost me 620.00. Not to mentioned I had already disassembled everything for them. It was so ridiculous. It’s not worth the money at all.

This move was my 13th move in my life and by far the BEST moving experience from getting an estimate from Caitlin Burns to packing, loading, and unloading. I wished I had known about TM&T moving company before. I would like to thank the movers, Corey Burgin, Justin Johnson, and Tristan Hill and the folks that helped with part of packing and loading, Corey Arnold, Jordan Kirby, Austin Edwards, Dillon Quinn, Ronnie Scarboro Jr. They were courteous and hard working professionals. Corey Burgin and Justin Johnson, who were the core movers for two separate out-of-state moves within a week a part, from Chatta to FL and Chatt to VA. I was so impressed with them on the 1st move I requested them again on the second move that involved packing, loading, and transferring of a ton of fragile collectives and very heavy one of kind items from Italy. They took time to paid attention to instructions that I provided and treated my personal properties with such care. Justin Johnson in charged of these moves was very courteous, responsive, professional, made it less stressful and amazing experience. I dont normally write reviews on anything, but I was compelled to do so because I truly appreciated everything that they did.

I was highly impressed with this company from start to finish. I loved how they came out and took the time walk though the house to give me a good estimate. They even dropped off boxes I would need prior to the move. The movers were on-time, personable and professional. They absolutely knew what they were doing. They were all effective and efficient. It was a long day and not once did they appear tired, frustrated or complained. Id always seen the trucks but had never used them. Glad I gave them a try. I also got quotes for 3 other moving companies. I didnt chose them because of price (not that they were more expensive), but I chose them because I felt confident in their ability to get the job done and they delivered!

Very easy appointment setup online. Office representatives were very helpful and responsive to all questions. And the guys who did all the back breaking work - nothing short of phenomenal. Nothing broken or even scratched during the move. We will definitely use this company, again.

Team members were nice guys and very polite. But we noticed after the move many if not most of our furniture was dinged one way or the other. We had to remind them of a couple of final set ups before they bolted. Also, when they set up the queen sleep number bed they left the air lines, controls and pump on top of the mattress and not under the bed where it belonged and I had to fight to get these positioned due to the heavy mattress platform used by this brand. Not happy. Finally, I was told when I got the on line quote that we would likely use only about half the truck. It turned out we used all of the truck and several items like a big screen TV and our patio furniture would not fit. I was not given any suggestions on how I was to get these items to my new house. Fortunately my neighbor has a pick up truck and was nice enough to help me move the final items. If I had been moving out of state I would have been screwed.

I picked Two Men and a Truck because of their stellar reviews. However, they have plenty of competitors in the Chattanooga area with high reviews, as well. I didn’t have much to move from my apartment to a house I had recently purchased so the only reason I hired a moving company was to securely move my TV that wouldn’t fit in my car. I requested they have the ~$40 TV box available. I was one of the later clients in the day, so when they showed up they didn’t have the TV box and they said they would take it off my invoice. I told them that was fine as long as they were confident they could move the TV without damaging it. The movers assured me it would be fine and then went through the paperwork extremely quickly. I ended up selecting the basic coverage. This was a huge mistake. They deliver my furniture and TV and the leg had broken through the back of the TV completely blowing the plastic out and ruining both the mount and the place in the TV where the mount attaches to the actual TV. At this point, I’ll have to find a place to mount the TV on a wall somewhere or pawn it and save up for a new one. When I received the settlement, they offered me $60 for the damages. I explained my case, and they dug their heels in. This company completely lacks in transparency. I’ve already redirected a couple friends away from Two Men and a Truck. Would not recommend.

I would definitely recommend two men and a truck over and over again. I went with three guys to make sure they could get this very big and very old desk moved. They had great prices and they were very friendly and professional. They got everything that I wanted moved in a timely manner. We lived on a third floor apartment and they had everything moved out of there and to the new house in only an hour and a half! They have a great group of people. I no longer am worrying about moving again next year because I know for sure I will be hiring Two Men and a Truck again!

We moved with two trucks and 5 of the nicest professionals I could ever ask for. I felt like I was moving with my buddies, except they loaded everything with a smile, never complained about the workload, and didnt stop halfway through for beer and pizza. I wish I could remember the guys names on this move. Ill just refer to them as the bearded crew. The bearded crew showed up on time and got to work. These guys hustled whenever they could and slowed down when it was necessary to protect something. The bearded crews professionalism and determination to excel is a great reflection on them and on their company!

