I was extremely impressed with their customer service! All employees that I spoke with seemed genuinely interested in talking with and helping me. So friendly, made me and my daughter very comfortable. I really appreciated that an employee saw the checkout line was getting long and offered to ring up anyone that was paying with a card. Definitely need more stores that teach employees this kind of customer service.

My wife loves the smell and fragrance of this place! I love the fact that you dont have to wear a mask when you walk into their store! That makes it feel very welcoming and comfortable to me. If everyone was wearing a mask, Id be scared to go in (thinking everyone must be contagious or have the flu).

I absolutely love this place!! The staff was very attentive. Even went in the stock room to find a specific body spray!! I was even showed around there new candle store connected to it!! I cant wait to get that new store I think was called barn works in our area. So excited!!!!

Pretty sure the female customer at the first register was being difficult with the cashiers asking for other bags and bigger bags and having multiple requests, but it looks really bad that the other three cashiers behind the counter was laughing and making fun of her and not giving their attention to the other customers that was trying to pay for their items and leave.

The woman who helped us was very friendly and they had a great sale going on. I got something for me and my significant other, everyone left happy.

I like how bright and cheerful the store is. Allie was such a sweetheart. They didnt have what I wanted but she really went above and beyond trying to make sure they didnt have it before I left. It is a bit pricey but their stuff is good quality. The store is very clean and the staff is very helpful but not pushy, which I like a lot. I dont want to feel pressured into a sale. I love they let you test products before buying stuff. Definitely recommend this store.

The best smelling stuff ever. I have always loved the lotions and this year I branched out and got a wall flower and some hand soap and both are incredible. The wallflowers keep my room smelling great longer than an air wick wall plug in. The soaps are very soft and smell great. Plan on using only bath and body works hand soap from now on.

Always receive great service. The staff are always ready to help. They have discontinued a lot of scents I used to like, but its not any of the stores fault... just a lot of my faves are discontinued, but Im trying to move on and find similar scents in the body washes and sprays.

When I was at Hamilton place Mall the other day, I stopped by bath & body works. Everyday, sometimes twice a day for a week straight, I got a email from them. The emails said that they were running a sale for Valentines day when I walked in the store, I asked one of the ladies working there if they was still having the $10 off of 30 deal, she said that they was, she also told me that they were having a nother deal, buy 3 get 2 free. When I got my items and made it to the register, the woman working the checkout tried to argue with me about the price. She tried to charge me 46$, I mentioned the emails and what the woman upfront told me, she claimed that she had not heard anything about that. I had to take out my phone and pull up my emails. Working there how could she not know about their Valentine sale? They had been running that sell all week long, she knew.I dont know the womans name, she is a older woman with a raspy voice, and a attitude.

Found inside Hamilton Place Mall, it’s pretty easy to get to if you don’t mind the surrounding draw of shopping temptation. It is connected to White Barn. They are always friendly there, and the store smells good; however, the store usually smells better than the actual scents being sold (no offense B&BW). Check out online deals before you go—hand soaps are sometimes sold for $2.95 each or 6 for $18—great gifts to stock up on.

It always smells so good in this place. But I have been told to check online first because they hold different sales. You can get more products for less a lot of time and it is free shipping. I think this one is a must. However, service and friendliness with there willingness to help us a great asset to the store.

I have worked in retail and currently work in hospitality so I pride myself on not being an annoying customer. But yesterday I became one. I live 45+ minutes from the nearest mall and work 20 minutes from one. So I try to take a trip once a month to Hamilton Place and buy everything I need. I entered the store 10 minutes before the mall closed, and picked everything I needed and was going to check out and leave.However it took a little longer than expected. Kallie did not rush us and even suggested products and helped us, even though it was probably time for her to leave. Nolan was so sweet while he rang all of our stuff up. You would have never known the store was about to close. However after ringing up almost $200 worth of products I discover I left my card at home. Nolan, while still being very sweet, tried everything he could to help me purchase my items. I eventually gave up, and let him know that I would just return tomorrow during my lunch break. Nolan helped me take pictures of my items so Id know exactly what I picked out and be able to grab them when I returned. Kaylee was also there, and let me know that she would be there to help me the next day when I returned. When I returned Kaylee (who had just gotten off the phone speaking so sweetly with a customer who had to have chemo) remembered me and once again rang up all my items. I loved that she remembered me and took care of me the next day also. I have never had an experience like this and hope Kallie,Nolan, and Kaylee all get recognized for the amazing customer service they showed at the end of their shifts.Regards,
