Barnes and noble had all the books you could want. They even have magazines and cds. I love the Starbucks inside also.

Friendly, helpful staff with a good selection of books. I prefer the order online, pick up in store option. Don’t shop here too often because it is overpriced from book places I usually shop.

Beautiful store! Didnt have what I was looking for - a specific Bible translation. But so, soooo many other books, gifts, toys for kids, little coffee shop. Lots of different genres.

Nice enough store and Im glad for the music/video department and the cafe instead of a connecting Starbucks--but what a disappointment B&N has become in the last 10 years. This location, like many others, is just a shadow of its former self. As a former B&N bookseller who worked in multiple locations in the late 90s and early 2000s, I well remember what it used to be like. Packed shelves where you could find almost anything, booksellers who truly knew books and considered bookselling a profession, not just a job, lots of intellectual and creative energy, and comfortable chairs for relaxing and browsing. I could spend hours browsing in those days, as well as selling tons of books to hungry readers, but its so different now. Wide open spaces where shelves of books should be, shelves with far more face-outs than spines, shelves and shelves of toys where once there would have been books or audiobooks, booksellers who dont seem to know much about books, and no comfy chairs. The internet has ravaged the brick-and-mortar bookselling industry, and its heartbreaking to a booklover like me to see my third place so depleted of its glory. I never come anymore unless I need something. And every time I come, it makes me so sad.

This barnes and nobles has to be one of the best Ive ever been too!! All the employees are happy to help and know a lot about what they are recommending!!!

Holy moly! This is one of the largest Barns and Noble book stores I think I have ever been in! A huge selection of books and magazines as well as a plethora of other products, not to mention their coffee shop up in the back on a little platform that looks out over the entire book store. The service was excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Barnes and Noble is so expensive that I only go here to get titles to find the books elsewhere. However, it is a classy environment, has many options for reading and music, and nice employees. Its location in the mall is easy to access and leads straight into the mall as well.

Always my favorite place to browse, drink coffee relax read some books before buying nice clean well stocked store, employees always helpful courteous and know where to find what Im looking for, definitely great place

I love B&N! The smell of a new book and coffee makes me happy and content! Staff are always nice but sometimes busy, so you may have to wait if you need help. However, this store has so many areas and books!

The Starbucks inside is not owned by Starbucks, but by Barnes & Noble. So you can’t use the Apt for points or to pay. Which was a little surprising, but not a big deal till I got ripped off on my Venti Mocha Frappe. I was going to order a Grande but I needed a little more energy. Although I paid for a Venti I ended up getting a Grande anyway. Lily offered to make it over, but I had already waited long enough since they weren’t busy. It was really a rip off since the girl that made it put whip cream 1/3 of the cup up. (It was not made by lily) I hate getting ripped off, but I hate it more when I really needed what I ordered! Hopefully Barnes & Noble will train their workers a little better from now on.

Awesome! We have been looking for CDs and they have some. They have a wide variety of records, movies, ect..

One of the places we really miss during the pandemic. Lovely atmosphere, interesting books, great selection of gifts and cards, favorite place to peruse calendars and journals. The cafe is delightful. We enjoyed sitting there and meeting friends. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Can hardly wait until we can spend hours there again. I did go in once during the pandemic for gifts and found they followed guidelines for safety. Definitely will go back in the future.

It is a great store for book lovers especially since it also has a cafe although it is a big store which is good but try not to get overwhelmed by it since there is a specific area in the middle of the store where the staff is to help you find what you are looking for in there

Great local bookstore just like to see the photography books get better a d more variety.

In the past, this location has been one of my favorite. This last visit was a test of my patience. The store has revamped which gives a more definitive separation of genres. Unfortunately, some of the employees were less than friendly or helpful. The employee I worked with treated me as if i were a lesser being. The staff at the register on the other hand, was fantastic. Even with that, Id rather go to McKay or order from Amazon. The next time I need a book immediately, Ill make sure to order for pickup or go somewhere else.

