Got my nose pierce by Luke with my best friend and it was one of the best, most fun experiences I have had getting a piercing. Luke is professional, funny and made the whole experience more enjoyable. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

We call a head of time and ask about having my granddaughters cartilage in her ear pierced. They told us sure come on down. Play drove for an hour to get here and they tell us that they cant do it because we dont have paperwork showing that shes related but they couldnt tell us that on the phone. So we had a wasted trip for nothing except an empty tank of gas. And all they could say was Im sorry!!! No Im the one thats sorry.. they dont even deserve the one star I gave them but I had to give him one to be able to put message out.

I’ve gotten two cartilage piercings with their piercer Nikki and she did such a good job! I love the placement of them and the first one healed very well. I just got the second one but I have no worries about it. Nikki and Logan did my 6 year old little sisters ears and did a great job with her. Nikki walked my sister through each step while she did my cartilage to show her that it wasn’t as scary. When my sister started to get nervous both Nikki and Logan were able to calm her down and hype her up for the big moment. They pierced both her ears at the same time which was really nice. I will forever recommend them!

The tattoo shop was great I forgot the name but its a guy with white hair that talked me through the whole process and I learned a couple things too I got a nose piercing and it was almost completely painless I loved it there and I look forward to going back very soon

I sat here and waited over 3 hours waiting on their piercer to come in and they never showed up! One of the tattoo artists had a smart mouth and didn’t help at all. This place is beyond unprofessional! Definitely would not recommend.

I went and got my nose pierced here a couple weeks ago. They made me feel at home and I really liked it at first... but, nobody told me how to clean my nose AT ALL and its crooked so I can BARELY get my ring through.

Loved coming to white wizard. Our tattoo artist was James I believe and he was amazing! Some friends and I went on a spur the moment and they were able to get us in the next day. Prices are good and our artist worked fast but did an amazing job.

Only saw 1 employee attempting to wear a mask for the hour I was there, and all the customers inside were not wearing a mask nor asked to wear their mask (and for how cramped it is inside that matters a bit more). I didnt get much information on my after care even when I directly asked either; wished I didnt circle yes on the form asking if I got a care sheet (I thought I was going to receive one after which is why I circled yes). My chances on going back were slim in the first place, but I cant even recommend them from my experience.

My brother and I went here and each got a tattoo, he was done within 2 hours and happy, I on the other hand had a guy that every 15 min had to go take a shot of liquor, it got late so after 3 1/2 hours and still wasnt finisnhed I finally asked to reschedule, I am a single mom so its hard to find the time and whenever I do have time he always wants me to come in late nite around 730. I missed 2 appointments, maybe 3 but during these times I had a new grandaughter or I was sick, but called and messaged him each time to let him know.. Then I called on my off day at 12 and asked if he had time he said he had 2 clients then he could . He said he would call me,I waited and waited, ended up messaging me at 730 that night and I didnt get the message so at 930 messaged me, cursed me out and told me to go somewhere else!! Very hateful and rude considering I already paid 400 dollars for my tattoo that never got finished!! The other guy that did my brothers was great!! And he was satisfied, wish I could have gotten him .

Today I got my second tattoo from Glenn and Im in love with it. Ive gotten all of my tattoos here (4 big ones and 4 little ones) because they do great work at reasonable prices. Everyone there is nice and professional and its always a great experience and a great tattoo.

DO NOT GET PIERCINGS HERE I got my nose pierced and at first I thought it was great until I tried to put a hoop in and it turns out the girl who done it (an apprentice) pierced it crooked and I basically had to get it redone at Evermore, I’d recommend them they did an awesome job!!! I would highly recommend white wizard. On the day I came in and got my tattoo I was a work in, but they treated me like I was the most important person there. The shop is clean, and extremely welcoming. Whether you have had work done in the past, and are looking for a new place or a first timer who is on the fence or nervous I highly recommend white wizard. You will feel welcome, and most importantly- you will get great work done! I am EXTREMELY pleased with my overall experience and will definitely be going here again.

The place seemed understaffed and unprofessional. Went in when they first opened the door. There were three guys in there, one of which kept saying it was his day off. I wanted to get some piercings done. Nobody seemed overly interested in talking with me or doing business. One told me I could come back FOUR HOURS LATER. He also looked to be around 20 or so, Im not sure, but I didnt get a really professional vibe off him and no way did I want him piercing me. So I left and am not coming back.

The tattoo Artist Josh was quiet but professional. I was impressed with his attention to detail. Satisfied with my tattoo and will return.

