Furniture quality here is top notch. You also have the ability to customize the color, material, and finish of the furniture that you choose. This is extremely helpful. Our salesman Ken Webster was outstanding and extremely helpful throughout the entire process of picking out customizing and choosing our furniture.

Horrible Horrible !!! That is how I will describe my experience with this Bassett location in chattanooga. Along with the unprofessional actions of the corporate office. I had finally decided to purchase a complete bedroom set and decided to go American. First mistake, you would think differently with American pride and workmanship. I paid over $4000 on a complete bedroom set. As of now the bed corner is sunk in. The dresser I paid $2000 for has a broken leg and is missing all its knobs. Which means I am not able to close and open the drawers. I have tried numerous times to have situations fixed to no solution. They sent out a handyman to fix the leg. It is now just glued and screwed haphazardly to no avail. I contacted corporate office and was offered knobs for my dresser and nothing else.. I guess if you purchase the items after 2 years there is no customer service. I am just trying to share my experience so you don’t have to go through this headache like I have.Try to choose your purchases wisely. You will get no customer service. And the furniture is not quality workmanship. This location in chattanooga has not helped me fix the situation either. I wouldn’t even give them one star if I could. So hopefully you don’t make the same mistake I did. Go with another American made furniture company. And good luck.

The staff at Bassett are always helpful. Compared to sales staff at other furniture shops they seem to be more knowledgeable about their products. I appreciate that their furniture is customizable, which made it easy to find the right things to match our decor. Weve purchased a sofa, glider chair, crib, bed and mattress, all of which have held up much better than anything else weve purchased elsewhere.

Ive never had a better experience furnishing a home than I did at Bassett. The atmosphere and selection there is amazing. They have everything you need and more. Make sure and ask for Abigail. She helped me and she was excellent. She has great taste, and was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. I will definitely be back.

I was looking for a sofa with a smaller overall footprint to fit my cozy living room. I knew what size sofa I was looking for when I arrived and within minutes I was greeted by a design associate. Thirty minutes later, I had arranged my custom sofa with two throw pillows. Delivery was expected between 4-6 weeks; the sofa was ready within 3 weeks. I received a follow up call from my design consultant after delivery and have been pleased with my Basset sofa ever since.

We purchased a corner desk and a large mirror from Bassett. Nice people to do business with. Very happy with our purchases a year later. Quality of desk and mirror is excellent. Price was a bit high but you get what you pay for. By the best and cry only once. This is furniture that we will have for ever and it is the best.

When it comes to living room furniture or ANY furniture that you want to keep for a very long time, you can’t go wrong with Bassett. It will truly last probably longer then you want to keep it. We are on our second living room furniture set only because we updated our home. Our “old” set is still beautiful with lots of life left. I love that you can customize down to the very last color and style of each individual piece. Abigail was fabulous to work with and knew exactly what I needed and she took the time to understand my style. I absolutely would not go any where else but Bassett.

I worked with Ann Levy in Chattanooga TN and she made my selection process so easy. I had went in on a Saturday to look at sofas and told her what I was looking for and she show me what best fit my description. Due to work and personal issue I had to call and purchase my order. She got samples together and email them to me. With this simple process I was able to make my sofa and ottoman selection without coming back into the store.
