We just had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE with Tom Dorris in the Crown Chrysler Service Department! We brought our 2016 Chrysler 300 in for diagnostic service due to a sound the engine was making. Tom promptly greeted us for our 9 am appointment. He asked several questions regarding our vehicle, while taking detailed notes for the technician. He then outlined the steps the technician would need to take to diagnose the problem, and what he would do in regards to our Chrysler power trainin warranty, and our extended warranty if he needed it. He gave a time frame on the time the technician would need to work on our car, and how he would keep us informed throughout the process. Tom Dotris delivered professionalism at every step during this process. His professional knowledge, people skills, and timely communication were superior! Kudos to Courtney for helping a picky customer find the truck (Ram Rebel) he wanted. I worked with Courtney Shirkey and Lance Brown to purchase a Ram 1500. I wasnt really sure of what I wanted when I first came into the dealership, but I liked the Ram Rebel edition of the 1500. Courtney and Lance helped me narrow down what I was looking for, and once we had the parameters, they went to work trying to find trucks that fit with what I was looking for. Courtney did an incredible job of sticking with it, and providing links for various trucks that might fit with what I wanted. I had finally settled on wanting a Built to Serve edition, but none of the dealerships that had the edition that I liked would give one up. Then, as luck would have it, a 2017 Ram Rebel was traded into the dealership. Courtney let me know about it and sent a picture. Once I saw it, we went to work on numbers to see if it would work out. Fortunately, it did, and I was able to buy a truck that had a lot of the items in it that I thought I was going to have to do after purchase. I love the truck, and cant speak highly enough about everything that was done to make it happen. I especially want to thank Courtney for her determination and perseverance to find me the truck that I wanted. She was the reason that I purchased a truck from this dealership instead of looking elsewhere. I will definitely recommend this dealership, and especially Courtney and Lance to others.

My boyfriend and I were the first car to pull into the service bay at 7:00 am on Sunday August 1st. I told them we needed new rotors and brake pads before we drove home (about three hours away). The service guy (second desk from the front) said that he will get us taken care of and also do a oil change and tire rotation. So, we sit in the lobby waiting for two hours before we finally ask what is going on. The guy said that he has bad news, he didn’t have the rotors in stock. We then asked what took two hours for you to tell us this now he said that it took him 2 hours to call and find rotors. I know this doesn’t take 2 hours and if they didn’t have them in stock at the dealership then we should have been in the know. We then told him to do the brake pads so we would make it home safely. We waited another 15 minutes with still no one touching a finger on my car. They wanted to charge us double to install brake pads which is ridiculous. I finally gave up and told him I don’t want to pay you and I want my car back. When we got my car back we spoke to the mechanic who stated that my car sat there for 40 minutes after he sent his approval in for the brake pads. Y’all absolutely wasted our time when we could have drove 3 hours home and got it fixed in a shorter amount of time. I do not recommend this place they want to charge you insane amounts for wasting your time and just letting a car sit when we were the first people in the bay. Overall, We waited 3 hours just to get an oil change and a tire rotation.

I’ve been coming here for my oil changes over the past 2 years. The staff have always been top notch. This was my first sales experience. Manny and Kenny spoke directly and answered all of my questions. I wanted to look at options as I neared the end of my first lease. They provided a rough quote prior to pulling my credit which allowed me to get a feel for the direction I wanted to take. They didn’t try to pressure me into a sale, a welcome change from the used car salesman days. When I was ready to move forward both of them worked with me on my lease buyout. Greg did a great job putting everything together, filling out paperwork, keeping me company and getting me a drink. I even got a lower rate than we expected! Would highly recommend talking to them. I bought my current vehicle new here. Under warranty I have severe issues getting my radio fixed. Never really did. My most recent issue is my air conditioning. I dropped my car off after work, the guy demanded my key before I even could get it off the ring, he was cussing the car while trying to get something initialized while checking it in. I should have said never mind. 1250 dollars later I am stuck with a vehicle that has hissing in the ac where they did not properly perform a recharge, and no notes on checking transmission level even though they had to remove the lines to replace the cooler. Picked up may 24, disputed charge jun 24, heard from dealer in July, cancelled disputed charge august 17 . Bbb and owner will be hearing more from me. Dont go here, after the sale they just dont care. And they responded they called me and responded but NOT when I called originally. They only attempted communication when I performed a charge back(A month later). Dodge needs better dealers and support. The lady was also very quippy with her responses. Nothing professional about this place. I told her I could buy anything they have on the lot, and the salesmen do not really seem to care to sell it to you.

Bought a 2019 olive-colored Jeep Cherokee from Crown and while it was a great ride, our growing family of 5 needed a little more elbow room. Had our hearts set on a Grand Cherokee Limited and 2 places had already turned us away, including one place that was nearly a 2-hour Drive. Nothing worse than driving home empty handed. Decided to check local inventory and turns out Crown had a few on the lot so they invited us to check them out. Sure enough, we found it... a 2020 Grand Cherokee Limited that they somehow worked their magic and got us in. Was told a lose wire had my Jeep acting, and that they could find nothing else wrong even though the ETC and engine light were both on. Picked it up and 10 minutes later I’m stranded. The absolute worse service department.

So huge update, my initial review was pretty bad. After speaking with Wes (Service Manager), we found out there was an issue with their phone system and voicemails were not being received. That has now been fix! He set me up with Colin for my service since my normal advisor Charly is out of the office. I have to say, Wes and Colin definitely picked up the dropped ball and took care of my truck and service needs fast and efficiently. They are super backed up on services, however they were able to get my truck done within a week (I think). And set me up with a service loaner vehicle, that seriously made me think about trading my truck in for and upgrade!So thank you Wes and Colin for picking the ball up and landing spectacular service! Definitely will continue to bring my truck here for my service needs. Personally I recommend speaking to either Colin or Charly(when she comes back) when it comes to service. Wes, as a manager definitely made sure everything was going smoothly as soon as my truck got there, and kept me updated with what was going on as far as the phone system issue. Definitely a good manager!
