I try and avoid this store but when I can’t get paint at another location I find myself here. We have been using SW paint since 1976 but every time I come in they treat us like they don’t want our business.1. There is currently a paint shortage and it’s a problem for us painters. All other SW stores are happy to match prices or work with us when the paint we are looking for is not available. The assistant manager and manger at this location won’t even have a conversation about it.2. Today my Rep gave me a special pricing on a primer that we needed but never used before. The assistant manager was mad about my pricing and made it known. He at first refused to work with me and to give me the pricing my Rep put in. He said my price was ridiculous. I sat there waiting for my rep to stop his day to call the store to do what they are supposed to do. The assistant manager finally did it but made it known he was unhappy. He waisted my time and my reps time because he was too stubborn just to help me out.3. I was waiting for my paint the other day and I accidentally overheard a transaction. They charged another contractor $54 per gallon for Resilience. For those that don’t know, this is very high. My price is under $30 a gallon which is low but no contractor should be paying $54. The SW location I normally go to will always tell their contractors that their price is too high and that they should talk to their rep about it. They are there to help their customers unlike the commercial store. The commercial store managers are there for profit and profit only. No respect for their loyal customers. Customer service from their mangers I give a double thumbs down. 👎 👎Side note: Their none mangers are actually really nice and helpful. For those there that are actually doing your job I want to thank you.
Always professional, great service 👍. Very friendly.
The slowest paint store on planet earth. 30 minutes for a gallon and a quart..... Absolutely pathetic
The most efficient and high quality providers of paint, hands down. That is why I have trusted them for over 50 years.
Store is small but dont let that fool you. This place has a big warehouse full of color coatings, epoxy, enamel, and supplies. The crew here is stellar, friendly, and helpful. They are fast to get you taken care of. Professional as it gets and friendly. I hadnt been to this particular location before but based on my call alone they all acted as if I had been there many times before. Great place of you need paint or supplies.
