Customer service is always available to take your call, help schedule your move, and address any questions you have. Jay was extremely helpful and thorough during my initial call and made setting up my move super easy. He also made sure I had all the information I needed to be prepared for when the movers arrived.The movers showed on right on time even though they had a 1.5hr commute through Atlanta traffic. They worked very efficiently, professional, and packaged my belongings so that nothing was damaged during my move.After moving 10 times in 12 years and having numerous bad experiences with various moving companies, Good Guys set the bar. I will be returning again for my next move in the near future!

Sellers and Rashad were my movers and they were great. They let me know that they were running a little late (apparently someone didnt show up to work, so they were covering). They got everything moved out of my storage unit and into my second floor apartment in under 2 hours. Very friendly and efficient 10/10 would recommend!!!! In fact, I even recommended them this week to a family member.

The original salesman quoted us roughly 6 hours of moving . It ended up taking 14 hours. They worked hard but cut corners at the end of the day.— assembled 13 month old crib clearly incorrectly and now we don’t have all the bolts to properly assemble it. You would think if there are extra pieces when you reassemble it you’ve done something wrong. They had also asked what setting we wanted it on and the statement was clearly made that it needs to go on the lowest setting. Because they put it together backwards ( illustrated by the stickers on the crib that clearly state which pieces go where) they were unable to put it on the lowest setting and chose to not tell us anything about it. Now his crib is sitting up too high allowing for our child to now potentially climb out of the crib. Also chose to rip our drawers out instead of taping them and one of them no longer closes because of it. Our outside storage shed also fell completely apart. We will be able to fix it, but a lot of unnecessary work when we paid a team $4000 to help relieve the workload as we have two small children. A damage claim was filed- their paperwork says they will respond within 48 hrs. It has been over a week now and not a peep from good guys.

It was a very hot day. Glad for everybody that it was not a full day move. I would hire Good Guys again. They worked really hard in very hot weather without complaint. Nothing was broken and furniture was handled carefully. We gave them drinks to stay hydrated. I am grateful for the service they provided.

Good Guys moved us into our new construction home. Naturally, as any home owners would be, I was concerned about damage from the move; quite the contrary! Our moving crew took great care in putting pads around the door frames, furnitures, floor, and even padded the ramp against the driveway. A+ Guys, A+

The whole experience was great. From the time I called for an estimate and then booked them for the day I wanted, Jay was very helpful with that. The 3 guys that came the day of moving called ahead of time, did an awesome job moving everything out of the house and into my storage unit and did it in all within a great amount of time. This overall was a good experience. The hourly rate was quite high compared to other companies but they seemed to be able to get the job done faster. My mover worked so hard to get the job done quickly and also assembled a bed very quickly. My only disappointment was they sent a very small truck for the amount of things I explained to them and it was right getting everything in. We actually weren’t able to get my last 2 patio chairs in but luckily they could fit in the back of my suv.

This may be my first online post ever. Never been my thing but ... weve struggled to find movers in the past who would either show up on time, treat our items with care or not mess up something major along the way. These guys were more than good ... they were great. We used them for our move a year ago and then contacted them recently about helping us move some heavy, precious furniture pieces, armoire and new appliances in our home. They were in and out in an hour saving us money and went above and beyond what we had originally asked. You need help with anything in regards to moving? Sincerely go with these guys. I have used them 4 times, first team was exceptionally good, 2nd time was good, 3rd time was horrible, poor service, broke things, I ordered 2 trucks 4 guys to move 2 truck worth, some was important, some was not important. They filled first truck with unimportant, and on second rruck, after filling 1/6th, they said we cant put more unless you sign no responsibility if something get loose and break. 80% stuff was unimportant and I needed important stuff moved so I signed, they put a bike and few other items and refused to put more. Some of my important stuff got broken (granite), not because it got loose, but they laid it flat on uneven truck floor. It broke, I couldnt claim as I signed waiver. Later I found they were supposed to carry it vertically. They also broke a tv cabinet while reinstalling. And on top, wanted a gratuity.4th were ok, not as great as first 2, but not bad as 3rd team.So, inconsistent service.

Good Guys made moving fun! From Elises expertise in the initial process to the decision to use Good Guys we were pleased. On Moving Day, they were on time even though we are off the beaten path. They were prepared for every situation with both materials and labor. It was evident that David and the crew were highly experienced. Was a little surprised when the drivers and truck arrived without any shrink wrap to wrap rugs etc. They called for some to be delivered but it held up things, The company was kind enough to discount my bill at the end of the day. Two movers were strong, good worker, while the other seem to not care.

Packers came one day, Movers came the next. Team Lead both days was Clay G. Both days, teams came in, asked for clear instructions & then wasted no time in getting to work. They were kind, professional, quick but thorough, & communicative. Not a single issue either day. We were a relatively simple move, but I was impressed nonetheless. Would absolutely use them again!

