For my third set of hearing devices I am so glad I chose Southern Medical Hearing. The staff members are professional and committed to patients. Working with the hearing specialist at has been quite a pleasant surprise. I have confidence that my hearing needs are now in good hands, Finally I found hearing devices that stay on and in my ears! The devices improve my ability to hear in public spaces with background noise. During the trial period after tweaks and adjustments the devices did not match the specs of charge duration. The specialist then requested a new pair that I just picked up today. The company carries quality products it stands behind.

Excellent service. Reviewed features of my crossover hearing aids since I am still learning how to use them. Showed and explained graph differences from my previous hearing exam. Cleaned and replaced parts to my existing aids as well as also adjusting them to my current needs. As I did not need new aids, I was good to go. Thanks for the time and service rendered.

My experience so far with Southern Medical Hearing Center has been a good one. Making my appointment was quick and agreeable, enjoying my first impression with Iramae, the knowledgeable lady in the front office. My visit was friendly and unrushed (necessary for this 90 year old lady). TheSpecialist, Cynthia, gave me the enclosed booth test, pulled up the results on the computer program and we discussed what level of help I needed.I asked for a trial period so I could see if I could master the procedure of placing the ear buds correctly, and she gave me a dummy (my wording), to take home and practice on. That was Thursday, so I have until next Tuesday to perfect my application. Stay tuned.

A previous review says this office “really cares about your hearing.” Hope you don’t need something emergent when you call them, like your hearing aid randomly not working in the middle of a day on a Friday because if you call you’ll be told they can’t even look at it until the following Tuesday! There should be some sort of exception when it comes to things like this. Make time for your patients.

The office staff at Southern Medical Hearing Centers always have a smiling face, very pleasant to see and amazing customer service. The audiologist, Darnell Scafe is wonderful. She shows compassion for her patients and really does a great job. I would recommend Southern Medical Hearing Centers to anyone.
