The donuts speak for themselves, will always keep the quality of the experience of a higher nature, so many different varieties, flavors, colorful appearances, some to commemorate certain holidays. The General Manager Michael is a committed tireless individual that has obviously taken great pains over the years to insure a crew of individuals that reflect and honor the high level of service accommodation for which Krispy Kreme stands. Alas, in a recent conversation with him he lamented they had to temporarily halt 24 hour late night window service due to staffing issues stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic. However this has resulted in the hiring of people still in high school which for them is beneficial for an early entrance into the workforce, plus they generally are in possession of boundless energy. The Bold coffee blend cannot be beat, highest grade commercial level coffee. All the best, keep up the good work.

We haven’t been here in close to ten years…and now I have realized why. The girl taking orders in the drive-thru needs some serious customer service training. Rude, discourteous, & hateful. We went to get the Halloween doughnut variety pack. She said “we don’t have Halloween doughnuts AFTER 3:00 pm-that makes sense when it’s 1:28 pm? Then she stated they don’t serve drinks..after slamming the window shut with our payment, she opened the window and asked what we wanted to drink-how does that make sense? She did not have a name tag on but I clearly got a picture of her. This used to be the best place in Chattanooga to get doughnuts. We drove close to 30 miles to get here. Next time we will stick with DUNKIN’ DONUTS. They are friendly, polite, courteous, and they have drinks! I cannot describe how disappointed & disgusted with this employee and this experience we had today. If you hate your job that much, maybe you be cooking the doughnuts because you definitely shouldn’t be around customers.

Went to get donuts cause i love Krispy Kreme and got 2 dozen of donuts. One just glaze and the other mixed. The people in there r very friendly. The only problem i have is it cost so much money just for donuts. It cost my 18.00 a dozen. Wow And i live off of Social Security and that aint much to live off of. Im a senior and sometimes i like a good donut but some where there should be a break.

Love Krispy Kreme Donuts. When we see the red light on we know they are really fresh. We enjoy watching the process in how they make the donuts.

Doughnuts were not hot however they were close and fresh. Even if the HOT signs not flashing go ahead and grab a dozen or two or three. Great customer service.

This Krispy Kreme was by far the rudest customer service I’ve ever had. I went today to get my free donut for my birthday just two donuts because I had another one because I joined the rewards and I get to the window and the girl on the window she was so rude when I asked her if she could scan it she rolled her eyes at me and slammed the window closed and she wouldn’t even let me scan my thing and so I ended up paying for it. I don’t know where the managers are out at the store but the store is not in good shape and I also think that they need to be taught how to treat their customers better.

Donuts may be good but I dont know if I can. Support people throwing away food when plenty of homeless people or shelters would appreciate a box of day old donuts. Or a hospital after seeing them throw away all that food. Kinda disappointed..

Would have given 5 stars but we were given someone elses order. They were busy, so it was an honest mistake. Staff was very friendly and our order was corrected quickly. We will definitely visit again when were in the area.

My daughter received all A’s on her report card and she received 6 free donuts. One for each A with a limit of 6. (Already ate one) She actually had 8 A’s. Great customer service.

Got a crazy donut craving tonight at midnight while on vacation and decided to hit my favorite place to get donuts The Krispy Kreme. I got to the speaker and placed my order and was told that my total would be given to me at the window. Unusual but okay? I pull up to the window the girl gives me my box and says “the system’s down your donuts are on the house “. Blew my mind!!!!! How many places will do that? Most places tell you that the system is down and they can’t take your order but not this place.!!!!… No they are sweet and care for their customers!!!!! 100 stars y’all and I really appreciate you for making the last night of my vacation the best it could be!!!!!!

It was pretty good and extremely busy. We visit Krispy Kremes all over the place and this one was good but the help was mede oker. We didnt hitvit with the hot light on but a variety of 3 different kinds was fresh. Surprisingly enough they had no whole milk and only 2% in a jug they offered us, of course with Covid going around that was a no thank you to 2% milk. Coffee was fresh.

Good donuts, but ordered and paid for 2 dozen original cream filled, thru drive thru. None of the donuts had cream inside. Just glazed donuts...disappointing. receipt even said original cream filled.

