I enjoyed walking around and looking at all of the things that theybhave to offer. I actually ended up buying a organizer for my gel pens. The staff was friendly. But I felt like the young man that was working the floor was watching us a little to much. It made me feel uncomfortable. He asked if we needed help with anything and we told him we were good. That we were just looking around. And that was fine. But then he asked us 2 more times. That is why it made me feel uncomfortable.

Been here many times. Usually they are well stocked. Great variety of all kinds of tools and accessories at reasonable prices. Often have some good sales. I like to just stop by and walk the aisles from time to time. Sales personnel have always been respectful and helpful.

Very helpful and great prices. Asked about a long gun case to see if they had any more and luckily they had one left. She could have just told me what they had on the floor was what they had left just like any other store would, but they checked for me and had one left. Great staff of people work there. Well stocked. I went to purchase tarps & they had 3 thicknesses & a variety of sizes. Bought a couple @ a good price, not much more than I paid for one similar a few years ago also from Harbor Freight in Cali. Have been a regular customer & always pleased w/ the quality of products carried & knowledgeable, helpful staff.

Harbor Freight is a great place to shop for cheap parts and tools. That being said, pretty much everything in there is from China and has low manufacturing quality standards. They do sell some premium items, but you will get a cheaply made item most of the time. There is nothing wrong with this if your expectations are appropriate. For my purposes, their offerings generally work great. The prices are unbeatable and they have some hard-to-find parts also. Its certainly worth giving them a look if youre into home projects.

Site is smaller than most, so options are limited. Customer service is lacking. Employees hang around talking to each other rather than opening new register to reduce the line or answer customer questions. Every. Time. No reason for bad service simply because you sell cheap tools. Parking lot a bit tricky too.

Store is clean staff is friendly, I usually go here if I cant find a specific item at another store. Some items are cheap and others are a good value for the reliability.

If you dont always care about American made products and looking for brands you might not recognize, they have good prices. Customer typically are more knowledgeable about products than staff.

Well organized store with very friendly service. The cashier went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my system before I left the store. Best options on Nitrile work gloves. More expensive than they used to be due to worldwide material shortages, but still best price for the quality around. I like the 7 mil for gardening!

I go to the store in Hixson because its closer but they seem to never have what Im looking for in stock so they send me to this store because they always have it in stock. Not knocking the hixson store they are busy and selling out which is good so I drive an extra 10 miles down the road and get what I want instead of waiting for a truck that may or may not have it next week so it works out fine.

Purchased a rolling tool box for my daughters shop...one of the store employees was a great help in assisting me with the accessories and then getting it carefully loaded onto my truck with a forklift.

This is a nice place to visit to find just about anything you need except for the stuff you usually buy is not worth the money you spent

Probably one of my favorite places. Its like a toy store but for a man!

Brought back some defective jack stands and had no problems at all. Bought a set of axle nut sockets that I have used 4 times already. They seem to be pretty sturdy.

This was my first trip to harbor freight and I have to say, it was great. The prices on the tools are absurdly low and they have lifetime warranties on all hand tools. This is definitely my new goto for tools

Love the prices but they were out of allot of inventory and when I went to the cashier only to ask a question she was rude and acted like either she didnt have time for me or I was bothering her

Its a harbor freight, you get low quality for low prices. Depending on what you need the quality may not matter that much, in which case low prices are your friend.

I dread having to ask employees for help. I was in the middle of talking to the manager about a product and during my follow up question he verbally said “well I got to go” 😳. The couple behind us heard it and walked out. I’ll still shop their when I just have too. It seems to be the newer employees attitude.

Great place to buy tools, i like going to the store and look around, j can always find something I dont need but i buy it anyways...Girls like tools too!!! Lol

They generally have what you are looking for but, youll have to find it yourself especially if the female manager is working. I am absolutely convinced she knows absolutely nothing about anything she is talking about. Every single location she said to look on was wrong. She was more concerned about being on her phone texting than customer service. Dont expect them to bag anything either. Youll have to grab bags and do it yourself.

They always have a good selection of tools and things you would need to get work done around the house and your car. Every week almost, they mail out coupons... And with that you can find a 20% off your purchase. Not sure if you can, lets say, (use a coupon to get this or that for 59.98... then also use the other coupon to get 20% off youre whole purchase price....)But, you can always ask, it aint gonna hurt anyone, all they can say is... yes, they take multiple coupons... or no, they do not.

Dollar Store for men. Thats how I see Harbor Freight Tools. Not the best quality, but good enough. Especially for the tools you occasionally use. I frequently can be seen here.

Great place for certain odds and ends type tools that you dont need often. Some things just arent worth spending top dollar on just to sit in the box when the same from HF will do the same thing for a fraction of the price.

My go to place for tools. However, noticed lately the quailty has not been dependable lately. Had to return several things due to defect. But coupons on app plus able to uae multiple makes it worth it.

Love Harbor Freight tools. They have every tool imaginable and they have them at decent prices. Bought a gift card for my son in law for his birthday. Only drawback this trip (and this was an isolated incident) was a car full of young whippersnappers acting foolish. I usually have a great experience here...

As you know most harbor freight have good prices on certain tools but you have to pick and choose what tools you buy. The staff is friendly and is willing to help in whatever you need. If I dont have it in stock I can order it for you.
