I had a great experience today, I walked around aimlessly until Robert that happened to be working in the area asked if he could help me find something. I was on the hunt for these maple butter truffle cookies you guys had. It seems so small but I had been really looking for these cookies, I even went to another target near by and they didn’t have them in stock! Robert scanned where it should have been and found to have some in the back. I asked if he could get me two boxes. He went to the back and then came ran me down and said they only had one box in that area but there was more in another spot. He then went all the way to the other side to get me one more box. He could have gotten the one and said that’s all they had. He didn’t, he went above and beyond and I hope he knows it made my day. Kindness is still alive people and you find it in the most surprising places!!
I checked on line to see if you had a specific item in the store. Your site said you did so I drove there to find that it were out of stock. I did find an employee who was extremely nice and helped me look and found that it was ordered and should be in soon. Love the store just dont trust what it says on line.
Went to Target to look for Funko Pop Vinyls that where supposed to come out that particular day. One of them did and was able to procure a few. Went right when the store opened so there wasnt crowded obviously. They hadnt put them on the shelves yet so I asked an associate who then got with a manager and had them right out. They were very nice about it.
I have been trying to get my welcome baby registry kit for a several weeks now.I went to my local Target to pick up my registry gift as instructed online and was told they rarely had any in stock. I was given a customer service number to call and was told they would send it to me for free. I called the number provided and reached a customer service rep that first told me I had to purchase $35 worth of goods to get the registry welcome kit. I told him I was instructed to call so I wouldnt have to buy the $35 worth of goods since going to the store is supposed to keep registrants from having to do that. Then he changed his message and said I needed to pay $5 to $7 in shipping to have him send me a registry kit. I would just need to upload my card information. They would charge my card and then give me a store credit in that amount. I told him that was not what I was told at the store and then we hung up.Since then I have tried to do the ship method where I buy $35 from my registry and they would include it with that shipment, but they keep saying it is out of stock. Tonight my app told me 5 welcome registry kits were in stock at another target across town so I decided to go and see if I could get it there. I arrived and the customer service rep said they dont have any and to call the same number as the other store. I told her about the conversation with the rep and she apologized. She tried to give me the typical window the store gets the kits delivered but I work during regular week hours and it would be impossible to come across town to hope that I would snag one of the 5 that might come in. She was really kind but this system is a joke.If you are going to offer two ways to get something as incentive for registering with target (1. Pick up in store for free OR 2. Order online with purchase of $35 from your registry) and then fail to produce either avenue as viable, WITH MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS... Something is wrong with the system.I usually love target and I am very surprised with this failing system.
Love coming to this target they always have what I need and more! Also absolutely loved the baby bag they give you it came with a nanobebe pacifier which my son absolutely loves! Its the only pacifier he will take! Great product to give to expecting mommas! ( Got my bag when I was 7 months pregnant)
This place is a joke! I have came in multiple times within the past two months and every-time I always hear the mangers treating/talking to their employees horribly! You can tell by the employees expressions when working they are not happy what so ever! I’m starting to the think it’s more management than customers that’s causing bad experiences. I have also heard employees asking the managers for help multiple times and the mangers act as if they don’t care or never come to help. I have also seen the employees working as hard as they can while the mangers stand in huddles and talk and laugh and you can hear one of their annoying laughs from a mile away. If your going to be a manger help your employees and be respectful.

I ordered online for pickup. I stood there less than a minute when someone asked if I was picking up an order and went immediately to get it. Definitely awesome service!

Target on Gunbarrel Road is looking more and more like Walmart everyday. Shelves are empty with many things out of stock completely. I wonder if they can tell when things are getting low and maybe get more in before they completely run out. This wasnt just in one area the whole store looks empty in certain spots. Very disappointed. Whole reason I go to Target is because its so much better than Walmart. Now they are no better. They might be a little cleaner but that is the only advantage. Do better Target!

So I needed a steam cleaner ASAP and I ordered one drove to this one even though it was farther away from my normal one for this specific item. I got there and they told me it was sold out :(Noah!!!! Noah is the name of the team member that went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and I am so grateful for him! He seriously went so out of his way to help me find a new item, check out again with ease, and gave me a small gift card for all the trouble. Honestly made my night!

The affordability and convenience of shopping at this store keeps us coming back,the store is usually clean and well stocked with items that are easy to find. However dont expect to be in and out of here, the checkout is always horrendously busy, lack of cashiers and broken self checkout machines will keep you in line much longer then you would like.
I can always find what I am looking for and more.
Needed some shorts for my grandson to take on a beach trip. Found some on the website he really liked. They were ready to pick up very quickly, and the price was really reasonable. Unfortunately, I got the wrong size, but returning them and getting the correct size was suprisingly Hassel free.
Im 32 weeks pregnant and stood in line for at least 10 minutes but as soon as a white man got behind me; Casey opened up a line so he wouldnt have to wait. I called her out on it and she apologized but Im sick of apologies. Right is right and wrong is wrong and she was very wrong for that.

I was looking online and saw they sold a toy slide and before I made a wasted trip I tried to call and see if they had any in stock, called several times and no one answered. Went any way and a nice worker helped me but when I explain the calling situation his answer was yeah that happens. Sorry but as a customer that sounds like a pathetic excuse for people just not doing their job and answering the phone.
I ordered online for a pickup. It was very easy and when I arrived at the store the pickup was just as easy. Two employees helped load the tv into my truck .