Worst Service Ive EVER had there.I stood there 5 minutes before anyone offered me help. Several was walking around talking. They might not have been able to take my order But they could have at least acknowledged me. When someone did come over Then the lady could not listen to my order she kept walking off and rushing me.I wont go back, Ill spend my money at Dunkin Donuts. At least they SMILE, SAY HELLO, AND HAVE A NICE DAY COME SEE US AGAIN.I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to KKThank you Trisha

Always surprised how expensive donuts have become. In Chattanooga KK is my favorite so far. Fun to watch the conveyor belts and operations. Great variety too🤓

Happiness is the Hot NOW Light and fresh donuts right off the assembly line!! This is the perfect multi generational outing and field trip for little ones. We visited 12/29/19 on a rainy evening and enjoyed the immaculately clean, warm atmosphere KK provided. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The bathrooms were tidy. The donuts melted in our mouths. Our grandson was fascinated by the production process. Always delicious, KK!! Keep up the good work!

The people at this Krispy Kreme donut are amazing, very friendly and helpful. I messed up on online order and they graciously let me get the order when I actually needed it and not when I had placed the order for. I was blessed by their kindness.

Very nice gentleman that had patience with us women that had been out having a great time and wanted doughnuts at 2:30 am. Customer service was excellent and the doughnuts were as well! Wish I had the young mans name working that night because he definitely deserves a shout out!

I dont know if it is luck but Everytime I come to this place, they have trays semi full of doughnuts, and people making more in the kitchen, Evey other Krispy Kreme I go is the opposite.

I got to Krispy Kreme at 10:30 when ordering I was told that half the the donuts my kids where wanting they didnt have, when I got to the window I was handed hot coffee when asked for cold, the girl at the window got mad and walked off making nasty comments about me, after the right coffees where made she shut the window knowing I had more to my oder! Then asked me for my receipt to prove what I ordered!! I have Never had this happen to me. I know places are short on help, but hire the right people that want to be their please.

Horrible horrible rude mean service.Went Early as a special family treat at Sun up. Only people there, Calmly Waited 10min......Window guy just ignoring us completely right in front of us.Absolutely no acknowledgment that we were there. Walk by us like we were Never there. Asked out loud do you serve people inside. Just a glare over his shoulder.Finally an old grumpy guy and another I guess mngr came to register. No hello. Just glared at us angerly. Mngr walked away & old cranky guy scowked and answered any questions we have very annoyingly. The energy in the place was so negative that I started to get nervous shakes. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE PROBABLY THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

If I could give zero I so would. Every time I come here the service is terrible, the employees make it seem like we are a burden to them. We were ordering today, and we didn’t even finish before she told us to pull forward, and when we tried to finish our order at the window, she was snippy, and walking around like she doesn’t want to be there and doesn’t care. And this hasn’t been the first time.

KK is a classic and never disappoints! The staff is always polite and efficient, and the donuts are, well....AWESOME!

We always order the same thing every time we come yet we have never paid the same price, its weird and kinda shady, but its krispy kreme so its delicious and we keep going back. I am slight upset though because went I went last night they gave me the wrong doughnuts and the manager Mike said he would write my name down and give me a free assorted dozen for the inconvenience but when I went this morning the manager on duty never saw my name written down. So this means Mike did not do what he said he would, I still got some free doughnuts but I only got three free doughnuts which was kinda sad because I wont lie I was looking forward to picking out a dozen doughnuts and trying some of their new flavors. Either way this location has killer doughnuts but meh management and shady pricing practices...

Apparently at this particular store customer is not always right and the employees and management will argue with you

Took >20 minutes to get through the drive thru, the delivery truck was partially blocking the way instead of being backed all the way into the covered area, but the worst was how filthy the back of the lot was, smelled bad.However, ALWAYS, the best donuts EVER!

On a few occasions Ive ordered through the website and had them delivered. They forgot a box twice. I texted the delivery guy and he and to go back inside and get the rest of my order because the store forgot again.

The donuts here are fantastic!! They always are! However Ive been here multiple times now, and every time the employees move as slow as molasses. I dont understand the work ethic of todays young people....I just dont, or how they are still employed.

I use too get 2 dozen a week ! I stopped immediately when they started bribing people with free donuts to take the vaccine. I have also noticed the lines are smaller on the weekends. Hopefully for the same reason. Stay out of politics, your not a doctor, stick to donuts and making people fat!!!
