Madyson is amazing. She actually is the reason I made my transition to European Wax Center. I was new to the Brazilian wax & I had one done @ another facility.. I got in w her & never went back to the other place. She’s so personable! I think she’s amazing @ what she does.

This was my first ever waxing experience. I was paired with Isabelle, and she was BEYOND WONDERFUL. She explained the entire process to me and kept me comfortable throughout the entire experience. She offered great advice for maintaining and improving my future wax experiences. I immediately booked my next visit. I COULD NOT RECOMMEND ISABELLE OR THIS FACILITY ENOUGH!

Best wax experience of my life!I recently discontinued services at another area wax facility, due to lesser quality and results. You guys, European Wax is a game changer! Kristin has been spot on at every single appointment ... I leave there feeling better than when I came in. Her services and attention to detail are the reason I’ve made her my go-to. The front desk staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. I absolutely love this place. If I could offer 10 stars, I would.

I will never go anywhere else to get waxed! They are literally the best at everything. I made an appointment through tori the manager and when I got there 40 minutes early she helped me get seen 5 minutes after. I got a Brazilian done and my girl was thuroughhhh, like in the best way. I highly recommend making an appointment, they will not let down!

Rude management! I’ve been wanting to write this review but I wanted to give them a chance one more time before writing it! Today I was literally late by 10 minutes because of a car accident and as soon as I’m checking in they started with their bad customer service skills TELLING ME “ We have a 9 minute late policy” WHAAAAT I’m late by 10 minutes please!!! Every time I come here I have to drive 40 to 59 minutes just to get here! They did not care and told me again about their 9 minute policy. I was late by 10!!! They lost me as a client I will not be coming back again!

Madyson was incredible. She was so kind and I felt so comfortable during my appointment. She took care of my eyebrows and they looked amazing after!

First Visit to the Center since relocating from Louisville,Ky to Chattanooga. I was very impressed with the staff and the professionalism immediately upon arrival at the Center.

Worked with Tiffany today and have nothing but wonderful things to say. All the staff were polite and the place was very clean, but Tiffany was wonderful. She explains everything well, is personable, and for those who are nervous, she will quickly put you at ease. Virtually painless, very quick, and well done.

Madyson is always incredible, and does an amazing job on my brows (Which is a massive challenge many estheticians have failed to conquer before 😂), not to mention the customer service is incredible as well! McKayla is always so nice and welcoming! I get excited for every appointment!

I booked a Bikini Line Wax with SHALISE. She is absolutely amazing. She was kind and patient, as well as extremely efficient yet gentle with her touch. The center was a basic EWC center, as they all look relatively the same in every city, but it’s employees like Shalise that really keep folks coming back, I hope they know that!

EWC gave me my first 2 waxes (eyebrow and lower leg) absolutely free, simply because it was my first visit for an eyebrow wax there and had never had my legs done. Great service. Quick and easy the second visit. They recommend products that they sell in their store that actually benefit and help enhance what theyve already done. Really like this place.

However, from the time I walked in the door until the time I left, my anxiety was relieved. The receptionist is very friendly and informative. I recommend Leslie if you decide to go, she was great! She walked me through the process, took her time, and was very thorough! You can always tell when someone enjoys there job and the ladies here clearly do! Go see them!!

Great location. Always a great experience from booking to service. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. Highly recommend Kaitlin or Christine, they both have great personalities and do a great job in making the service as fast and pain free as possible.

Ill be honest, the only reason I decided to try this place was because they offer a free eyebrow wax to first-time guests. But when I walked in I was pleasantly surprised at the way it looked. It was very chic and professional, the associates were welcoming and informed. I was taken to a private room to get my wax done, I decided to go for a full face wax after consultation with Leslie. They use a thick wax made for peeling instead of using wax strips. As someone with sensitive skin I definitely appreciated this because although I experienced a little burning it was not super painful. Leslie put the serum on my face and the pain immediately went away. I left with my face feeling incredibly smooth and my eyebrows looking a great. Will definitely return!

Kristen is amazing. Waxes are never the most pleasant thing but she made my experience less painful and my bikini results were fantastic. I like the spot because it offered me a wax past that discounts services, something a frequent waxer like me appreciates. Great ambience and service, I highly recommend.

Amazing staff! The manager on call (Ashley) set up our bridal gathering with yummy treats, decorations and punch had a great time. Tiffany was so wonderful will definitely be coming back for future Brazilian waxes

Theyre so gentle yet firm with their hands. My skin is very sensitive, and when I got a Brazilian bikini wax done here, it was the best result Ive ever had with almost no redness! Love, love, love!

First time coming to this location and I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else. I came here after Hunny Bunny could not see me and from the moment i stepped in the door I was greated by Hannah and Zoe (hope I spelled your names right) we sat and talked for about an hour because I was WAY too early for my appointment and they made me feel like a friend instead of just another customer. We talked about all the available service, tv, what they plan on going to school for. It was awesome! I wasnt able to see the original person i was paired with but, Shalise did a jaw dropping job on my face! I have PCOS and grow an ungodly unnatural amount of hair all over the place which really kills my self esteem, everyone here made me feel beautiful, like the way a woman is supposed to look. Yes they may be expensive but you can not put a price on the way you feel when yoy leave the store.I cant wait to see eveyone again next week!!!

When I went I thought it was a little too pricey for just an eyebrow wax, but it was the most incredible experience. The wax was not too hot and when she plucked my eyebrows it didnt even hurt. It was worth every penny!

This European Wax Center is so clean and the decor fits right in. The comfort wax is so different from any other waxing I’ve experienced. I will recommend to everyone!
