I have shopped at Many dollar trees and this one is the best by far. Elaine the store Manager, is amazing. Incredible customer service. Not only from the manager of the clerks were always so kind and helpful.

One of the best organized shopping experiences ive had, the aisles were free and clear of overstock or newly arrived items to be put on shelves. friendly, polite, helpful employees.

The store is clean and the aisles don’t have boxes etc in the aisles making it harder to maneuver to locate merchandise! The staff are friendly and when asked to assist locating items etc! They are willing and on it! They have a frozen section which is very convenient when wanting to avoid going into the big box store walmart! Grab & go from the dollar tree! Everything is a $1 you can’t go wrong! If on a budget; this is your one stop shop!

This dollar tree was well stocked for the most part. The staff could be a little more friendlier.

This was the biggest, nicest, and most organized Dollar Tree I have ever been to. Im going to come here everytime I come through Chatanooga. Great job people!

This store has gone down a lot no one at cash register and cashiers are gossiping and the manager even had a bad attitude it was just an horrible experience.

I love this place it has such a nice variety of items to choose from I Love decorating my home in different styles and when I purchase my decorating items here I can afford to redecorate as often as I like. It is sometimes a unorganized some people rifling through the items but I always see staff in the isles restocking. Theres certainly do their best to keep their customers happy in my opinion.

LOVE this dollar tree has SO MUCH MORE 2 choose from than the other 3 that I have been 2 not 2 far around my area my bestie lives in Ga. around the battlefield area & she comes all the way over HERE 2 my dollar tree bcuz she agrees 1000% that yes this store has SO MANY different cute things 2 make different home decor items & gifts just SO MANY things u can do whatever types of crafting or gift ideas its AWESOME LOL tons of perfect little trinkets 2 do ur diys with I just wished it was bigger yea I know that its around the same size as all the other stores but Im just saying that since I LOVE this store SO MUCH & Im pretty positive that there are 1,000s MORE beautiful ladies & gentleman as well who would most definitely NOT be mad at the fact of having a Wal-Mart sized dollar tree LOL & Im so totally serious about that just saying💯😂💖👍💋

I went on a Sunday and was limited to only buying 3 papers which I understand to give others a chance to buy some. Then I went the next day to see if they had anymore left and they had about 20 papers left and I was still limited to 3. I feel like the manager would rather send them back than to sell them to me. I will not shop at this store anymore and just order my papers from another store.

Great place to find decor items and make crafts. Love it! Everything truly is a dollar except some candies are less😁

Recently this location has had a better variety in product but some of the cashiers are a little pushy and rude. I carry a large purse and have actually had people follow me around the store and give me dirty looks. Ive never stolen in my life, Ive never even had so much as a speeding ticket. If the customer service improved I would give a 5 star rating.

Good store they have things that the Trenton store dont cause they are a busier store.

Nice place, I come here all the time. However, today there was a big time manager there and Overheard some of his conversations. I felt bad for the employees, he was very degrading and rude. I suppose thats why hes a manager and doesnt work with customers.

Everything is $1 and I was surprised at the great things they have and also have groceries
