Becky and Tracy were great! Very nice and professional. The facilities were clean and secure, I felt safe storing our things there. Plenty of room to load and unload a UHAUL truck or any other large moving truck. The price per month was great and canceling the unit was easy. Would definitely recommend.

The staff here is amazing! My whole family felt like we just made some new friends when we moved our stuff in. We mostly dealt with Tracy and she is fantastic. Super helpful and friendly. She even gave us some great pointers of areas we might want to live in. The storage space is super clean and nice & cool inside. Becky & Greg seem awesome too. So glad we chose this place to store our stuff.

I don’t normally write reviews, so why am I writing a review for a storage unit? Because this was maybe the best customer service I’ve ever had. The building is clean and nice and secure and value is great and they made me feel like family. There is absolutely no need to go anywhere else to store your items.

Tracy and Becky are the absolute best!!! I cant express how delighted I was to meet them during our initial move in. First of all, this facility is one the cleanest and most organized storage buildings Ive ever seen! When I arrived they were in the middle of sanitizing my space. I didnt mind the 2 minute wait if it meant I would get a completely clean and sanitized area. Tracy and Becky treated me like I was their favorite customer from the moment I stepped off the elevator!!! Dont waste time going anywhere else except Extra Space on E. 12th Street!!!

I have rented several storage units in my life time and I have never had such great customer service like the one I just had. They were both very friendly and definitely made up my decision to rent my storage unit, easier than I expected. I was looking for a month-to-month storage lease and purchased a unit here today! Chris helped me out and the experience was great. I reserved a unit online and Chris called within 60 seconds to complete the paperwork over the phone. I went over to the location (super convenient to Downtown and Campus) and Chris walked me to the unit and showed me how the lock system works. Super professional, clean, and easy. Highly recommend.

My experience has been outstanding!!! I changed my until size multiple multiple times as my living arrangements changed. Nonetheless, Chris gave me stellar customer service every time and welcomed every change that I requested. He was even proactive on my behalf by moving my storage until closer to the elevator because an availability had opened up. The facility is easy to get to and there is no deferred maintenance so there is no alarm with regard to your items not being maintained in a safe, secure and protected from the elements.
