Not so great customer service. Placed only a couple of orders and each time the process has been a little painful. Products are always excellent. Do not recommend ordering from this company if you need your products in a hurry.

Its great quality Offray ribbon, but I am always shorted on ribbon (as much as a full yard on a 5 yard order) when I order and the owner doesnt seen to be overly concerned. I have emailed with him about the problem, but he hasnt offered to replace or refund me for what I am shorted. AND SHIPPING IS ALWAYS HIGH WHEN THE DONT OFFER FREE SHIPPING. Usually around $2 to $3 more to ship me something than USPS shipping calculator says it will be. It dont matter how good the sale is when they make their money back on shipping. :(
