They dont have much wide width stock, so I wasnt able to find what I needed. I had to go online to find something. The salesperson didnt tell me she could have ordered shoes and had them shipped there. They used to pay commission to sales people so they would be motivated to sell products. Not so much anymore I guess. Maybe customer service will make a comeback?

Salesman helpful. But they should not have bogo on web site. They do not bogo. Found nice pair os sneakers, but not cheap.

They had a great selection of shoes at reasonable prices and good service even though I could not find my size in the pair I was looking for. Otherwise, I recommend the store based on my overall experience.

The store was clean and the employees were very helpful. Both my daughter and I found great shoes. They have a large selection of sneakers and sandals, but not as many high heels or dress shoes.

Had a great selection. Different brands, some higher end and everything in between. Great selection. I went for birkenstocks (which they had) but left with a less expensive similar shoe 1/3 of the price and 2 other pairs and socks. 1 star deduction because of the 3 seperate aisles throughout the store, i was never helped once.

Love the option of the shoes they have but the prices are really really steep so if you want to buy something take a look at the prices first

Found exactly what i wanted for a more than reasonable price.

My shopping experience was to purchase new comfortable shoes for work. Upon entering the store, the young man that greeted me was very nice and good looking lol 😆. I was able to find EXACTLY what I was looking for instantly. Customer service was great and the shoes were on sale 💪🏾! Im happy with my purchase and minimal time inside the store.

I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed help. When I couldnt find what I was looking for, the manager promptly looked at inventory in another nearby store. He offered to order them for me and took care of everything quickly. The cashier was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely be shopping there again.

Traveling on vacation we stopped and bought 4 pairs of sandals. There was a miscommunication about price for one pair. We stopped back in on our way back through to get the price adjustment but ended up having to return them even after they had been worn. Thank you for being so kind!

Fantastic and friendly staff. There with two teen young ladies we had lots of questions and foot sizing was offered... we turned it down... then 30 minutes later that same sweet employee saw us there and totally saw the yep we need that size thing now... wish I would have said yes look. She came over and immediately offered again and of course we totally took her up on it this time. We even left to got to other stores in and about the mall and we came back to Shoe Carnival in the end. Best prices, great staff, awesome shoes. HAPPY TEENS!!!! No more wasted time at other stores, Our ladies know we get the best deal and their favorites!!!

The young lady who assisted me was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable of different brands and brand types. I was/am not a sneaker person. Her help was well needed and desired.

Difficult to find help. Im short, so I had difficulties pulling my size shoe off the tall shelves. Would have been nice if there had been associates wandering around to assist. The sale racks are where the deals are. But if you are really looking for specific shoes and not shopping to shop, youll find the prices are average. The cashier really gave me the impression that he didnt want to work. His attitude was just just shy of rude.

I was looking for black flats for my daughter, but they didnt have her size. The salesperson was very helpful and offered to order the correct size. Now the shoes are coming straight to my house. I am very happy with their service and selection.

The people there are very nice and helpful they asked if we need help and really go in the back to find size if there isnt one on the floor.

They have nice shoes. Expensive but they do have clearance shoes. There staff is very helpful too

I drove all the way to this store because it says they have Keen steel toe shoes and its not true. They dont keep any keen shoes in stock. The guy was rude and just tried to sell me some cheap junk. False advertising!!!

Very little choice on shoe laces for work boots and shoes which get alot of wear and tear.

I love this shoe carnival. It is one of the few places I can find size 15 shoes and actually being able to try them on instead of blindly buying them on the internet. The staff is enthusiastic and very friendly. The racks are tidy and straight. Highly recommend it!

Helpful friendly staff. Made sure my shoes were the right size as the box said (they werent) which saved me some hassle of returning them. Also placed an order for the right size for me.

Expensive!! Oh my Gosh have I been living under a rock for so long that tennis shoes have went up to $118? They had cheaper ones but even they started at $60 and up. Dont get me wrong I dont mind paying $60 for good shoes such as New balances etc but the ones they had werent near the quality of the ones Ive had for years. Be prepared to Shell out some doe folks for adult shoes. Woweee!!

Always a large selection of mens, womens and childrens shoes. They are grouped by gender them by shoe type so they are easy to see what is available. You may have to look through a stack for your size but typically they have enough inventory that you can find your size. They are usually running specials of buy one get one 1/2 off or something similar
