The mechanics completely failed to address the problem I had with the vehicle initially. After replacing my REAR wheel hub assemblies, I was informed that the reason for my roaring sound was my FRONT wheel hub assembly, which they do not work on at this location. This shop took advantage of my lack of knowledge and cost me money that I could have used to fix the actual problem with my vehicle.

I brought my 2007 Toyota 4Runner in for an oil change new windshield wipers and a bulb replacement for the headlight. I spent $100 and was very satisfied with the quality of work and the service. The person assisting me at the front desk was very helpful I would definitely return

I got an oil change and my windshield wipers replaced. I definitely recommend this Good Year location to anyone! They had great customer service and fair prices. I also loved how they didn’t recommend a bunch of additional services or try to convince me to buy the most expensive options. I will be a returning customer to this location for all my vehicle needs.

The service was above and beyond! They ran into issues that a previous mechanic had screwed up but they kept at it. When all was said and done they could have easily charged me 2 or 300 more but they stuck to the quoted price. I finally have a place that I trust not to cheat me and actually fix it right.

We were traveling back to Illinois from Florida last week. After checking into our hotel we went to go out to have dinner and found that our car would not start, dead battery. I arranged for a tow the following morning. I called Goodyear Auto Service when they opened at 8:00 AM and spoke to Chuck asking if they could install a battery once my car was towed over at 8:30 AM. Chuck noted that they had previous appointments, but would do his best to get me in and out as quickly as possible.When I arrived, Chuck told me that he had already ordered the battery and it would arrive in about a half hour. He actually ordered two batteries because I could not tell him what size engine I have in my Subaru Outback. (I am not a car guy, I know where to put in the gas). Once the battery arrive they had the battery installed in about a half hour. I was in and out in about an hour.This is the first review I have written in my life. When you receive excellent service it should be noted. Chuck knew I would not be a repeat customer, but that did not stop him or his team from giving first rate service, for which I am grateful. If I lived in Chattanooga this would be my go to Auto Center. Thanks Chuck, much appreciated!

I absolutely love this place. These guys are the best and they are very professional. I love the tires; I would never dream of going anywhere else. If you are looking for great quality tires and honest guys, this is the place to go for your alignment and tire needs.

I just moved to the area, and I’m happy I found a place I trust to work on the car. I’ve been twice, one for an oil change, and the other for a brake check and tire pressure check. These guys are awesome. I thought I may have had a nail in my tire, and I wanted to have a brake check as well. I was paranoid because of all the construction in the area.Both times they were super nice and they explained the process clearly to me. They checked for nails, didn’t find any, added air and checked brakes and didn’t charge me anything because they said they didn’t have to do anything.I would have gladly paid for their time. If you’re in the area, come here, you can trust these people!

Recently moved to Chattanooga from Florida. Took my old car to good year as I was using the same company in Florida. Felt the service is far superior over there.Chuck (store manager) was very courteous to listen to all the problems and offered a ride back and forth to my home as the car repair could get delayed. Loved their service and will be back for my next one. They have a good referral regarding the exhaust manifest issue I got for the car which I find very useful after visiting that store.

I stopped by as my tire pressure warning light came on and they found a nail in one tire. They put my car on a lift, repaired, and when done I pulled out my credit card to pay. The guy at the desk smiled and told me the repair was FREE...yes. as a woman I have never been told that for any type of repair. I love this place. They are polite, fast, and just great people. Ill never go anywhere else for tires or service related to tires. Highly recommended

You can Trust Chuck Cochran, the Store Manager at this location. This also translates into other workers at the shop being excellent at what they do. Its an amazing team of people who care about you !Just a quick story about how they helped me. I have a 1995 model car and it has a few things wrong with it. I dont want a new car because this one is paid for, so I just want to fix some things that are wrong with it. One of those things was the A/C system. Most shops run away from things like this because it takes time, it is expensive and most people would not spend money on a 22 year old car. These guys told me what was needed to make the system work correctly and I told them to do it.It took a few days for them to find the parts and do the repair. I went and got the car back, and I must admit that I was a little unsure myself. The A/C system operates flawlessly; my old compressor was very noisy and now it is as quiet as a mouse. Blows COLD and gets Colder ! Man ! It Is So Nice ! Now I drive down the road in comfort and quiet. Thanks to these guys I get to enjoy my ride.In Summary, you will not find a better Store Manager than Chuck Cochran and you wont find a better team to work on your car than Goodyear Lee Hwy under his fine leadership!

Chuck and his crew are awesome. I set an appointment to have an oil change, tires rotated, and new wiper blades. Got a call from Chuck explaining that they discovered that my F250 was out of alignment. Saved my new tires from being ruined. Reasonable, quick, and efficient. They did such a great job, that we brought our Honda Odyssey in the next day for an oil change and wiper replacement. Highly recommended.

We were on our way back to SD and had tire troubles. They got us in right away fix our situation and we were back on the road. Chuck was friendly and accommodating and the guy in the shop was as well. Thank you guys.

