Quality and Communication are the 2 things I value when it comes to doing business with anyone, but especially when I’m making significant changes to my home. Both were present throughout my experience with this company from the first call I made, to the end of our install. During a time that it is harder than ever to find good, and reliable people who are proud of the work they do, every employee we interacted with was kind and accommodating. Including the owner! He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our fence, and made sure every detail was right. Project was completed in a timely fashion and the workers were so respectful of our home and neighbors. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our fence. Recommend, recommend, recommend.

It took awhile for work to start but we were told that from the start. Never had any problems getting updates while we waited. The installers were great, the fence looks perfect and I would recommend them to anyone.

Quality fence was the only company out of 5 other fencing companies that I reached out to who actually called me back and came out to give me an estimate. They are willing to work unlike many other fencing companies in the area. We decided against the fence in the end so I can’t speak to their craftsmanship but if it’s anything like their customer service it will be excellent!

Happy with fence but Took too long to start installation and to finish it. No communication on timeline and would not return calls. After payment tried to get repair on fence gate but no one came or called.

Quality Fence Co of Chattanooga built a wooden privacy fence which took approximately 5-7 days. I worked with Kyle and Tom during this process. From the beginning both individuals were polite and courteous. Kyle arrived on time to each appointment and took time to explain the process and my options. After the initial interview Kyle continued to be responsive to my needs working quickly to resolve all of my questions. The quality of this companys continued with Tom, who put up the fence. Tom is a veteran at building fences. The quality of his work is evident in the techniques he used to ensure alignment of each wood plank, height of the fence, and overall structure. I thank both of these men and consider them professionals with an eye out for the customer.

I highly recommend Quality Fence company if you live around the Chattanooga area. We reached out to a few different companies about the wooden privacy fence we needed for our house here in Hixson. Quality Fence was by FAR the most professional, prompt, thorough, and friendly fence company we encountered. Once we agreed on the specifics of the project, they were able to start work ahead of schedule and finished in just a couple days. The crew was SO friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Tim and quality fence.. I have a place in a very hard to reach area on top of a mountain and needed about 400ft of fence on a slope.. wanted to make sure to keep my dogs in and they were able to get that fence low and tight to the ground for me throughout.. ground was very uneven and they did an amazing job! Quality Fence Company is a great company! When my neighbor contacted them to tell them that we were interested in fencing in both our back yards, they were extremely responsive. Jonathan with Quality Fence Company made an appointment to measure our properties and quickly got back with us with our options. Once we decided what we wanted, the materials came in quickly. The crews came out in just a couple of days after the material came in, and we now have a beautiful aluminum fence around our properties. Jonathan constantly visited while the work was in progress, and followed up with us after the work was done. He made us feel that our relatively small job was the most important one out there. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We had a 6 foot, stockade style fence installed with one 5 foot and 2 four foot gates installed. The installer worked tirelessly to get the old fence out and the new fence installed.The craftsmanship was first rate and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the company for their work, responsiveness and pricing.

Awesome people. Michael and Robert are some of the nicest people Ive ever met. The fence was done in 2 days. Everything was installed and done without a trace of harm to the lawn. We had an aluminum fence and solar electric gate installed by Quality Fence in August (2019).The fence and gate are beautiful and have completely changed and improved the entrance to our home. We dealt with a Tim Parker. The quality and customer service have been excellent. I would recommend Quality Fence to anyone.

About two weeks ago, I was driving on the interstate behind a Quality Fence Company work truck. The men failed to properly secure their work equipment, so I found my windshield getting cracked and my passenger side view mirror being taken off by tools flying out from their vehicle. After pulling over, I was informed by the men that their boss would cover all damages and I was just to stop by the workshop. This was before the men hurried off before providing names or allowing time for a police report. It should also be noted there was no visible license plate. When I contacted the company later, I was told by a receptionist that I handled it incorrectly and should have really filed a police report, since apparently this happens all the time, and all of the other people filed reports. I was also told it would serve no purpose to come to the workshop. I was asked for my number and told I would be contacted later that day. Two weeks later, no contact of any kind has been made and my car still remains damaged. I would encourage everyone to stay away from this company. If they are willing to lie and avoid fixing their mistake here, I feel they would have no problem applying those actions to their business!

