The product selection is amazing. They only sell the best. The owner Ed believes in what he sells. The staff is amazing. They take the time to make sure you have all the knowledge you need to get the right products. Scott the manager took the time to talk to me about what was wrong and get me exactly what I needed. He didn’t make me feel like he was rushing me or like he had something better to do. I would recommend this place to anyone and have many times.

This was my 1st time in their store. Me, being into natural living, holistic ways... I was in awe of this store. I was comfortable upon entering. It wasnt too huge or intimidating like some health stores. Stacey helped me, and what a help she was!! I was so happy & pleased with all of her knowledge, concern & care. I have a sick 13 year old fur baby. Stacey was very knowledgeable & helpful with so much!! I was only focused on buying what I needed for my baby but ill be headed back there this weekend. They have an endless amount of nutritional items for not just pets but humans 🙂🙂 the store is neatly arranged, the entire staff was very willing to help everyone in their store. Great folks! Visited this shop for the first time today and was thoroughly impressed. Great selection and super friendly and informative staff. I stopped by in search of supplements because I didn’t want to buy just any old junk on Amazon. I needed guidance and a quality selection. I found both at Nutrition World. This is why it’s better to shop local! You get the benefit of a curated selection of products and get to speak to someone who can help you make an informed purchase. I signed up for their rewards program because I know I’ll be coming back.

Everything they offer is of the highest standards and quality, and wow, what a selection. Ed has assembled one of the most complete health food stores with thousands of supplements and products. In addition to all of the nutritional products and foods there is holistic education and wellness services. Shoutout to Adam for his help tweaking my supplements.

Recently, I brought my mother, Linda, in to gain knowledge on things that may benefit her. Shes been wanting to come for a long time. At first, I really appreciated the kindness and time that Matt took with her. Then, I guess she was taking too much of his time and another staff member (unfriendly) came and reminded him of a meeting he had in 5 minutes. CLEARLY UNTRUE AND TRYING TO HELP MATT GET AWAY FROM MY MOTHER. I didnt realize that initially, and helped Matt get away for his non-existant meeting. We then went to check out, and there was Matt. Clearly no meeting scheduled. My mother is 75 and the ABSOLUTE NICEST PERSON you would ever meet. She really, really loved Matt. She remained kind and calm, but this hurt her feelings very badly. Very badly.Im very sorry that we took so much of your time. We spent $150+ between us. Thats a lot to us. Maybe not to you.I will never bring my Mom back there again. I will never return, either. I will relay our experience though.

Nutrition World is by far the best place to shop for vitamins, herb products, protein bars and powders,nuts,natural foods, and even things like toothpaste and deodorant that are the best for your body. Not just for yourself but even great products and food for your pets. They have a great team of knowledgeable friendly folks to help make the best choices. Ed has helped me for years and now the manager Scott is on board with many years of experience that he is ready to share to help others. Sometimes we need guidance and someone to explain the product differences. Greg, Adam, and Matt are always eager to provide good guidance and have been in this business for a while as well.They have a discount program and video presentations also. Go by and meet this team and see what I am talking about, they are glad to help us at a time we really need it.

I’m new to Nutrition World but the supplements seem to be top quality. I actually followed Scott here after he left his old company because he knows his products and is honest with no BS. If he isn’t sure about something he’ll tell you and even research it for you. He has a ton of experience and a limitless network of friends and colleagues to connect with. Doctors are great and at times very necessary, however, I prefer to take preventative measures and maintain the best health possible, Nutrition world and the entire staff is designed for just that! They vet every product and service that is associated within their company., Theyre high standards are evident in everything they do!! Integrity abounds through every aspect of their business. I have been a Nutrition World customer for years. It has always been a great store with warm, knowledgeable staff....until the past few years. Now customers are fortunate if they get to talk to one of the few, knowledgeable, long-time staff members! Most other employees seem uninterested in anything but making a sale and a profit. They are curt and sometimes even rude. The 10% members discount is not applied in the way it once was. Many of the products I bought this time were no cheaper at Nutrition World than they are on the manufacturers websites or in other stores! Check prices BEFORE you purchase.Nutrition World has always been the best shop of its kind in Chattanooga. It still has by far the best selection of high quality vitamins, herbs and foods. But dont count on great customer service or well-educated staff!! The new staff/management could care less. And the annual $10 membership may not be worth it

An invaluable resource

I have shopped here since about 1991.They have a huge selection. They have an excellent discount program- for $10 per year you get 20% off almost everything.Employees are friendly, helpful, and are constantly being trained. They dont just recommend the most expensive products. I have usually asked questions of Ed, Seth, and Mary Ann.Ed Jones, the owner, is extremely well informed and constantly studying and personally investigating manufacturers to be sure he has the best products for their customers. I think he has been in this business since 1979.They have expert guest speakers and sales in addition to the regular discount program.They have a very helpful website that will make lot of great information available to you, in addition to giving info about the store.If you check them out, I believe you will be glad you did.

I have been a customer of Nutrition World for 30+ years and have always found Ed and his team to be very knowledgeable and friendly. Their vast selection has always provided me with organic solutions for any illness that I may have. Nutrition World is the go-to place for healthy living in Chattanooga.

On June 2, 2019 I called about the cost of cbd oil for my dog. I was told it was on sale for $27.99. The girl I spoke to checked her chart to be sure. I went to the store right away. The girl behind the counter had to get it for me. It rang up at a higher price. I was told that the other girl made a mistake. It was a good price anyway so I bought it. This week on July 2, we went to the store and looked at another brand of cbd oil. the associate was very nice and seemed to know a lot about this product. When asked the price, she didnt know the exact price but said it was in the 70s. We decided to buy it. At the register it rang up as $96! The cashier told us the other person must have thought we were members. When asked what discount wed get on that if we were, she wasnt sure. She said either 10 or 15 %. At 15% it would be $82 so that still wasnt right. That is twice in a month weve been told one price only to be charged a higher price at the register! We did not buy the oil and will never go back there again.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable. When asked about a certain product, they take me right to it and can tell me about it as well. Very clean and organized store along with great prices.

They have always been kind and helpful to me. Theyve ordered products for me, called me when out of stock items came in, and even told me what store might carry items they dont stock. Thats customer service!

I went looking for something specific for my husband unfortunately what I was looking for I ended up having to order online.. It is a great place with alot of great options for people just didnt have what I needed maybe next time.. I would definitely recommend Nutrtion World to anyone looking to start a healthier lifestyle the staff was super helpful and even though they didnt have what I needed they did reccomend other options. However I was there to get what my husbands doctor reccomend him using to help with a number of health issues he has.