Called in for the first time at 10am. Talked to Chuck Cochran (store manager). He was kind, helpful, professional, not pushy. He helped me combine rebates to get a great deal on a new set of Goodyear Assurance tires, installed same day (dropped off car for a few hours that afternoon). I had priced the exact same tires at Sams Club and one other local tire shop, and this Goodyear store beat Sams Club (by $26) and the other shop (by over $100), plus I cant imagine having gotten better service elsewhere. Very pleased. There was one price surprise: When it came time to pay, I was told that the amount I owed was actually about $14 LESS than what Id been quoted originally! The install/balancing was done right; new tires ride smooth at all speeds. Will be back next time I need tires, and probably for some free rotations and balancing as needed (included in install package). If you want to get good tire work done at a good price by a shop with a polite and honest manager, check this place out!

Great place, I was traveling through and needed new tires and while waiting overheard some of the conversation and was amazed at the honesty and great work being done. Most places are searching for reasons to jack up the price not this one. Super friendly staff also

Brian was a HUGE help in getting new tires put on my Jeep Wrangler. They were super busy, so even as a service manager, he stepped up and helped the employees in the shop to get as much done as quickly as possible. I could not be happier with the service I received. I will definitely be going back when the time comes and will be referring my friends & family!

The team at the Goodyear Auto Service Center on 6950 Lee Highway is the most customer service oriented organization I have experienced anywhere. Ive been using their services for several years now and have always been treated with the utmost care and respect. I chose Goodyear for my vehicle services because their prices are the most competitive and they are definitely lower than using the car dealerships. But on top of this, the manager, Eric, makes sure you are treated fair and square. I dont know how many times years ago I used the dealerships of the various automobiles Ive purchased over the years and always felt very concerned about the dealership finding other issues that were going to cost me even more money to have fixed. At Goodyear on Lee Highway, Eric is above board and honest about your vehicle situation. He or a member of his team discusses your options and the bottom line is you know you have been treated honestly and provided the best customer service possible. I very highly recommend the Goodyear Auto Service Center for their full range of vehicle services while under the management of Eric. I left there with my vehicle today and was very well taken care of. Thank you so much Eric and to your team for years of both great automobile and customer service care.

Poor customer service..... poor employees..... they messed up two of my rims on a hellcat challenger the value of my factory wheels is @2 $3,100 from dealer..... it’s been 45days an Goodyear have still not reached out to me..... when calling them you have to wait 30min on a phone call an still not get nothing done over the phone..... please do not use this location because they are inexperienced employees........

Chuck Cocharan and staff are highly recommended. I went in yesterday, they quoted me a great price on the tires i wanted, and installed them today. I had an 8 oclock appointment and they were ready when i got there, finished in less than 2 hours with install and alignment. Through the end of the month, this week, Goodyear has $75 instant coupon off of installation of 4 tires, and there is a $50 mail in rebate too. Chuck actually filed the rebate when we were finished. 5 stars!!!

Call and always gets me in, tires rotated

I made an appointment the day before to have my snow tires replaced with tires I already had. I was told about $20 a tire. Total was $100, so some hidden fees I was not told about. Regardless I was excited to go to a legit tire place to have it done. I waited over an hour and a half to have this done. Waiting room is cold and there was no coffee. In the past it has taken about 45 min to have this done at the most. Very frustrating

Eric Norwell was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. When we had a difficult issue tracing the cause of wobble in my new set of tires for my van, Eric and his team worked on the issue until they discovered the problem, a simple tire-inflation issue. They have never tried to sell me service I did not need. Highly recommended.

I have trusted Chuck Cochran (GM) and his staff for 15 years now to take care of all my vehicles needs. You will not find a more professional and helpful staff in Chattanooga.

My vehicle had an emergency issue and I couldnt get to a mechanic of my choice. This place was right off of the interstate and I cruised on in.My issue was severe at high speeds (50mph+) and non-existent at low speed, so it was hard to troubleshoot. The mechanic determined that it was a wheel bearing and I went to work for the day and left it with them.They replaced the bearing, and determined that the bearing was not the fix and assured me that a steering dampner was the culprit. Extra $100 there.I picked up my vehicle the same evening I had dropped it off. But the issue was the same, nothing changed. I pretty much accepted that I had been taken for $450 and was still at step 1. I called and informed them the problem was not fixed.The next day, I drove it back (on a Saturday) and they dove back into it... this time calling back with a $1000+ repair estimate for the replacement of upper and lower ball joints. I mentioned that I had spent nearly $500 already and was not pleased that I now had a bill for much, much more.They came back with a price that essentially made the first repair free. The owner and another mechanic worked on the vehicle all day to get me and my family back on the road before the work week, for which I am grateful.So far the repair seems to have fixed the issue. I only gave 4 stars because the method that they gave me the discount removed any warranty on the hardware or work performed. I merely paid them for their time. So my car works today, but if it breaks tomorrow, Im back at square one with NO warranty.But, Im back on the road and only $1000 poorer, instead of $1500.Id return to this place again.

Made an appointment days before for 12:30pm. Got there at 12:00 and didnt leave until 5:00pm!!! Thank God and Jesus for prayer because I probably would have gotten out of character or stressed out. I went to peek at my car and saw the injured staff with one arm in a sling working on my car. It definitely scared me but Im hoping my car will be okay after 5 hours and a lot of patience. Not sure if I will return..... :-(
