Called Friday for a Monday delivery. Keith Phillips came out surveyed the location and had his men out there is an hour with the order. Keith even helped his men get the sheetrock in the house. Pleasure to do business with and will call them for the next order. Mellissa I think her name was was great on the phone. Thanks guys nice to see good service these days.

The name has changed to L&W Supply but it is still the place to get your Sheetrock needs. We were looking for 4 by 12 3/8th Sheetrock and nobody else had it. One of my friends who specializes in Sheetrock suggested L&W and they had the complete order delivered and placed in each room as needed without damaging any of the order or anything in the house...

Pricing is fine. Product is fine.. however... upon delivery one of their workers needed/wanted a piece of wood to cover the door threshold they had already bent (another issue). Instead of asking me for a piece of wood. He takes a piece of engineered wood that i had cut to fit a specific spot and proceeds to stomp it in half so that it would fit his purpose. Wonder what they would do to me if I came inside their store. Picked up something and stomped it in half? Apparently all I would need to do to make it right is have someone else say they were sorry..

Went into the store on Monday 11/4/2019 and placed and paid (in full) for my sheetrock and supplies order. Melissa informed me the order would be delivered on the next day, at the latest on Wednesday, as they would be closed on Friday for inventory. I called L&W on Wednesday, since the supplies had not arrived to be told the supplies would come on Thursday as one of their trucks had gotten stuck in the mud. Spoke via telephone to the delivery person on Thursday at 2PM to confirm the supplies needed to be left inside the house and NOT in the detached garage. Never heard back from anyone that the supplies were not delivered as promised. Arrived to my property on Friday morning to find- no supplies. Tried multiple times to call L&W, no answer. Sent them an email, no response. Needless to say, early Monday morning 11/11/19, I contacted Melissa and asked for a refund. I was disappointed as L&W came highly recommended.
