I recently purchased a new CVT Mt. Hood rooftop tent from the Chattanooga, TN. location. The first thing I want to point out is that the service was absolutely stellar! The guys came together to help me perform somewhat of a custom install...Im not going to say it was the toughest install ever but it wasnt easy and they hung in there with me after closing time to get it done. The quality of this tent is exceptional as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for the products and services they provide!

Good to see a great company in Tennessee. They have extremely great quality tents, and awnings. And a must have overland trailer I sooooo want. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for a top tier camping community.

I have had my tent for a year and a half. I have camped in 90 degree and 18 degree weather. My tent has performed flawlessly. CVT has stood behind their product with outstanding customer service.

CVT is great! They set the mark in customer service. Thom not only stayed late to help set me and a friend up on a rental Mt. Shasta and crossbars on my 4Runner but also walked us through all the bells and whistles of the tent. It was my first time in a RTT and needless to say we had a great weekend in Chattanooga. Once we got back to CVT, I pulled the trigger on a Mt. Rainier! I’m even considering getting my crossbars from these guys! Highly recommend!

Never had a chance to own any products and they are friendly on the phone. Communication is what the two stars were for. Contacted them with a question which they took my phone number down and never returned a call. Then emailed the company that offered a form of discount however the facility here didnt seem to get it. Contacted them twice about it and gave up.

Bought a Mt Shasta Stargazer Extended tent yesterday. Service was excellent and friendly. Install went smooth. Explanation and hands on instruction was thorough. Weve had our Rainier Extended Summit for nearly a year, and we absolutely love it. I needed to make a small adjustment to my roof rack, and Thom was extremely accommodating and helpful. His customer service skills are top notch. From our tent install in Bend to a minor roof rack adjustment in Chattanooga, CVT treats their customers like family.