These guys were amazing this past week. My mother lost her home in the tornado, and we had two trucks that fell through. In a bind, I called Two Men and a Truck hoping they could help me. I knew it was a long shot; however, we had all the salvageable items sitting outside and had to be out of her house. I called, they put me on hold for a few minutes. When they came back they had a van ready to help me move the few boxes of salvageable items we had. They were AMAZING! The two guys who came to help were professional, kind, courtesy, punctual, and FAST! We had it all done in 1 hour. The office members were fantastic. I am beyond grateful for their willingness to help me get out of a mess. I will call them again FOR SURE!!

The Chattanooga team was excellent from start to finish. They were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive option, but the up-front communication was the best. The moving team was everything youd want them to be - professional, courteous, efficient, organized, focused, and careful. Nice people but they wanted 99$ service fee and then 125$ an hour to move 3 pieces of bedroom furniture to the SIDE OF THE ROAD! I cant imagine what ot would take to move across town!!!Sorry guys.

Chad and Bryan are great! They were very careful with everything I own and made sure it was secure. Chad took apart my bed and put it back together at the house - one less thing I had to do. I had an excellent experience with Two Men and a Truck. The office staff was courteous when I was asking for an estimate and then to schedule the move. I was contacted several times prior to the move to confirm the move. Justin and Corey were early to the location and ready to go. They were helpful and very careful with the boxes and items being moved. I would recommend this company to anyone who is needing moving service.

Do not hire Two Men and a Truck Chattanooga for your move. After hearing positive from friends and reading them online, I felt good about selecting their service after getting quotes from two other companies. Big mistake. The sales team at the office is amazing --great in getting the sale. The problem is the quote. I was quoted $500-$800 for my move. I called back not once but twice to confirm the quote (it was lower than others) indicating I have a steep staircase on one end of the move and a steep driveway on the other. They assured me that with 3 men it wouldnt be a problem. Where did things land --12 hours and $1600. Two big problems: I hired a 3 man crew and only 2 were capable of doing the job physically. And, they allocated my hourly rate to have 3 men working to put together an IKEA bed --it took 2 hours of their working time. I left a message for the office. They werent available and I didnt hear back until the next day when I told them the issues. And, they were absolutely resolute in indicating that I didnt do my due diligence. Huh?

The services performed were truly outstanding all the way around. The team arrived on time, full of enthusiasm, worked hard through the day, and completed the job safely. I will gladly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone. I had over 20 moves during my military career, all managed through the installation transportation office using national carriers. Not one of those moves was as smooth as your service. Thank you for an incredible experience.

The guys were polite and did excellent work. I place importance on value over price. What good is a low price when damage is done or they take all day? The guys were fast, yet took care of my belongings. I was amazed how quickly the job was finished. I as well as my brothers have used Two Men and A Truck many times over the years moving our homes and businesses. I wouldnt trust anyone else.

Chase and his 5-star crew did a great job moving me in record time. The unload was up hill, and mostly up the stairs, but they handled it like troopers. I even had to suggest taking a break. Thank you for a great job.

This was simply the worst experience. From the initial quote being some $600 off the price charged to the inexperienced movers who dropped our new refrigerator off the loading ramp to the truck. To this date, I have still not received their small settlement of $180 for dropping my $1,800 dollar refrigerator. I had everything boxed and furniture ready to move and it still took them nearly eight hours for an across town move. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a moving service.

I had to make a last minute request as my previous arrangement for local moving help fell through. I was able to schedule a move for the next day with Two Men! The crew was hard-working, energetic, careful and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Two Men to anyone needing help with their move.

Ty and Andrew were fantastic with my recent move. I had relocation cubes delivered from Florida. I hired the team to assist with unloading the cubes and moving heavier items up three flights of stairs. They were awesome and couldnt have been more helpful. The job was finished in less than an hour. Would hire them again without hesitation. One of the best investments of my move!

The best measure of a good company is how they respond to problems large and small. We certainly had problems,BUT the manager stepped up and sent 2 men to fix our problems, which they did. Arriving within minutes, diagnosing issues, fixed them and were gone. THAT wasnt all, the local manager recognized how upset we were and credited my cc a substantial amount.All companies have problems, few take care of them as well, and as quickly as 2 Men & A Truck. To me their integrity is unquestionable.

The friendliness of my two guys, Mark and Mark. The communication was great because they cared about every piece they moved. It was so hot and humid, and it took longer than we expected, but they never got irritated or aggravated and kept a professional attitude the whole time. This was a stressful time for my husband and I, but they made us for comfortable through the whole process. We all laughed and joked with each other the whole time. This whole moving experience will always be memorable because of Mark and Mark.

