If you are a small-buyer, looking for brick for a fireplace, or anything under 100 sq feet, take your business elsewhere.I called and requested a quote on thin-brick from Brian Campbell who took my information and said he would let us know what is available and for me to expect an email by the end of the day. I never got an email or phone call, so the next week my wife and I went to the store and spoke with him in person. He admitted to losing our information and apologized. I get it, people are busy, and we are not buying a ton of brick for a school or massive project. However, I expected to be treated with a certain level of respect. I received a quote from Brian and Dan Barquist. I was told I needed to make my decision THAT DAY. Well, of course, like any buyer, I am going to do my research. I emailed back two days later and asked for an estimate on delivery time and it has now been 10 days with no response.If you are looking for brick on a small project, (50 sq feet in our instance) I would recommend not wasting your time here. Very disappointing in the customer service.

Brian was very-well educated on all of their materials that they supply. Excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend in the future.