We used Good Guys for a two-day job of unloading Pods, loading their truck, and unloading at our house after relocating from another city. We are so pleased with the service they provided. I just witnessed one of their drivers almost run a car off the ramp on 27 to Broad and almost drove his truck off the ramp in the process when he realised he was gonna hit my car and the car in front of me. If their drivers are this reckless on the road, Id be scared to see how they treat your belongings.

This company did a horrible job packing up our house. I trusted them with my art and they threw it in a wardrobe box. The packers were unprofessional and incompetent. Do not use this company. They don’t deserve a star.

Marcus and Blake arrived on time and made quick work of unpacking and setting up a king size bed.They worked great together and were very professional.They cleaned up every single piece of packing and cardboard and shrink wrap. I will use them again.

Very disappointing experience.Most boxes were clearly labeled on three sides and the top, with big white printed labels-- but more stuff is in the wrong place than in the right place. For example, only two boxes made it into my office (one of which was for the living room), and office boxes have been found in the garage, kitchen, general storage area, living room, and sunroom. To put it into perspective, there were 11 office boxes total (one of which I still cant find).Fragile items placed under heavy boxes. Heavy furniture on entirely wrong floors.My estimator forgot that I had two storage units, so the movers were underprepared and ended up needing to leave some of my things due to not having enough space (meaning I have to take a couple of trips back to get everything out of storage).I dont expect for everything to be perfect, but for over two grand + tips and food, I did expect most boxes to at least be in the right general space and for me not to have to make trips an hour away to try to get the rest of my stuff.Positive: The movers themselves were very nice. They did work very hard.

Mike, Corey & Adam are not playing around!As tornado victims, we have had a LOT of stress, dealing with insurance, contractors, hotels, etc. This was the easiest process.......they came into our house, which is full of insulation, wrapped, packed, loaded and left to take it to storage in just a few hours!We have used them in past moves, will use them in future ones, and highly recommend them to anyone who wants polite, efficient, organized & professional movers to handle your belongings.Thanks Good Guys!!

I used Good Guys Moving for my move and they were awesome. The guys, Tony, Mike, and Mike were respectful, professional, courteous, and did whatever I asked without complaint or attitude. They had to make two stops to complete my move. They took care of my belongings as if my items were their own. They were efficient, careful, and a lot of fun to be around. Moving is always difficult and stressful but the young men that took care of my move made things a lot less stressful. I have moved several times and this was the least stressful move I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend this company to handle you next move.

I could not have been happier with the service we received from employees of Good Guys. The receptionist was excellent, informative and polite. The three delivery guys were efficient, polite and very patient with any requests we made. My follow up conversation with Tommy Wood was very positive! I hired Good Guys for a small move with minimal furniture. The guys they sent were nice, but didnt wear masks which made me uncomfortable when they tried to make conversation. Also, i went ahead of them to make sure my place was ready for the furnture. My mom texted me as soon as they left, and a normally 27 minute drive took them an hour on my time, making me think they took lunch. I realize trucks are slower, but not that slow. Overall, good prices and friendly service, but some minor issues.

We moved from a home with a steep driveway that their trucks couldnt pull up so they had to carry everything out of the house down the driveway to the street in 95 degree heat. They were courteous and careful with all our belongings, everything youd ask for in a mover. Worked steady until the move was completed. More than Good Guys, theyre Great Guys!

Well, Good Guys held up their end of the deal. These guys really are GOOD GUYS. They arrived about 30 minutes early, after calling me to make sure that was okay, and they did a great job of quickly and efficiently loading up all of my stuff. There were three guys on the crew, which was just perfect because two could be handling large heavy items while the third continued to load boxes. There wasnt a moment wasted. They guys were also exceptionally friendly and polite. Once we arrived at my new home they worked just as quickly and efficiently unloading all of my stuff.There was one mishap along the way, a wooden leg snapped off of one of my tables. They immediately apologized, got me the claim paperwork, and told me how to file the claim. I submitted the claim as directed and called the office to make sure it was received. I spoke to a gentleman who apologized for the damage, approved the claim, and processed a refund for the amount of the table to my credit card while we were on the phone.It was overall a very positive experience with these guys and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. Trust the Good Guys, theyll treat you right.

We had an awesome experience with Good Guys! They were fairly priced, but more importantly, took our move seriously/professionally and completed it quickly and without issue. I never got the impression that everyone involved wasnt working as hard as they could, which is important when youre paying a team by the hour. It was a nice touch that prior to our actual move, they sent someone out to do a more precise estimate, and they didnt try to sell us more vans or a bigger crew than we actually needed. Everything was packed well and arrived arrived at our new home with no damage. I couldnt be happier with the service we got, from the team in the office to the movers who busted their butts to get all of our stuff moved safely. A+++++++++

Called them to get a price quote on delivering a small desk to my home from a local shop and was told me that it would be $200, because they have a $200 minimum. Wow, that is overpriced for furniture delivery.