I had to reschedule my move 3 different times. Every time the office staff was both friendly and helpful. Moving day could not have gone better. My movers (Josh, Brandon and Frankie) were awesome! They were respectful to me throughout the very long day of moving. They were meticulous and took great care in wrapping, packing, moving and setting up my stuff. They communicated with each other when moving large items. I cannot not say enough good things about my movers or the company!

We recently hired these folks to pick up a piece of furniture that we purchased in Chattanooga and deliver it to our home in Cleveland. These folks were FABULOUS to work with! I used Two Men and a Truck in the past and this time it was not good. I am usually not the type to write a review but this last time was awful. Not only did they break my dresser, but when it happened I felt like it was my fault. I got told not to use ikea furniture, because this usually happens, it breaks. The movers explained that ikea furniture usually breaks in the moving process. Although this was informational, it was unnecessary right after the pegs of my dresser came off and the bottom of my dresser came out. It seemed annoying at the time because it came off as my fault. I am aware ikea and wayfair have cheaper furniture, that is why I bought it. Then one of the movers admitted that it was his fault they forgot to take the pegs out of the dresser. I agreed but also said that I forgot about the pegs. The whole thing was frustrating, but then one of the movers kept nervous laughing while apologizing for breaking my stuff. When I told the office people they said and I quote He is a jolly man which I am sure he is.. but again it felt uncomfortable.. I did not want to laugh in that moment. Getting advice on who not to use and him giggling throughout the process was frustrating. They did apologize repeatedly and were somewhat respectful. I just will not be using them again.

I have use two men and a truck three times and this last move was the worst experience yet they used to be good but this time they were unorganized and slow to move I spoke with the manager the day after the move and told him about my experience and he said he would talk to his men and get back with me and has not replied in over two months. He asked me to wait about filling out the review until he called me back and has never called me back.i will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

On March 6, 2020, my wife and I had Two Men and a Truck come to our house to move furniture around in our house and to move some furniture from upstairs to the garage. Caitlin was the lady in the office that helped us set up the move and she was great to work with. The garage move was two levels down and included moving 3 extremely heavy bookcases down a tough stairwell. The move also required them to move a very heavy couch out of a bedroom door that was extremely tight. All of this was done perfectly to our desires.Jeremy Cash and Skyler Smith were our movers. They were amazing. They were super respectful of us and our home. They moved everything without ever rubbing against a wall. Unbelievably good movers! They were so, so patient with us since my wife and I didn’t always know exactly what we wanted to do. They were so easy to work with and I cannot more highly recommend these 2 guys. If you want super professional movers with incredible attitudes and patience, then these 2 guys are for you. We loved them so much that we requested and got them for a move on March 9 from Atlanta condo we are selling to our Chattanooga home (separate review on that move coming). Caitlin accommodated us getting Jeremy and Skyler for ATL move and we were so appreciative. Two Men and a Truck are the best! Two Men and a Truck packed my TV wrong and broke the legs of the tv stand. They tried to lie about it and propped my tv up and it fell over to the point that it is unrepairable. Now I am out of a 55 inch TV that cost me well over $500.00. This company offered me a $60.00 settlement, stating this was because I signed up for the basic insurance. This company is heartless and is okay with leaving me and my family with a broken TV. I will never use them again. And I will make sure everyone knows what happened to me and never supports this company. They should be ashamed of themselves. This is no way to treat someone who trusted you to be professional moving Never again.

Skye and John drove down from Chattanooga to Gordon county, Ga., loaded up my little 1 bedroom bottom floor apartment and drove back up to Catoosa county, Ga and unloaded to my 1 bedroom apartment in a 3rd floor walk up. They did an excellent job, carried every single thing up 3 flights with no complaints that I ever saw, even unloaded my little car. Thank goodness for the wonderful service. I never would have made it without them. Moving is stressful, mental and physical, I had forgotten, but they made it much easier for me. Will most definitely recommend. Thank you so very much!! CH

Our movers, Troy and Terrance, were outstanding - treated our property like it was their own - called in route, arrived on time, moved with purpose. Truck properly equipped for moving, had all the right tools and equipment. Highly recommend.

They broke two of my floor lamps that I loved and had a very long time and stuffed up my furniture will never use again.

My family and I were moving just 3.5 miles to a house from apartment. We had 95% of our boxes by the front door and some in the back bedroom. We made it easy for them. No sofas to move, just a twin size bed and a queen bed.. had all boxes put in garage at the new place. Great service. No problems at all. They made the move super easy and fast. Dont ever want to move again, but if we do they will be the first phone call we make. Super happy we called. On time, friendly, happy, kind, and respectful.
