Even though she was new, she knew answers to my questions, and didn’t hesitate to find answers if she didn’t know them herself. I felt I could trust her, which means a lot to me. My Jeep is perfect! I couldn’t be happier!

My daughter and I visited Village Volkswagen back in late July. She really liked the all new Taos. She traded in her 2015 Jeep Wrangler and drove the Taos home. After about 6 weeks we received a recall notice. Called to schedule to have car fixed, was told the earliest appointment was a couple weeks away. She told VW representative that she was about to take a trip to Gulf Shores Alabama and should she be worried. Rep told her no to worry and gave her a phone number to call in the event she had trouble. After he trip and several days back in forth to work, we took car in for what we thought was a quick fix recall. After having car checked we were told that indeed the car wasn’t safe to drive and that a fuel line retaining clip had failed and fuel was leaking. We were told we couldn’t leave with the car and was given a loaner car with the dealerships name on the front and rear of car in big white letters. Was told she would get the car back ASAP. We’ve called twice since and are being told as soon as it’s fixed we will be notified. Needless to say that Village VW has had the car for over a month and still haven’t heard from them yet. They done a fantastic job presenting and selling the car but when it comes to more than that, they have failed terribly. Village VW has really gave a 21 year old young lady a really bad first time buyer experience.
Do not work with Lynn Wood!! If she’s not the smartest one in the room, she insults you behind your back. I was working up a deal with her for a new car and i expressed what i wanted and that i had a vehicle to trade in. She inputed a comment about me in her notes stating: “Customer thinks he knows everything but drives a Chrysler 200.” I find that very insulting. Just because I’m knowledgeable about the process, doesn’t mean i should be insulted. Then to comment on my trade in as if i should be judge based on the car i drive.

We have a 2021 suv under warranty. A/c went out, the service department in Chattanooga says they have no loaner cars and we are responsible to pay for a rental. Additionally we were told 2 months was the nearest time the next loaner would be available….. the one service advisor was nice but had 0 answers when he was challenged as to why we are having to pay for a rental on a warrantied vehicle.I then contacted Harper VW in Knoxville they have an appointment for us and a loaner car on the 20th of this month. We will always take the extra trip and our future business to Harper in Knoxville.
As soon as we got there Lynn approached up and started helping us immediately. She did all she could to help us to make sure the new car would be affordable for us. Very friendly staff, always keeping you updated on what’s going on while you’re waiting for details, and they even have a kids play area which I thought was amazing!
VW Chattanooga saved the day! My car was low on adblue on a Saturday morning. I came in at nearly 9:00 without an appointment, and although they were super busy with only one person working in the service department they squeezed me in very quickly.They were super friendly and I’m super appreciative.

Only leaving 5 stars because my needs were met by the woman who was helping us, but while me and my husband were waiting in the lobby a younger male, was helping an older couple and I’m not sure if he was having a bad day but right in front of us and that older couple was saying “Jesus FN Christ” and “you gotta be FN kidding me”… we reported it before we left. It’s really easy to be kind, especially since you are working to help other people and to be of service to them. Maybe he needs to find a new job, it was very unprofessional of him to do that and how he was representing the company. But besides seeing that display, our experience was great!
Hey, we went to 2 dealerships looking for a low priced used car. The first lot treated us like second hand socks, when we asked them to honor their online price, they showed us the door. (WE came pre financed)At Village Volkswagen it was a completely different story. Even though we were spending $20k, not the higher car prices, they treated us like valued human beings. Our salesperson showed us each model, explained the differences, took us on test drives, encouraged us to try different things. He spent well over 2 hours with us, and it was 99F outside.His name was Joshua White, check him out!

This is the third car we have bought from Travis in a year. Hes awesome! He knows what we expect and makes it happen. Robert always gives it straight and we appreciate his transparency. You dont get that everywhere
I contacted the dealership to buy a car over the phone. I didnt ask to negotiate. I let them know I would be flying in and moving and I wanted the easiest transaction possible. She said no problem, picked me up at the airport. It took almost 2 hours for the order to be done, the car had to be detailed, the finance guy pushed me hard to finance and not pay cash.Within a few days the check engine light came on and so I took in to the dealer for the manufacturer (different dealer). They said the check engine light had been reset 22 times. After 3 visits, I had the car finally fixed.After 30 days the dealership had still not sent me my tags. I had to call multiple times, and they assured me 3 days in a row they were sending a new temproary tag. Well, 7 days late one showed up. The first time I called the sales rep asked for all for all of car issue receipts, because they wanted to make it right. Also, never heard back on that.I let the tag manager know what a bad experience I had had, that noone followed up on the car having issues or the tags. She assured me the manager or owner would call, 5 days later nothing.I dont expect anything from them, but I would like them to know that they have some serious room for improvement. I do not recommend using this dealership. The departments are very disconnected.
We bought our first VW over the weekend and had a great experience here. Tyler was our salesperson and he was excellent- very patient, knowledgeable, and laid back- never pushy. We called ahead as we were driving an hour and a half away and they kindly answered all our questions before we got there. Chris helped with financing and my husband was very pleased with that process (he does financing for a living). We purchased a new Atlas and so far our family has LOVED it. This was a great first step into the VW family for us!
I had an oil change app at 1pm I got there 20 min early and still was there 2hrs and 20 mins the people were nice but the wait is rediciouls.
Our sales rep was Ashley Queen. She was very professional, polite, and helpful as we purchased a 2021 Tiguan. The entire staff that we dealt with at Village VW was very nice and easy to work with. Ashley even took care of sending us our garage remote that we left behind in the car we traded in. It was the kind of experience you would hope for when buying a car. We purchased a new vehicle a few days ago and can’t say enough good about Lynn, who helped us. She was super knowledgeable, forthright, helpful, kind, and not pushy. We visited a few other dealerships and this was hands down the best experience of them all. Car shopping can be tough and full of decision fatigue, but Lynn and Village VW made the whole process a breeze.
Jeff the used car manager is an unprofessional liar and very rude. He told me one price to get me to drive from Knoxville to Chattanooga then when I got there I couldnt find him and he sent a flunkie to tell me I couldnt get the car for the price he had told me over the phone. Finally when I was about to really get mad Jeff decides to show up and lie about the price he told me. Very rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional when lying also. I will never step foot in that place again. Worst car buying experience in my life.

