Amy came out on Thursday, July 15th, to measure for a quote. She was easy to work with, very friendly and helpful. She said I would have a quote by the first of the next week. After waiting 2-3 weeks, I called the office, and was told they were running behind. Now it has been about 6 weeks, and I have never heard a word from them.

It’s pretty hard to rate this company, though the two previous jobs they’ve done for me were outstanding! I can’t seem to get a quote from them, though a rep was here nearly 8 weeks ago! I called again today and was told that thus far there was no quote available to send me. It would have been nice to have my awnings replaced before the 4th of July!
