I took my van RV (Winnebago Solis) by the dealership to see if they could handle service for the RAM chassis if was built on. Charly Gentry greeted me and researched a bit and confirmed that they could indeed handle the height and weight of this van. She informed me they could do it that day if I was willing to wait a bit and they had a MOPAR special for oil changes that she could offer me. As I live an hour away I was very thankful that she got me worked in.

Thomas Dorris was awesome at my oil change appointment. Got me in quickly, was very friendly, and excitedly chatted with me about my Jeeps dino stickers and our mutual Jurassic Park fondness. I mentioned a small issue Id had with the check engine light occasionally, and he explained the situation in great detail and offered to check it out the next time it happened. I was very appreciate of this, as the last time I had the issue the service person at the time seemed annoyed that I called and came by, and was just trying to rush me back out the door. Thomass explination of why the light would be on but not showing an active code made sense, and put my mind at ease instead of making me worry unnecessarily like before. I will definitely be back, and will make sure I ask for him.

The aux battery in my 2017 Jeep Compass went bad. Crown Chrysler worked me in to the schedule on short notice and for that I am grateful. Everyone was very professional, and Bridgette Davis offered excellent customer service. My only complaint was the amount of time needed for the repair. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30 am and it wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm. Seems a bit long for a battery exchange. Overall I was happy, and would use them again.

Needed an oil change on a new-to-me Dodge truck. Rolled into this dealership just to inquire on getting one on the near future. I recently visited Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to have a problem with my 2011 Ram AC/Defrost actuator corrected. Bridgette Davis efficiently captured my description of the problem, kept me appraised of the diagnosis and repair, and informed me when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. She was courteous, prompt, friendly, and professional in all our interactions. This repair was covered under an extended warranty, and she took care of those arrangements in an equally professional and efficient manner. I would rate my interaction with Bridgette as five-star. The reason for the four-star overall rating is that this is the second time I have had to have this problem addressed in the last three months. It appears that this time everything has been correctly repaired.

Ian was my salesman and blew me away with his knowledge, professionalism, and ability to get things done when my credit Union was too slow regarding my approval process. He was able to get me an excellent interest rate in line with my credit Union. I’m in sales also but much older than Ian. If we worked together I think he would be good competition. I had lost a starter fob for my 2020 Ram as we were traveling across country. I called Crown to see if they could assist with a replacement. After a brief hold I was told one would be on the delivery truck from Atlanta the next day. The truck didnt come and I was alerted that there would be the delay. It arrived on Monday and was programmed early Tuesday.Throughout the process and delays they were highly professional in keeping us updated. I highly recommend this service department and will definitely do business with them if in the area again.

Face to face experience was great! Signing in on my laptop to your email was not so great. If you are going to send an email to check in before I get there then someone should read it!! In the email you suggested extra things that I might want. I checked two of those things. At the end, none of them were done. No sense in sending an early check in if you arent paying any attention to it.

I guess I should consider a high performance motor needs more attention at times. The service by Jason Maneke and Crown Chrysler was surprisingly excellent,making sure I received a ride home until diagnostic when diagnosed they made sure to provide with a nice clean loaner vehicle until my vehicle was ready. Honestly I have to say it was a good experience,I received a printout in detail of services performed Jason was very patient and understanding of my concerns and treated me well like I would have treated him. I made up in my mine that I will be purchasing the extended warranty and dealing with Crown Chrysler Dodge of Chattanooga from here on out.