Called earlier in the day to make an appointment. Made an appointment for 8 pm that night. I told them it was for two different tattoos. They said it was fine and they were open booked all night. As long as we were fine with an Apprentice. We talked to him three times. The second time, he asked if we could come in at 9 instead because the apprentice, Captain, was running behind. We said it was fine. We showed up on time, walked in. The nice man came up to us and asked what we needed. We explained our appointment at 9. He looked at a book and said okay. He went back and talked to “Captain The Apprentice”. He came back up and said he was still running about thirty minutes behind. We said it was fine and we’d wait and look at some portfolios. A few minutes later, “Captain The Apprentice”, came up to the front and walked behind the counter. He said, “What is it you’re here for?” Ignoring his rude attitude toward us, my girlfriend replied that we had an appointment at 9 with an Apprentice named Captain. He said, “I’m Captain and I don’t have anymore appointments tonight because I leave at 10.” At this point, he’s crossed the line with the attitude. He was being very unprofessional. If it was a mistake, we would’ve understood. But he then told us that another artist would take us. We asked if it would still be the Apprentice price. He said, “No. My work isn’t even an Apprentice price”. We ended up leaving due to unprofessionalism. We will no longer be doing any sort of business with them. And we’ll be sure to spread the word. We’ll happily go back to Standard Ink where the art is actually good, and the people are inviting and professional.

I decided to get a small tattoo on my arm. I never really schedule appointments for my tattoos because all of mine are so small and usually take no more than 10-15 minutes. So, I called White Wizard just to see if they had any time to get me in for this small tattoo. When I called, there was a lady on the phone who already sounded like she could care less about me as a client. I told her what I wanted and she told me that they could fit me in if I could be there like now. When I got to the shop, I was greeted by some men that worked there and they asked if I needed help. I told them I had just talked to a lady about a small tattoo and they went to get her for me. She came out and said how can I help you? I told her I just wanted a small 3 word tattoo on my arm and she said well yeah but like what is the tattoo? in the most condescending tone. I showed her what I wanted and she immediately laughed at me saying that it was way too small and that she wouldnt do it. She did not even offer to work around the design with me and shot down a design that I had created and that had very significant meaning to me. I told her that I have even smaller tattoos that I have received from there in the past and she continued to laugh at me and turn me down. I get an artists refusal to do a tattoo, but she was the rudest tattoo artist I have ever met. I have 2 tattoos from White Wizard and have had a decent experience, but, because of her, I will NEVER go back to this place for any more tattoos!! There are much better options out there!!!!!!!!

I have gone here for all 3 of my tattoos. Ive brought my wife here for her 3 tattoos. And Ive taken my sister here for her 2 tattoos. I could never reccomend another place to you. Definitely worth it. Brad is the man you need to ask for. 100% Guarantee you will be satisfied with him!

We were looking for a place to get a tattoo. It was already late like 11:45 and they closed soon but I called and came in and James was here. I told him what I wanted and I was sure they didn’t have time but my work schedule is hectic. James made a call and told the owner Butch what I wanted and butch just responded with “I’m on my way” and he did my tattoo on the spot to make sure I got what I wanted. The guys here are wonderful and always willing to work with you and I always recommend this place.

Please do not go here. They ruined a simple tattoo and when I asked for my money back instead of handling it with professionalism and apologizing about obviously bad work they acted indifferent and told me I would have to, “call somebody,” if I wanted to get my money back.

Worst piercing place ever! I got my nipples pierced here and they are completely messed up and they are completely uneven. Remember you get what you pay for and just because the prices here are good, that doesnt mean much.

I got my second tattoo here and was very impressed. I got pretty much exactly what I asked for and at a great price!

The absolute WORST nose piercing experience of my entire life. The piercer was shaking and covered with sweat, as he had apparently been in the middle of a workout when i came in. After putting on the gloves, he proceeded to wrap a string of paper towels around his sweaty head and tie it into a headband, touching his hair and the sweat on his forehead, as well as his phone before doing the piercing. He was shaking profusely while doing the piercing, and revealed after he botched it and that he hadnt eaten at all that day and also boasted of the drugs he had recently taken. He also shared that he had recently been fired and complained of all the things he cant do while his father (presumably the owner or manager) is there. When he yanked the receiving tube out of my nose it caught on something causing indescribable pain and blood to pour all over my face, not to mention the needle falling into my lap. Almost 24 hours later the site of the piercing is STILL a bloody, scabby mess after having been cleaned several times. I have several body piercings and have also had my nose done twice but have had to take it out due to school or work and have NEVER experienced such pain, inappropriate behavior, and discomfort. To make matters worse, the manager said the only way I could receive any sort of refund would be if I go back in and yank the jewelry out of the fresh piercing, which is still currently engulfed in a huge scab, and leave an open wound on my face which is probably already infected due to the severe lack of sanitary measures taken. I will never give this place my business again and I urge you all the do the same. Absolutely the worst.

Got my nose pierced here and he did good, but when I went back to get him to change my ring it took over an hour, 2 different people and A LOT of work just put the ball on. My nose is so sore and maybe even infected now. 🙃🙃🙃
