My go to spot for all things alcohol. They always have what I’m looking for.

I stood in line for 5 minutes while she, owners wife, conversed with a purchasing couple. Never was I acknowledged, even called the guy stocking to assist with bringing a bottle from the back to yet again gift them. I left after she looked me dead in the eye & started to giggle from the husbands joke..... Yet again conversing as if I wasnt standing there. Ive been going to the for years, over a decade to be exact & pretty sure they dont care if they never see my face again.

Always helpful and have a great selection. Pricing is as to be expected. The family running the place are nice but they do overcharge for empty cigar boxes. Great store otherwise.

An amazing selection of beer and spirits.

Reasonably priced..clean and friendly staff

I never knew how our city let them build this liquor store right in front of a Latino Church. Thats against city ordinances. But it is well supplied with a wide variety of liquors, cheap to expensive and from all over the world. The lady who works there is nice,but she was having to get on to the male workers for cursing. One concern is that there are panhandlers and street people near this store and last night there was a marijuana smoking bunch of people outside. They need to step up security,because this is sort of a gang area and not so safe. Better outside lighting is definitely needed and a security guard might help customers feel more secure.

This is my go to place. Great selection and fair prices. Friendly staff. Don’t care for all the speed bumps in the parking lot, but that’s really my only complaint.

Well my boy behind the counter make sure I always have my whiskey mixers on hand and in stock and if he sees theyre running low on something hell pull something back just for me that service with a smile and that always makes me smile just one drink it to another hit him up anytime

This is my fave liquor store around. Its clean, the prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and its close to some interesting mom & pop eateries.

Customer service is nonexistent! No one wanted to help me. When I asked how much the prices are, they acted as if I was inconveniencing them. Moreover, parking is not the best, heavy traffic and many homeless people lingering around the store. Definitely not the most ideal wine and spirits store in Chattanooga. In addition, many of the bottles of wine and spirits were overpriced; this place is definitely price gouging. Last but not least, the store was quite dusty and and many of the bottles looked dated. In other words, I would not recommend this store.

We used to go here to stock up on wine, but recently I bought 3 bottles of a wine that was on sale -- a wine Ive had several times -- and all 3 had gone so so bad. I only paid $4 each for a usually $12 dollar wine, and they were on sale (maybe for this reason, but it was absolutely disgusting). So my recommendation is to not trust the sale wine. They should have a sign that says buy at your own risk.

I was refused service because I can’t wear a mask due to a medical condition. They were VERY rude and tried to dispute what my doctor has advised me to do. Plus their prices are atrocious! Save yourself some respect and money and go elsewhere.

A Beautiful store. Looks very nice, a large stock to choose from! The staff are polite and knowledgeable. Also open til 11 pm!

Best selections and cheap prices

Might be in a bit of a sketchy area but this store is a gem. Very clean, and well stocked, huge selection of liquor, beer and wine. I went in about 10 minutes before closing and the employees didnt even try to rush me everyone was super nice and incredibly helpful. Theyve definitely made me a regular.

The older man knew I was confused, my fiance sent me to peep the sales rack and I told him yes I hated making decisions. Both him and the cashier were so nice and Ive never seen so much discount wine it was AMAZING. Theyre big sweet hearts.

Big store but not so many great options. You can find all the big brand names and the cheapest of the cheap but not too much variety between. If your wanting something outside your norm talk to the cashier and they can order it for you.

Was in town visiting Chattanooga and noticed this place off of the interstate. GREAT STORE! Huge selection (I got beer) and was very clean inside! Also, friendly and helpful staff!

I called to get a price on a bottle of liquor,man answered phone he said no prices over the phone. Im saving my time and money fella.

Probably has the biggest overall selection of any liquor store I know of. Prices are generally good and they do run specials. People begging for money before or after you go in is aggravating, but I have been Overcharged a few times. That has been a reason I no longer go out of my way to go there.

This place is by far the most convenient, clean, organized, and cost efficient liqour store. I have been a customer of J&R since they were in the old building. So, now that I live on Missionary Ridge it was a no-brainer that Id go back to them. Im actually waiting on 10am so I can head there!

Favorite liquor store in town. The staff are very kind, the selection is good and prices are very fair. Their new building(located behind old one) is spacious and there selection is growing.

They advertise being open on Sundays. They are NOT open on Sundays. I was just there and the outside looks like they are expecting a massive hurricain. Lots of homeless people hanging out buming money also.

Dont be fooled by the shady part of town this store is in. They have a VERY nice store with an impressive selection of ALL types of spirits...as well as mixers and beer...they sell cigars and accessories as well...nice store with reasonable prices.
