The quality of car service was exceeding expectations; every time I walked in an walked away with clean shining full function car. Services you can find nowhere else. No appointment required; no reservation needed; no waiting in line time needed; lots of cars go in and car come out timely; work lines are efficient. The best Honda service place. Highly recommend. Always my best choice. That is the service store for my two Honda hybrid cars for sure.

Economy Honda is amazing!! They have always been fair which means a lot to me. So many businesses will take advantage of a single woman, but not them. I will always ask them specifics, and if I dont need it, they will tell me that it can wait till later. I live in Dalton but I always drive to them for my services! I highly recommend them!!

The service was excellent! We only waited about 30min for our service without appointment! I love how they have a waiting area for kids. The service advisor who attended us was super nice!
Check in and check out were smooth, efficient and friendly. The only reason for the missing star is that I and another customer stood around for about 10 minutes before a service writer in the garage area asked if we were waiting for our cars. He then went himself, while 3-4 other service writers sat at their desks watching, to get my car and then the other customers car. Thats somewhat uncharacteristic of this dealerships service department. Ive been a customer of this dealership, Economy Honda in Chattanooga, for 38 years and have always highly recommended them. I will continue to do so.

This is my second car with Economy Honda and with the same sales person Sal Greco. Hes the Best!! This service was due to a flat tire but while at the dealership I also had my oil changed, tires rotated and overall checkup. The roadside service was prompt and had my tire changed in good time. The service person Nate was a dream to work with, as I was an upset customer due to my Honda Care experience. Nate greeted me at my appointment time, discussed everything with me, gave me an update during the service and I was on my way within an hour. Sal checked to make sure everything was going well the entire time. He even checked to make sure after the service. Very pleased with Economy Honda. The Honda Care situation has not been resolved and Im extremely upset and concerned that I paid for this extra policy and that isnt going to provide the security to me as described by the Honda representative that sold me the policy. Have I bought a pig in a poke??
My service advisor, Jacob, was excellent. He did not give up until he solved my problem with the car. He asked lots of good questions to determine what was wrong and moved forward with a resolution with the help of your service personnel. I will definitely ask for him again to serve me.

I got an email with a discount offer a few days before my service, which was vey nice! I really appreciate the mechanic telling me at my last service that my 100,000 mile service would be expensive. So I was able to plan for it. Shuttle service to my work was great! Love that my car is run through the car wash after service! Love this Honda service center!
I came in for an oil change and anything else that my Pilot was due. My service writer told me everything that I needed. I did not know that it needed as much as he told me, but he explained everything in detail. It was 4:30, but he got everything done

I wish the tire rotation was part of the oil change, however its an extra charge, no water or soft drinks or snacks offered in the waiting area, would be a great improvement. Service seems to be bare bones. Just saying.

I was first told by a service rep it would be almost a week before they could even look at the problem, which involved the rear suspension system. This made me afraid to drive the car in the meantime because I had no idea how serious or dangerous it might be. I called a second time and they moved my appointment date up about 4 days. Dropped the car off on Monday morning and they not only looked at it, but they fixed it the same day. Im so grateful they changed my mind about their service dept. I will return in the future.jim

You cannot have a better Service Advisor than Eddie Benscome. He kept me up to date with what was going on and has always been upfront and honest when dealing with me or my wife. He keeps tabs on what service is being done to the vehicle. The service dept itself and Eddie cannot be beat.

Usually economy Honda is efficient but today it took them 2 hours to diagnose a starter problem. And then after agreeing for them to replace it. They took an hour to tell me they would have one in by Thursday. Not timely at all. They could of just told me that initially

I try not to use this dealership due to workmanship inconsistency. Wife took the SUV in for a window motor replacement after she called and was told it could be handled that day. It sat there all afternoon and was not repaired until the following day. The mechanic failed to reset the automatic window for us and I cannot reset it myself. If this was not my typical experience with them I would not have posted, but unfortunately it is.
Recently, I took my car to Honda for an oil change, filter change and a tire rotation. A short time later, I noticed when I was cleaning my tires that my tires were never rotated although they charged me for it. All I know is that now I have to go back there again and take time off of work for them to actually do what I paid for! Update: Today, I went back to the dealership. I met with the manager. He was very professional and apologized for the error and took care of me to make sure I was satisfied. Apparently, it was an honest mistake. I appreciated that he accepted full responsibility. He was also sincere and demonstrated not only by his word but also by his actions that he values me as a customer. Today, that is hard to find. That being said I will continue to do business with them.

June 8 reported Check Engine - Emissions error and service department was unable to resolve - I expected them to contact me once they learned solution from Honda. I was never contacted.September 10 - I made appointment for 25k service and resolution to emissions error.September 13 - I was told they knew how to fix it but didn’t have the part, would need to keep it another day. I went home without a car.September 14 - after lunch, I hadn’t heard anything and called to inquire about when car would be ready and was told 4:30-5:00. My husband dropped me off and left. After a short while I was told my car was not ready, the mechanic had cut his hand on another job earlier in the day and was moving slow - my fuel tank had been removed for the recall and had not been replaced. I had no idea I was having a recall service! I was taken to Enterprise Car Rental across the street and left there because “they are readying a car for you to use”. The rep there asked me to wait and pray that someone returned a car in the next half hour because they were about to close and had no cars. He eventually found one at another E’prise office near airport. Another rep drove us to the other office where I was given a car.September 15 - I was told that the service and recall were complete but they assumed the part for the emissions error would have been included with the fuel tank but it was not. They would need to order it and do t know when it is expected. I was out of town on business and needed to pickup my car the next day.September 16 - I arrived at 4:30 to get my car. I was ignored by the service writers when I arrived and one guy said he assumed I was with another gentleman who had been waiting - there was no reason for that as I was more than socially distanced from the other customer. Gender bias is the only obvious explanation for that. I eventually found my service writer and my car was delivered shortly after. After driving away and traveling for no kore than 2 miles the car alerted me that the fuel was low and to find gas immediately. The fuel gauge indeed said empty and yet my tripometer indicated I had only traveled 20 miles on the previous filling of the tank. Then the tire pressure low indicator came on. I returned to the dealership. The service writer was apologetic and took the car to check the tires and fill the tank. The tires were fine and the TPMS had not been rest after the rotation. I said my previous service failed to rest the oil life indicator so together we looked and the same was true this time.
Kevin was very nice and very informative. I always get my oil changed at Economy Honda because they are always nice, take car of my car and keep it clean and let me know if anything else needs to be done.

I purchased a pre-owned CRV in November 2020. Within weeks of my purchase, I have had one expense after another. I was told upon purchase fluids were recently changed so on and so forth, all complete lies. I HATE complaining and here I am. I have asked a couple of times to meet with someone to get things straightened out and I am refused. I have been really kind and constantly get ignored and pushed out the door.

Drove from Knoxville to test drive and purchase a SSR. Convertible top does not open without hitting the trunk. Dealer did not advise of this before driving, and cannot compensate for it in the price. Is allowing another customer to get a rental and drive 3 hours to purchase tomorrow without disclosing information to him. Sales rep was nice. Manager experience was terrible. Would have purchased today otherwise

Love the service department! I came in for an oil change and they noticed one of my blinker lights was out and they changed it at no charge. They also price matched with a local shop to get my timing belt changed so n my accord. They go above and beyond and what wouldn’t go anywhere else with my Honda.
