I had great customer service over the phone, BUT when I got there... totally different story. The man acted like he didnt want to bothered with helping me. I went there to get my trailer fixed after a shipper ripped holes in the roof. I needed a quote for an insurance claim and get fixed ASAP. The man was totally dismissive and rude. Couldnt get complete sentences out of him after asking questions. I just walked out and left and went to Redco which was the complete opposite they got my business for life.. I dont even want to them 1 star but Im forced to

We had a driver suddenly stop in front of him due to an accident. The load in the dry van trailer shifted forward and bowed the walls outward. Had him going in less than 2 hours, with no appointment. And very very reasonable in cost. Nicest people ever.

Come to replace vent door on the reefer and requested SS door and pop up so mechanic finished it but used zinc style ... before living requested and reminder twice that I need all parts SS he promised and confirmed me that everything is SS .... now zinc rusted and looks terrible... question why you are layered me??

The staff is very nice but the driveway its on an incline of gravel sew in wet or dry if youre not in low gear going at least 10 miles an hour you will slide down

TERRIBLE place,took my trailer for repairs after accident, first, they told me it will take 2 weeks to fix it, took 2 months, Paid $9996.33 for repair, and when came to pick up trailer, find out it was not completed, 2 tires where on rim, but not inflated - flat, just needed air in them, but JOHNNY HELSON - V.P., refused to finish repair, and told me I need to call road service, to inflate them.what kind of TRAILER REPAIR service is that?I had to take my trailer cross street to inflate tires, and pay for it

I had an amazing experience with these guys had a problem with my trailer my drum broke and break chamber leaking air and break shoes were bad phillip the technician did an amazing job he was fast efficient had me back on the road within two hours thanks guys for great service i be coming back here for sure happy owner operator