Unfortunately I cant give less than 1 star. This is the absolute WORST company Ive ever dealt with. I got a quote and a guy showed up at 7 PM one night in a personal vehicle (no phone call) to start my fence, scaring my wife (9 weeks after the quote might I add). Turns out, he had STOLEN the material, was on probation in 2 states, had attempted murder and aggravated assault charges, and was fired that day for stealing (again). I contacted the company, whom told me to have the police called because he was dangerous and on drugs, but then refused to press charges for theft of property because he is the owners Grandson. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and still complete the job, and he offered me $100 off LOLOLOL. So, I missed half a days work, had to have my son taken to my grandparents house for his safety, had to help their rep move ALL of the stolen material that he left in my yard, and they offer me $100 off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Whatever you do, DO NOT CALL THEM. They are an absolute JOKE

I contacted many local fence companies and Quality Fence was the only company who answered all my questions, showed up to the appointment, and made sure to follow up with me after our appointment. Jonathan was great and communicated to me in a timely professional manner. The crew was fast and efficient, our fence looks great!

These guys are pros--your fence will be straight and beautiful, good quality, expert installation of hardware. Ive never seen better. Prices are reasonable--not the cheapest, but less than I would have expected for the quality of work they do. I had excellent experience after being put off and put off by A Affordable in Hixson. Quality was prompt, did an estimate quickly and dual electric gate was installed at my home on time and budget. The crews were hard workers and Jordan installed the new operating system in, taking time to teach me how to use the system. Very happy with their entire process.

Came out gave me an estimate, put fence in quickly and it looks great. It has held up great as well. Their customer service was fantastic, have no complaints.

Not at all satisfied with our wooden fence. Wife called numerous times to have someone come back out and replaced some warped boards and uneven areas. We paid for upgraded lumber to later found out it was purchased from Lowe’s and was the same as the base wood. Most of the boards are uneven and bowed out. Half the posts are not the same height.The mistake we made was making the final payment and trusting the job would be completed to our satisfactory. Shame on us.In closing, my wife felt very disrespected and made to feel like she didn’t know what she was talking about. As we are about in inclose the rest of our property, I would never consider this company regardless of the job or price.

They did not show up when they said they would day after day after day! Tim told me to find someone else if I needed the fence so bad. When I told him I was going with another company, he sent a snide and hateful text that they wont have insurance, they wont do a good job and I will end up calling him to fix it and he will take my money anyway! GUESS WHAT? They showed up, they are insured, they came when they said they would, and I have a GREAT and BEAUTIFUL fence --- and for less $$ on top of it all! I guess I did pretty well after all!

Set up an appointment for an estimate for 11 am. At 11 25 I called and they didnt even know who I was and acted like he was suppose to call me and that was never the case. It was a large 2 acre commercial fence estimate so it is bad business practice and a big job lost for them.Christy

I didnt like the business practices of this company. The quality of the work the sub contractors did was fair. The top rail at the walk thru gate is not level and the drive thru gate is a bit too close together as the latch is extremely difficult to engage.update:Company asked me to revise my review since they have fixed my walk thru gate. They came out 3 times and its now working, although to get it to work they had to rotate the hinges so the gate only opens out and doesnt swing thru (not that big a deal). They also spray painted some rust spots on the drive thru gate. Im please with they way they respond to complaints.My 2 star review, however, stays since it is based on their business practices. I had someone come out to give me an estimate. Our whole conversation was about estimates, and he knew I hadnt even decided if I was going to go with steel chain link or black. He said hed go ahead and write up an estimate for the steel. When he was finished, he asked if Id sign off on the ESTIMATE. About 2 weeks later, I noticed the utility company out front making markings, so I asked what they were doing and they told me they were marking the water lines because of the new fence I was getting. I had no idea what they were talking about until they told me that this company had contacted them. I immediately found the estimate and realized I had signed a contract. Completely my fault for not reading, but shady, imo, to call a contract an estimate. I called the company, but they held me to the contract. I googled fence company scams (because I felt as though I had been scammed) and this was one of the ones listed. Of course, like I said, I take responsibility for not reading, but I cannot, in good faith, recommend a company who would hand a customer a contract while asking them if they wouldnt mind signing off on the estimate. And as the man was leaving, I thanked him for coming out and told him Id let him know, and he said okay, which tells me that he knew I had no idea I had just signed a contract. I also find it a bit odd that theyd scheduled my install without a call to me. Had I not been home to see the utility company in my front yard, Id not have known they were going to install the fence until they showed up to do it. Very odd business practices.
