NO ONE makes a cream horn as good as Jackson Bakery!! And NO ONE has ever loved them as much as my precious mother!! The day she died I bought a dozen in her honor and took them to my office to share with my coworkers who had prayed with me and been my support on days I didn’t think I could go on. Four weeks ago I pulled in to celebrate my retirement!! Three weeks ago, my sister bought a new car… and yes, we went to get cream horns from Jackson’s. Friday I plan on getting a few to cheer up a dear friend who needs to smile! And also one for my dear friend who I’ll be meeting later that afternoon for pedicures and dinner.Guess I’m trying to say my cure all and celebrate all isJackson’s cream horns!!!

I ordered a small 2 tier wedding cake from Jackson Bakery for my destination wedding in Chattanooga and it was perfect! Since I’m in Florida, I had to text pictures of the cake I wanted, I just wanted a small 2 tier cake. It was perfect and for a great price! I had my wedding on a Monday and wanted to pickup on Sunday the day before - they’re normally closed on Sundays but the owner arranged a private pickup for me on Sunday! Thank you for making my wedding day less stressful and being so accommodating. It was delicious even though I didn’t get to have much of it. I would definitely recommend Jackson Bakery to anyone!

The older lady was pretty rude and snotty. not very polite to paying customers.. the icing on my cake was grainy.

We have have always loved a good cream horn, but they are hard to find. We were delighted to discover Jackson bakery has some of the best. We have since moved away from Chattanooga and we’re thinking of making the 3 hour drive for these soon. They are that good. If you are nearby it is worth your time to see if they have some.

My mom requested a birthday cake from Jacksons because they they made her wedding cake 52 years ago! Her birthday cake was fabulous!!! It was the best cake I have ever tasted! Everyone at the party was so impressed and wanted to know where it came from and if they could take home seconds! I highly recommend them and I will use them for every occasion from now on!!

This place has been here for years they have great thumb prints the best I gave ever had. The cakes are fabulous the buttercream icing is great. The ladies are so nice and helpful. In all the years I have been going there they have only messed up one cake I ordered but they rectified the situation. Would never stop going here. Great people and great food.

This bakery is a hidden gem for weddings! I wanted a simple, white cake with buttercream icing and it was phenomenal. It was a perfectly moist cake with a balanced, sweet icing to create a classic wedding cake flavor. A big benefit to using Jackson Bakery was the selection of baked goods available for purchase in addition to the cake. I got fritter bites and it was a hit with my guests. I primarily dealt with Jennifer, and she was very professional. She provided cost effective suggestions while meeting my short timeline. There was a delivery fee but it was competitive with other bakeries nearby. This place went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend to brides wanting to cut on cost but not on flavor!

They made a fabulous cake for my moms 72nd birthday and flavored it almond just the way she likes it- thank you so much! Highly recommend for any cake needs!

This place is so lovely. They donated a cake for my sons 1st birthday at a shelter I was staying at. I had no money and nothing. And this made my heart so happy I cried tears of joy. It was beautiful and tasty!

Ive been a happy customer since 1991.I have given people at work and other places so many cookies and gingerbread men that I cant guess the total number of them.They offer great food at great prices provided by great people.My favorites are gingerbread men and women, cheese danish, apple turnovers, spice cookies, thumb print cookies, apple strudel, and just about everything else too.

Classic southern bakery. Lots of frosting on the pastries. The service was good and I had a strawberry danish (or something along those lines) and it was tasty. I would have used less frosting as it was super rich.

If you indulge in sugar, do it here! All family birthday cakes MUST come from Jackson Bakery! If this place ever closes (Please! Noooo!), we will stop celebrating birthdays.

My parents like this place to me its a bit overpriced I get that youre making get yourself and that these things are handcrafted but Ive seen other places the same size with more varieties and for cheaper and they personally taste better this is one of those kind of places where they have a fan base and thats mostly whats going to go there and a couple others will stop by and they may become regulars but thats about it I reckon there other places that I would recommend but to each their own

Weve been coming here for a few years. They never get the design just right, but close enough. This year we went with a simple design. Flowers! Gave them a picture, not even close. We got what you would expect from a grocery store. Not Happy!

Jackson Bakery is the best! Locally owned store and very fresh cakes, cookies and breads. We always get our birthday cakes at Jackson Bakery and I also buy their dinner rolls for holiday dinners.

This bakery has be opened for decades and the quality of food has been consistent through out. Wonderful and helpful surface, very clean and the quality cannot be beat. I drive 600 plus miles for a family reunion and made it a point to stop by for thumb print cookies that you cant find any where else.

They have the best cupcakes! When you pick them up you know they are gonna be moist and incredible. The icing is the best I have had and will more than likely ever have. Going today!!!

Jacksons make all of my birthday cakes and I have never been disappointed with their petit fours, apple fritters and other goodies. Theyare always so nice and I always leave with more than I meant to buy butit never goes to waste, love their food.
