They did pretty good. My company made a mistake. And the crs guys wasnt very helpful, but it wasnt their mistake. So I would say they are about average from what I saw.

This absolutely the best supply for any roof needs. But you really have to know, what you need, otherwise even I didnt feel like it, I would recommend to the staff to inquire a bit when someone they are not use to see around. Comes in to the store.!

Excellent customer service, answered my DIY questions as a walk-in. Sometimes commercial suppliers treat property owners who DIY as less than whole customers. Not so at CRS. My rough plans were adjusted to the product lines they carry and I left with everything I needed to do my project in no time. COVID precautions taken.

I worked at another CRS location for 15 1/2 years. Always good at unloading you when your ready. Should never really have any issues at any of the 6 locations.

Helpful staff with large assorted of shingles. You should be able to find what youre looking for there.

Sold me the wrong materials, and on return of wrong materials they said they would credit my account . still trying to get my refund eventho they have the materials .People in front office rude and unprofessional and not knowledgeable of their own products called and try to get refund they just laughed at me on the phone told me to call the main office
