The workers are ALWAYS ready to help. They are friendly and know the store. The store is always clean and produce is very fresh. Prices are just as good as they can be. Not to expensive. All food is to high priced but its not Publix fault. Great grocery store. Do most all my shopping here now. Deli/bakery is delicious.

I have a shellfish allergy and Publix is the only business establishment where I can safely buy fresh fish. Their commitment to keeping shellfish separate from fish allows me to eat freely. Thanks Publix.

The butcher was extremely helpful. He went out of his way for my request. 4 stars only because beef shank was not available but the butcher was happy to order what ever I wanted.

Same options and brands as other grocery stores, but you pay more. However very clean and there are always a ton of employees around if help is needed, they are kind and actually want to be helpful. If your not on any budget and dont mind paying more for the exact same things, then this is the place for you. The atmosphere is clean and great here.

I usually shop at Greedmart. I am so glad I stopped by this store. This was such a pleasant experience. I was absolutely amazed at how friendly all the staff were. They appear to be genuinely happy and glad to be working at Publix. The aroma coming from the bakery was heavenly. I felt like a person and not just someone that had money and needed what they had to sell. The salad bar looked delicious. I was able to buy some gluten-free cookies that are hard to find. Lemon wafer. I look forward to returning.

This is one of the best Publix I have ever been to. My hats off to management for hiring and retaining the best of the best employees. Every employee is super friendly and will help with any needs a customer may have. I live closer to the East brainerd store but drive here for the service. Keep up the good work!!!!!

Love the variety. They could have more ethnic items as large as they are. Otherwise pretty wide selection. Good if you can catch catch sales.

Publix has the best salads 🥗 and freshest fruits and veggies and the bakery is absolutely AMAZING yes your paying a few cents more for harder to find product but the food its self speaks for the price point. Staff has always been very helpful and very nice

I shopped at Publix all the time in Florida. When I moved up to Chattanooga, TN I drove a little further just to be able to continue to shop at Publix. Then they built this one close to my home, which is great. While I have tried shopping at other grocery stores I always end up back at Publix. Publixs still has my vote for its quality, cleanliness and diversity of products. It is not always the lowest priced, but if you catch the sales (especially the BOGOs) you will be able to save money. I also like that you dont have to have a rewards card to save but if you do create an account on on-line it is easy as putting in your phone number when checking out you often get a few dollars off your order. I also love the ease of creating shopping lists and getting e-receipts.

The staff does a good job about keeping everything clean and tidy. They do their best with the shortages right now and are always helpful.

Rushed in last minute for less than 20 things. Angel in seafood dept went above and beyond to help us with crab cakes. They were delicious. Store is clean have everything you need. Birthday card for 9y/o was $10. Thats my only complaint. Staff courteous.

Our to go place for fruits, meat and fresh veggies and ofcourse water dispenser is very convinient. Love the fresh Sushi they make every morning . Staff ar extremely helpful and cheerful .Cant go wrong with this place !

Best grocery shopping experience ever! I have lived in 5 different states in my life and this is by far the best place to shop for your groceries. Not only is the store super clean and bright, bit I had 3 employees before I even got to the checkout to ask me how I was doing and if they could help me find anything! The cashier and the gentleman who bagged my groceries were also super nice! I could not have asked for a better first time shopping at Publix and I will definitely be returning to this one in particular! 😊

This is a good Publix location. Friendly, helpful staff and good selection. Only complaint is a very niche one. There is a deli meat my family likes, and even when its on sale at other Publix locations, it never seems to go on sale here.

No one was at the deli but me,Four people just standing around,one talking to a person, finally,one of the workers ask me did I want anything from deli,I ordered 10 wings, this is what they served me feathers still on wings, at work couldnt take back.fead to my dogs!!!went to self checkout cashier that stand around was rude I didnt blink my eyes no one was in line but me and a customer had left they in paid purchase and I didnt know until I got closer she smart off real rude and told me real rude the line back there for me to get behind people that I was there before them.judt rude!!! I didnt even open my mouth and if I knew that chicken had fried feathers I left the fried feather chicken 🐔!!!! Go Bi-lo for fried chicken 🐔 I have never got fried 🐔 feathers from Bi-lo!!!!!???