Passat tdi have emissions issue, still under warranty and they will only deal with it if 2k timing job is done first. Will not return and dont recommend.

Never purchased a car here, only service. That said, everyone there is super helpful and very amicable. Decent enough prices with online coupons. No problems in the last few years! Keeps me going back. Oh and gatdang, their waiting room setup is second to none!!

Very easy to make appointment, quick in and out with friendly service. I also liked that I was given explanation of what was going on and why.
They over charge as much as they possibly can. They charged me $217 for a diesel oil change. They said this was normal because it is diesel, but this time I took it to Jim Ellis Volkswagen in Kennesaw. They only charged me $106. Thats HALF of the price at Village Volkswagen. I do not recommend getting your service done here at all because theyre going to rip you off. Its not trust worthy either because they ruined my brothers Passat as well. They said his car burned through all the oil within 2000 miles after his oil change after having no issues with it prior to that. It only had about 80000 miles. Please save your car and money and go somewhere else.

I bring my car here frequently for service. I have never loved the sales or the inventory over her, I would rather go to Atlanta, but the customer service at this location is AMAZING. The service department expecially are very detailed, friendly, and go above and beyond for me.Clay from service was able to get a ride for work as I did not realize they had closed the shuttle/ride service down. Great customer service. I recommend them 100%. We need more young, enthusiastic employees in our local businessess. Service center was great, we bought my wife’s Tiguan at another dealership and brought it to Village Volkswagen to have an oil change and to have the headlight repaired. I had a great experience shopping at Village Volkswagen. The staff here seem to be nice and friendly and they are very helpful. When we were about to purchase a vehicle, we had 3 guys helping us at once—which was very nice. They are very flexible with helping you find what car is right. They inside of the dealership is very clean and is a great atmosphere if you ever had to spend several hours here. There is a waiting room with magazines, free food and drinks, games, and more. I would recommend Village Volkswagen!Tip: Ask for Smitty or John! They are very helpful.
Joey was always great at getting back with us over the phone or through text as we were searching from out of town and found vehicle online. I just wanted to give this group a shout out. I purchased a used vehicle from them and a few weeks into ownership I got a call from them saying the registration was kicked back due to needing an emissions test. I would have been fine paying the $9 for the test but they hooked me up with a voucher and even offered to reimburse me if I was unable to get the voucher from them.I did the emissions test and waited. Somewhere along the way there was a blip in communication and my registration unfortunately didnt get resubmitted. After a couple phone calls, we were all squared away and because it had been a minute I made a request to feel a bit better about the situation. Gladly, the team worked with me and totally resolved the issue AND THEN SOME.Thanks Village Volkswagen for turning a sour situation into a sweet one. This place is horrible. We were quoted over a thousand dollars for work that never needed to be done and they also tried to charge us hundreds of dollars for extra labor. We took the car and ended up doing the work ourselves in less than an hour. Total scam and dishonest people.
Purchased an used car through Jeff at Village VW Chattanooga and we couldn’t be happier! Not only has the car proved to be above and beyond what we had hoped, but the entire purchasing process was as well! Our very young children were welcomed and loved the play area provided and the entire team worked quickly so that our time there was minimal in order to help us get on the road. My experience with the entire team: Joey, Brian,and Smitty was awesome. I was looking for a specific car! After locating the car at a couple locations within 500 miles of Cincinnati, I had great interactions negotiating on the car and my trade in. When I got to Chattanooga from Cincinnati, Smitty and the team took great care of me and made the process go very smoothly. Everything was as promised regarding the car when I showed up. I highly recommend the entire team!

Came in today for my 20,000 mile service and had the displeasure of meeting Jerry. I had called in and had a scheduled service for 9:00AM and was assured it would be no longer than an hour when I scheduled. I when I arrived there was cars already backed up and after being there an hour asked about the status. He told me he had no idea how long it would take. I reminded him that I have early checkout and needed to get my child. He stood up and said he knew this was gonna happen and I asked what he started saying how everybody was coming in to service for the weekend without appointments. I told him I had an appointment and several times if they could not get it done I need my car to get my kid. He still just stated they are doing what they can do. He never would just get me my car. He was very rude and condescending. Very upsetting after spending over$40,000 and just my second service to find out how much of an inconvenience I was

Overall it was a great experience waiting while having my car serviced at Village Volkswagen. I was kept informed of the progress by Jacob who was friendly and courteous and the service took less time than I had anticipated. Very pleasant atmosphere and people. Has enough of the historical VW memorabilia and automobiles for a retro feel but large screen TVs on the wall and modern technology on display to keep things current. Great customer waiting area with drinks and snacks too.

Dakota was service-oriented and was very good to work with on my trade-in. Robert was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient in obtaining my financing-we were finished within an hour!The only suggestion I have that would have made my experience perfect would have been to send me out with a full tank of gas. As it was, it was necessary to stop for gas, as the fuel was below the 1/4 tank mark.Thanks again for helping me with my car purchase!
