I called this week with questions & Patrick was really helpful, professional & so nice!! I went in today to look at some storage sizes & even though Patrick wasn’t available I was helped by his coworker, Vicki. She was equally a pleasure with a smile. She took me around on the golf cart & showed me a few units & explained everything about their facilities. I still haven’t sold my home & am not ready to commit & she did not make me feel pressured & I really appreciated that. Instead she assured me that when I was ready, they would be there to assist. SUPER customer service from them both! Even if I did find a better deal when the time comes… I wouldn’t go anywhere else because of the two, what a team!!

Patrick’s customer service is out of the park; very professional, incredibly responsive, and always able to answer anything about my storage needs. The property is the cleanest I have ever seen. The prices are very reasonable. I recommend this location to anyone I know looking for storage.

Will never do business again Vickie thinking she can talk to customers how ever she wants after I been there 8+ yrs, only been late twice due to them being closed on holidays I dont use pay by check for anything. And I called only to get a automated system. Then send the threatening email after only 2 days late payment. Patrick always a pleasure, good guy. There was absolutely no since in how any of it was handled. Stay clear of this type of management. Paid $70 month to start with was paying $125 before I left be ready for the rate increase as well

Great experience! Easy only ordering and lease signing process. Friendly and helpful staff! Location has a gate for entry and another gate for exit as to not clog up one area. Clean facilities and waterproof storage units.

I have been renting here for over 3 years. Patrick and Vicki are amazing. They are incredibly responsive and always able to answer any questions or help you when you need to get more space. The climate controlled space has kept our artwork (sentimental value as it was made by my mother) in perfect shape with the canvas still in pristine condition. I rented a storage unit online and was not able to get there during business hours. Their after hours on call stops and 7 and all you can do is leave a message. I was not sure what the procedure was to getting the code to the gate and did not have a code but was given the unit number by email. I had a friend that was helping me with a truck and this was the only day she could help me. We never got the code that night so we had to drive back to my place and empty the truck in my yard and that Is still where it sits today a week laterIts very confusing and no clear instructions if you rent the unit online.make sure you get there during business hours or you will not get in.

This place is the definition of great customer service!!! Patrick and vikki are down to earth people! The day I went in to rent a storage unit I was really down in the dumps. They took real good care of me. The prices are extremely reasonable and they helped me with any issues I had. They also look out for your belongings so made me feel safe. Unlike my experience at public storage before found this place.The lady at public storage really don’t need to deal with the public. She was extremely rude! So patrick and vikki really made my day!!!!

SROA is a great place to Mini Storage to rent from. The management is great and helped to find me a great unit at a great price. The facilities here are clean and the access is easy.

When I arrived my unit was not going to work for me, the cube smart staff immediately located one that would. The units are clean and dry. The buildings are secure .The property is secure. The grounds are well maintained. These people care about the business and care about customer service. I definitely recommend this cube smart for storage needs.

We had a climate controlled unit for a few months, and it was the best experience! The facility was very nice, great security, and the staff was always very friendly and helpful! On the day we were moving our things out, the GM brought all 7 of us water bottles! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I have used rental units from Alaska all the way down to Chattanooga over 5 years and never have I been to a establishment that I had been a easy and wonderful to deal with as this one. Patrick and Vicki have made the process an ease and personally called me with friendly reminders every timemy rent has been due. I doubt I will ever be lucky enough to deal with a more respectable couple of storage employees as Vicki and Patrick.

I’ve been using this Cubesmart storage for about 12 years to store my business equipment and during this time I have seen multiple staff come and go. However, no one can compare with the service I’ve received from Patrick Smith. His level of professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. Somehow he is able to anticipate my needs before I have even identified them myself. It makes writing the monthly rental checks for all these years a bit easier knowing that he is here to support me and my business.

After a long weekend of packing, loading, and moving... she knew exactly what we needed during the unload - large cups of coffee :)Just a heads up, there are two CubeSmart locations right next to each other so don’t trust the sign visible from the road (blue doors) if you are looking for this location (red doors).

I have used Extra Space Storage twice for my storage needs. The first time I was between moving and needed to store my items for one month, The guys working in the office were great to work with. It was simple and affordable. I have run out of extra space to store odds & ends in my new home. I went online and reserved a storage space. It was quick and easy. I received a call from Shane the next day about my inquiry. When the day came for me to move my items into the unit, Jason was very helpful. I love the customer service that Extra Space provides and I will continue to use them in the future.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable upon our arrival. The women at the front desk was wonderful and answered all of my questions (which can be alot) and she also helped give us good tips for how to make the most out of our experience! When we arrived the GM checked us in and he was just as friendly and knowledgeable! The guy who helped me was good, and I have no complaints, only good things to say about him - courteous, kind, efficient and patient.What I would share is that the process because the paperwork required had not been sent to me or spoken to me the many times I talked with the office, my experience was difficult because I did not know the insurance requirements and because I had moved them while packing for the storage unit, this took me awhile to work through and resolve and I found out I did not have ample insurance. If I would have waited as suggested for me to take 5 minutes while I was paying the movers per hour, this would have cost me a lot more, an hour of time.Please notify the clients BEFORE they come in and stop saying it is only 5 minutes please, or that they can do it while they pay movers.Thanks

Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. We just moved our family 450 miles, so stress was high and Patrick took great care of us! We had a large truck that we were nervous to take down the aisle, so we parked at the end and walked our stuff in. They loaned us a dolley, making the task as easy as it was going to be. It took us a little while to unload our truck into the be storage area and Patrick came out to give us an extra water. Thanks for helping to make our move/transition a little easier!

There are some nice folks running this facility, they actually recognize their customers and regularly activate the security gate before I even pull up to the key-pad. :)I stored a 30ft motorhome on this property for over a year, and never had any concerns about it being broken into/damaged. I recommend this Extra Space Storage to anyone who is moving to the North Chattanooga / Signal Mountain area.Oh yeah, prices were competitive and stable. Good stuff!

Tried to go rent a second unit. They told me that because it was after 5:30 pm they werent going to rent me a second unit. I was waiting at the door for at least 10 minutes for him to come back before 5:30. I have no idea what they were doing open if theyre not going to service customers. The guy seem too worried about getting out of there to help rent a unit ... which would have taken less than 10 minutes.

My rental fee changed 2 months in. They leave early then charge a 50.00 late fee. I told them when I was leaving and I left on the 2nd but then wanted the full month. No pro rate. A FULL MONTH. SO just know, they soak you any way they can.

I rented a unit at Cubesmart a few years ago. Recently we needed to make some changes. I couldnt believe how helpful Patrick and Joel were. They made everything super easy for us and even brought us something to drink. Moving is never easy but they made it seem that way. Then we acquired some jetskis that we needed to store and my first thought was Cubesmart. Once again Patrick was right on top of it. We just dropped them off and it was a piece of cake. I wish everyone I dealt with was as competent and nice as Patrick!!

I gave Extra Space Storage only 3 stars for a couple reasons. The place was immaculate, and the customer service was very good. I was pleased with the price. They do use a couple deceptive business practices. 1) The ad says 1st month is free, what it does not day is, in place of the first months fee there is a $22 administrative fee...UGH, just disclose that up front! 2) Then the attendant told me I HAD to have storage insurance. I told him I did not want to pay for insurance, after a long delay, he produced a waver of insurance. JUST BE UP FRONT, AND STOP DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!Lastly, my inside unit had a nice looking dolly to move my stuff from the doorway to my unit. Yeah! Well not so fast, after I loaded the dolly I found all four tires were flat and the axles were broken.