My last stop after errands were run for RAISIN CINNAMON ROLLS!! The only place I can get them! They add extra icing, too! Then I got home, grabbed a fork & dug right in! Guess what! No raisins!!! 3 stars because they were still pretty good but what a disappointment. 🥺

Fast friendly service the cold cuts and meat dept are 5 star! Try their cranberry walnut loaf with cream cheese the best!

I got my favorite cuban pastry guava n cream cheese . My kids love it because the bakery gives them a cookie 🍪 each.

Gabriel was so awesome i went thru line and am recovering from covid phemonia and can hardly walk. My cart was going dead and when he heard it beeping he didnt even ask but went and got me a new one. Thank you!

I love love love this Publix location!!! Every employee is friendly and helpful! Each time I go I find something new I want try this trip I purchased Simple Oat Milk. Watch out Whole Foods and Fresh Market because Publix has everything.

It is unfortunate that for such a nice store that the food is really not the greatest. And the gluten free selection is completely disorganized and a second thought.

Such a nice, clean store with great produce, a wonderful deli and a delicious bakery. Oh, there are other groceries available as well, but I head for the bakery firs. Good sales and polite emoyees. Just wish I lived closer.

I only went to use the pharmacy and they had me out in 5 minutes. The nicest pharmacists and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about my medications, but I informed them ahead of time that I have been on these for years so I didnt need any information. This was my first time using this particular Publix.

Associates were very friendly. However, the associates who wear gloves and touch everything in everyones carts, and on the shelves....is very discouraging. It made me feel like I had to go to self checkout. Its cross contamination at its finest. If you dont change your gloves between touching each item, the gloves dont do a bit of good protecting anyone or anything.just some friendly advice from a local nurse. This is a proven medical fact.

I love the environment. Its a nice structure, the inside was nice, clean, and well lite. Traffic flow went well and I was able to locate everything I had on my list. The workers were willing to help and there was plenty of them throughout the store. I had a nice and pleasant experience. I would shop there again, if Im n the area. I thought it was too far when I have so many more options to choose from.

Clean, well-stocked grocery store. This store is a little out of my way, but always worth the drive The employees are always friendly and extremely helpful when needed. Also, they sell Boars Head meats which are not easy to find in Chattanooga! This place rarely doesnt have what I am looking for, so add all that up and it is my go to grocery destination. Be proud of this branch, Publix Corporate!

Grocery shopping here is great, however if you are on a timed schedule, do not order for pick up at the deli. I placed a sub sandwich order to be ready at 12:30 and they didnt start making the sub until 12:45 to which they said they got behind. They were making orders for people who walked in before mine, so ordering ahead doesnt have any benefits.

It was the first time I had went there. They employees were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed shopping i look forward going back.

I dont recommend going to this publix. There are a few snarky girls that judge and harass you if you coupons. They act like coupon Nazis, yet they know nothing of the life cycle of a coupon or the polices. Its a real shame. Publix used to welcome couponers and those that wanted to save money. I guess thats a thing of the past.

My first time at Publix. Nice store, lots of choices. Great deli. Distracting me from my shopping list. An impulse buyers paradise! Will not regularily have this store on my grocery shopping tour because it is too expensive. Most items are more than Im used to paying. It all adds up.

Quick visit for groceries.Decided to get a flu shot and the first of two pneumonia shots. Extremely kind pharmacy staff helped with the required form and insurance cards. Then pharmacist gave the shots. Zip, zip and ready to check out with groceries in about 15 minutes. Even received a $10 Publix gift card.Everyone we encountered in this Publix location was courteous.

At the self checkout the girl working Sunday morning around 10:15 hovered over us really bad and made us feel very uncomfortable. She was acting like we were stealing. I have never stolen anything from there and I shop at there all the time.

I was surprised to see a Publix in this town. It was as good clean and organized as any other in Florida.

Usually good but I ordered through instacart and the sub that I got today did not follow instructions. They didnt include lettuce. 😕Ill be back but next time Ill have to come in person to make sure its done right
