We purchased our boat from Brandon and can not be happier! We are new to boating and were nervous about taking on a new hobby we had no experience ever doing until we met Brandon. Not only is he extremely handsome but he also incredibly well spoken and easy to get along with! When he was teaching us how to operate our boat safely and correctly, we just felt so relaxed while absorbing the excitement that radiated from his enthusiasm. After a great experience renting through Erwin, we decided to research purchasing a used pontoon. It was our lucky day when Brandon Mansfield took our call and had the perfect Harris Tri-Toon for us at the right price. We are COMPLETE novices. Brandon and the rest of the staff patiently walked us through every step of the process from test drive, through insurance (Matt), registration, securing a slip (Melanie), and even naming our boat. Brandon has gone above and beyond on every level. His boating knowledge is extensive and his ability to break down information for newbies is amazing.Erwin advertises that they are family and a team that loves what they do. That is obvious in the way this company treats customers. Erwin completely stands behind its new and used inventory. Through Brandons attention to detail and Erwins pledge to customers, every effort has been made to make our previously owned boat look and drive like new. We had a very pleasant buying experience with Erwin Marine. The sales person Payton Massey met us on Labor Day for a boat showing and water test (dealer was closed )We drove down from Wisconsin for a getaway weekend in Chattanooga and had no intention of buying a boat. We agreed on a deal the next day. I have owned 7 other boats and have never had a more pleasurable buying experience.

Great people to deal with

Amazing day on the river! We wanted to do something that would be outside, fun and safe for our family. We rented a pontoon for the afternoon. Jodie was so helpful. We were assured that each boat was completely sanitized after each use. You could tell, it was like a brand new boat! Thank you Erwin Marine for a much needed day outdoors! We will be renting again very soon.

Awesome service department. I had a sporadic issue that was hard to replicate. They stayed with it until they found the issue...motor is running great.

I had a good experience keeping my boat in the dry storage here for a while, it is very convenient. They also helped me sell the boat to an out of town buyer who payed a reasonable price for it. The transaction went very smooth.

Had a lovely 4th of July (Yay America) on a brand new pontoon with many friends. Made quite a few memories on the trip! Jody was nothing but a pleasure and had some hilarious stories! It was smooth sailin on the pontoon and we had no problems that weren’t user error. Wear sunscreen and don’t forget to tip Dalton, legend has it he is the hardest working fella in town!!

Payton was great to work with and helped us find the right boat for our family and price point! From the loan experience to working with the marina and slip team members -- all have been fantastic.

I had my boat here for service over the winter for a damaged bimini top. They had a third party guy do the work and fix it (not replace it like they were instructed too, Ill come back to this) They also repaired the top frame of the windshield which turned out alright. Now here is where it gets sour. They charged me a shop fee for the top that they did no work on plus charged me the bill for the repair. The third party did all the work. To repair the top and fix the frame work cost me over a grand. The only part they touched was the frame of the windshield which was an hour or two job max. Back to the bimini top. I met up with the third party guy who did the repair and he told me it should have been replaced because the material is rotting and sun bleached. So now I have to spend the money all over again to have the top replaced when it should have been done the first time as they were told to do by me and my insurance. I would like to do business with them again but they have lost my trust with the work they do.Also unless you walk in with a wad of cash, good luck getting a sales person. Ive been here three times to talk about trading or even buying and cant seem to get past the sheet of paper with the boats they have available.