In general, Im a big fan of Target. I especially appreciate that I can place an order online and itll be ready for pick-up within an hour or so. You can choose to have a team member bring the order to you at your car or you can pick-up the order inside the store. Ive utilized both services and have found the drive-up service to be excellent. Ive never waited more than 3 minutes for my order to be brought out to me. Picking up the order inside can take a bit longer depending on how many other customers are at the service desk, but its still a fast service.
Lines were too long. A new cashier opened a register and took the closest customer, not the two in front of him that had been standing in line forever.
I purchased a lunchables from this establishment and when i opened it, the ham was green. it does not say the lunchables is expired but i seems at those the contents in it are. i am now hungry and upset.
I love Target and shop there regularly, I usually have most my items shipped to my home, but in the event that I need an item before it can be shipped to me or it has to be picked up in store, I will never make the mistake of picking up from the Target on Gunbarrel. The customer service manager was the least helpful person I have ever dealt with. They also refused to honor a Target circle price. My in store experience there was a complete nightmare. I will avoid this store at all costs.

Tried to call and ask if they carried the Google Pixelbook Go. I had to listen to 5 minutes of COVID propaganda, then the same thing in Spanish, before I could even get to the part that says “To speak to electronics, press 2.”After all of this, the department doesn’t even answer the phone. Target is becoming Walmart.
Excellent service from beginning to end. Ordering was very easy to navigate and ready promptly. Customer service was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Pickup was very, very prompt.

The store is clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. They have an app to find items in the store so you dont need to look all over or ask. The pharmacy is usually does not have a lot of people waiting. We always like to walk the end caps that are opposite of the mail isles because they have sale items.
Ill tell you right off the bat the reason I gave this store 4-stars is because it was really hard to find any service around to assist me.Now that we got that big hussy out of the way everything else is your run-of-the-mill Target store!It is pretty much built like the rest of them now in the nation and it does have a cold grocery section which is always convenient, but I do find their prices pretty high. We were in there actually looking for a toy for my daughter and it actually happened to be very wiped out. So I will say I dont think they restock very well. There was a few section of the toy aisles that were completely wiped out and it was a weekend. I feel like that is a very high influx of customers that you should definitely be prepared for but they were not.Lines and staff at the registers were pretty decent as sometimes it is very irritating when theres not enough and even when the line forms no one comes but you do not have to worry about that at this location. They do pretty well at that and Ive never seen that in my many times visiting. Have fun, shop well and no Starbucks!

We got an amazing deal on an entertainment stand for our TV! $35! The employee who helped us was so nice, I think his name was Will. He got the stand for us and brought it up to the check lanes so fast. He opened a register for us so we were in and out in a jiffy. Then he helped us maneuver it into my small car. This guy deserves a raise. Great job, Target and Will!

I get the traffic flow control but every time I go there everything I need is in that area and around I go thru the store. Just a bother under these circumstances, wont stop me from going there when needed.

Never answers the phone when you call.
I have never seen a place take a mandate to so rudely make money. We were masked and our kids under 5 werent allowed in unless we bought mask for them at the door. So we were forced to leave.
This store NEVER answers the phone. So frustrating, and not good for customer service.
Unhealthy place to be!!!! A sign at the door says they limit the amount of people who can enter, but there was no employee monitoring this policy. Very few shoppers had on masks. No social distancing seen in many departments of the store. Long checkout lines with way too many people! I feel so sorry for the Target workers!
They had no selection for toddler boys clothing. Barely any winter coats for children. & when trying to check out & paying with a check, we were informed our check could not be accepted because we had never been a customer at this location before & typically could only write a check for 100$ or less on the first purchase. When asking the cashier if we could just split the payments into 2 separate checks, her response was that she could not guarantee that would work either. Yet the employee did not even TRY to let us purchase our items with 2 separate checks that would’ve made each check 100$ or less, nor did they even bother calling someone in management to help find a solution for us to be able to purchase my children’s clothing....instead they lost a very LARGE sale in their store & seemed to just be in a hurry to be able to “clock out.” VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES & EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

There is adequate amount of staff to customers ratio, especially during the holiday season. The associates are helpful, friendly, and go out of their way find the item you want. They are organized and do an excellent job of helping massive amounts of people trying to checkout at the same time. Traffic flows well and Customers get out with their purchases efficiently. Higher quality of goods sold here at reasonable prices.

I went to the Chattanooga, TN location yesterday for my Christmas shopping. I saw a pair of boots on a mannequin that I loved. I went to ask an associate for help finding them and she did everything she could to help me find them. She stopped what she was doing to check the sizes on the mannequin, checked the store availability, and called another associate to ask about how the A New Day brand fit. Even though we could not find my size in the store, she gave me the item number so that I could order them, and I got free 2-day shipping with my Red Card. Great customer service deserves to be recognized!! I had a great experience and will be back.
It’s a great Target but it’s as if the employees don’t care. That parking lot is always a mess full of carts and there is never any in the store. How are people suppose to shop without a cart?? If I was a manger I would make sure that the basic needs of customers are meant
This target is always well stocked and the employees are always quick to help and extremely profrssional. We also like the drive up at this location. It is extremely convenient when you have small children and don’t want to unload and load them back in to your car to just get a few things.
You got my order ready early, and I wasnt in the parking spot 2 minutes and you had me loaded and ready to go.

Im absolutely fuming I have called every day since Christmas to exchange my sons hoverboard which they do not have in stock!! It was his big Christmas present on Christmas morning and Im a single mom with four kids they have yet to get it in stock or exchange it. They just say I can keep calling back everyday to see if its stock. I guess theyre waiting on the time frame to run out so they dont have to replace it!

Everything about this location is what makes Target great. The aisles are clean and organized, the employees are courteous and helpful, and theres a Starbucks inside! Every trip is a pleasant experience (even when I went on Black Friday)!

Target is always an adventure
Target is a decent retailer.However getting back in my truck to find a message from google asking me to review places Ive been is creepy and invasive.I understand we can turn it off, but we shouldnt have these monster corporations following us around town, watching our movements, or listening through our cell phones to our conversations.Technology is awesome, and it sucks.