Staff is rude. Girl made rude comments to my mother . When I ask her problem she only said we should leave or wear mask. I am fully vaxed...and mask are NOT required. If she is afraid, she should stay home.

Great book store lovely people you can really do d some great deals as well, its got a very home like feeling to it takes me back to place I remember as a kid when I would spend so much time on reading books and going to the library to find a place to truly let imagination take hold!!!😍😍🙄🤔

Was clean and the person was helpful, the Cafe however is NOT a Starbucks, they just sell things that Starbucks does. Meaning they dont take gift cards for Starbucks.

Nice bookstore. They have a Starbucks cafe/lounge for you to sit and read while enjoying a drink. Large selection of books and other media. Very current titles are kept front and center, so if youre looking for a book that just came out, they most likely have it. Very helpful staff as well.

Go there almsot every week, amazing and very interesting, all of my books are from there, and I have ALOT of books.

In this digital age I still like the feel of a book in my hands. B & N has a great selection and a helpful staff. Plus you can get your caffeine fix while you are there.

I came to this Barnes and Noble location after calling the store. I was searching for a particular item. Their staff is so helpfu l. Not only did they have what I was looking for, but they also held the item at the front register under my name. Additionally, the item I purchased was $50 cheaper than another big box online retailer. Barnes and Noble s customer service is exceptional!

Absolutely massive store with multiple departments that can seem confusing at first, but the staff is always helpful and can answer any questions and find anything. Very large Anime and Manga section, also an impressive science fiction and fantasy dept., something I always think of as a benchmark of any decent book store. Also, they have a Starbucks and a spacious reading area.

Dont try to return university bought books here. They do not accept them.Not sure how or why barnes and noble is even linked to college bookstores.Also, we called like a week beforehand and asked about it over the phone and no one told us we couldnt return the textbook there?It was a Saturday so UTCs bookstore was closed.Im an online student and bought through the barnes & noble university bookstore and was sent the wrong edition...even though I put in the course ID etc. No wonder you guys are going out of business.

The attatude that Mike showed to his fellow employee was totally inappropriate. The young lady at the cafe was so kind and went above and beyond to help my husband and I out. My husband got one of the breakfast bars. Mike manager apparently wanted one and was rude to the young lady. He asked who closed last night and the poor girl said the two employees named then said she would get it taken care of. I appaligzed to the young lady for Mikes ride behavior to her. I. This day in age we all need to treat each other with kindness. I did approach Mike and told him that others can see how he treats his employees and it was appalling. He the told me the girl was in training for management and that I need to mind my own business. Mike has no place in management. There is s book called QBQ he should really read. The book is about taking ownership for your own mistakes and stop passing the blame on others. It also helps to you own up to what you can do as a person to help fix a problem rather than pass the blame. Shame on you Manager Mike for being such a poor example of good leadership

We all need to support our local book stores. This one is very helpful in finding everything you need. I needed a weekly planner for 2021 and a cookbook for a present. Everyone was extremely nice.

Not as full as it use to be. If they had clearance sections, I did not see them.

Personally dont like the new lay out, was fine with the perfectly straight library aisles, seems smaller and less space efficient

So great to have a place to run into a good book. Elizabeth, my cashier, was enthusiastic about what Id selected. Some of the same faces have been operating this Barnes & Noble for years now. I just wish theyd bring back the soft seating to make this a viable hangout like it once was.

Okay to correct a misnomer its not that I hated the place I love the fact that they have such a selection of great books as well as other resources what I hated about the place was the fact that they had almost no help only one check out and it was at the wrong end of the store. You would think that because they are in a mall they would at least have the check out near the mall entrance as well as the exterior entrance I had to walk all over the store just to find a way to pay.I very nearly walked out without purchasing anything because no help was available to make a transaction.

Always a great experience at Barnes And Noble! We went in looking for some Dungeon And Dragons for my stepson and the employee who helped us pointed us in the right direction! Excellent collection of Graphic Novels and Pop Culture toys!
